Last night around 2am est, i got through to the page that says I can download. I hit it and my mouse cursor went to the "clock" icon. I stayed like that then about an hour later timed out. I do not have a download manager. Today, i tried and tried, got through with fresh download. It tried to get it 5 times and would not let me. It said I couldnt receive it or something. Is this just bad luck and I should keep trying? What gives?Brad Zimmer

I've got to the "You are authorized..." page, with the link. Clicking on the link gives me the hourglass and "Waiting for www.precisionmanuals.com" it's been sitting like that for a long time. Am I doing this right, need to just wait? Or, should I be looking to re-click on the link?Thanks and I understand the need for patience. BUT, with 200 openings for people to download (do I have that right?) are there that many people who've purchased the NG for the website to be this inundated? If so, congrats, big congrats to PMDG on such a popular product!

I'm sick of this now! I've been at the links for just on 8 hrs now! Been able to get as far as the download link then its dead! PMDG say they have 300 download slots but I am starting to wonder if that's true! Why cant they have a line up system in place? First come first served? Not just a luck of the link!Other then that! Hi PMDG,For today i got one more question.Are you planned to do(after the 744) some other wide-bodys such as the A340 or something?Because i did some research at the forums and i see that in a few more days/weeks the Aviograsf his A340 released.And thats a game for hardcore simmers because it got everything except the graphics of the 2D i dont like. Its realy not looking on a PFD of a A340. And your cockpits looking nice as always and you also got reality in it.Ramon.

I bought the 737NG yesterday before SU2 was released. I have not received any emails about the SU2 download link.Does the download link in my confirmation email now point to the SU2 update? The filename the ASP script points to is "PMDG_737_THE_NEXT_GENERATION.ZIP".Thanks,Patrick

Hi all, I currently own PMDG's 737 and am impressed with it so I have a few quick questions about PSS Airbus 320 or 330 in regards to whether I should purchase it or not.First, it says "fully featured panel", what does that mean?Second, is the A320/330 a good purchase, I noticed it's only $15 so I am wondering how good it is?Third, is it compatible with FS2004?Fourth, does it an FMC or whatever Airbus uses, I'm not real familiar with the Airbus fleet, and also what about it's Autopilot capabilities like Autoland and all of that good stuff?Finally, how does it compare to PMDG's 737 if anyone owns both?Your help is appreciated,ThanksJeff Smith USAF

I tried.. But couldn't..So I payed again! Hi,I've been trying to download SU2 for a couple of hours now using DAP. The problem I'm having is it keeps asking me for authentication (which I supplied in the form of order id & password) and after numerous retries DAP disappears and I just get an empty ZIP file on my desktop.Am I doing something wrong or does anyone know how long i should wait before trying to re-send the authentication again?Any help with this would be great as it's now almost 10am here and this is starting to become an obsession! ;-)Cheers,Shane

Hi,Trying to download with DAP7. It keeps on saying Authentication required. I type in my Order ID in the user name field and my password in the password field. This is failing. ANy other ideas?ThanksSimon

Hi,This is probably already found by someone before however I could not find any posts about it.In the upper left corner of the PMDG-737 ND-display there is a display of wind direction and wind speed. Like 300/73 (equal wind from 300 degrees at 73 knots). The same information can also be found in the FMC.The wind direction value does not correspond to the value that is displayed by FS9 when you hit shift-Z. There is usually a small difference between this value. I just guess it has to do with true and magnetic winddirection???!Is this an issue to take care of or is it just to be ignored?RegardsAnders Persson

Hi PMDG.I gona buy for Kristmiss the 737-600/700.But i got some questions.-Is the 737NG compatible with FS2004 or do i need a patch or something?-Wats the difference between the SU1 and SU2? Are the Frames also better with SU2?And then the last and also important question.Wats the cleanest way to install PMDG B737-600/700(NG) in FS2004?Should i first install the package into FS2004 and then install the SU2 and then install the SIDs and STARS, etc?Thanks,Ramon.

On my server it was identied with the following attributes and diverted to a SPAM mailbox. I just tried downloading the file via a text-mode browser on a Linux machine, and after getting the "server too busy" error a few times, it paused for a few seconds then exited with this error:"500 unexpected EOF before status line seen"This means that your server just closed the connection before sending any response to my machine. (No error, no file, no nothing.)This may be what is causing some people (myself included) using Internet Explorer to get an endlessly spinning IE logo with a partially-filled progress bar. I believe it would spin forever in this case. This may indicate a bug in your IIS web server, but I'm not sure. Just thought I would pass it along.

Just a question/suggestion. Is it possible that you turn OFF the Lockout Feature, that locks an account if it attempts to download the software too many times, until the servers quiet down in a day or 2? I'm sure if you can't, its for VERY good reason.I'm sure there are going to be quite a few lockouts, disabling it will allow us to grab the update during the busy times, without having our accounts disabled. Once the rush is slowing, you can turn it back on, as it should be?Just a question/suggestion, Thanks for your input.Paul.
