I think this explains it well folks! Coming into KSMF ILS34L, I thought I died and went to heaven on this flight, don't think I will ever get use to it being so good! http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/52496.jpg[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smithhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/betaimg.jpg

I just finished downloading the main 18meg 737NG file as well as the 3 additional files "required for installation". So I don't mess things up, what do I do next and in what order? Also, I hear there is an update. Is this already included in the files or do I need that separately? thanks. Tom

Hi Guys,A friend of mine got FS2004 last night, and he knows JACK about flying..hehe. I was trying to talk him over things on the phone. Is there any way that y'all know of a way to sort of PC Anywhere FS2004? The purpose would be for both of us to be able to control the A/C over the internet, I fly and show by example, then I can watch him try the same maneuver? Sort of like the first time you go up in a real plane and the instructor is there to show and correct. Is there a way to do that with FS, besides the cheesy Instructor client? Maybe it could be done by only transmitting aircraft attitude and flight parameters and then letting my computer translate the movem…

Hi,I am looking for a good fuelcalculator for the 737-700. Is PMDG making a fuelcalculator or does someone knows a good fuelcalculator?Regards Floris

Richard,In past conversations with Robert, the main problem with doing a PMDG Airbus is the lack of information from the folks at Airbus that we'd need to model the necessary systems. I believe we have contact's within Boeing that have been helpful in the early stages of design of our 737NG, contact's that we don't have at Airbus. It has been discussed, but unless we get the required information an Airbus based product from PMDG is unlikly.

I'd love to see the updated manuals ahead of the SU2 release. I know you've got enough to worry about other things, but it would be a nice bone to throw if time allowed. I just want to hit the sky climbing when this new bird arrives...Thanks for your hard work PMDG and beta testers!sg

Hello All!I have done some searching (google and PMDG forums) to find the performance data for the 737-700 requested by a flight planning utility that I use (AOPA Jeppesen Client) and have been unsuccessful to find... well, basically everything. I have attached an image of the entry window that shows all the data I need to fill in. I sure would appreciate the values should anyone be able to help. Thanks!Dave Brancahttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/52457.jpg

Tonight I was flying out from Iqaluit in Northern Canada and noticed quite a large error in my Estimated Time Enroute. On the screen I was shown a 410 knots Groundspeed and there was 127.7 nm left to the leg I was flying. Now that would give an ETE of roughly 19 minutes. The UTC time was 1652, and, this is where it gets strange, my time of arrival to the YKG NDB was calculated at 1755 by the NG. That's 1 hour and 3 minutes, quite a difference from 19 minutes! Any help would be appreciated.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/52363.jpgThanks in advance,Nick

I know it's an outdated product, but I'd still like to re-use it.I'm reposting this after a frustrating attempt to retrieve my B777 for FLY!.I bought this product and used it until I lost it after a major pc upgrade. I wrote about this in the forum, and was advised to turn to pmdg support. I did, and two weeks later no one has cared to answer or even acknowledge my query. This is not typical of pmdg's attitude towards customers.I want to download and reinstall my paid for B777!Eytan

HiI've been flying FS Since FS5 and upgraded to FS2004 from FS2002 a couple of weeks ago. Been flying PSS and Dreamfleet aircraft in FS2002, usually with out a problem. About a month or two ago an anoying problem occurred, while flying and enjoying the view from the cockpit my computer shuts down and reboots without a word of warning. So I upgraded to FS2004 and bought PMDG 737NG, been flying for about a week without problem, now same thing happens. Just shuts down and reboots the computer without warning.Anyone have an idea what this is about?ThanksNickFujitsu Siemens Scaleo 600P4 2,0GHz256 RAMGeforce 3 64MbWindows XP Home EditionSidewinder FF2

Sorry if this has been dealt with in the past but is there a problem with the load manager? When I go to save the settings I get the 'error beep'. When I check the weight settings in the a/c config nothing appears to have changed. Any ideas?RegardsKeith B.

I don't know what it was like in this forum while awaiting the first service update, but in regards to the 'posts' in this forum now, while we await the release of the "service update 2", it seems like this whole release thing is causing quite a rukus among people who regularly post here. Some of the messages I read while browsing through this forum seemed to be belittleing (did I spell that right?) and condescending towards other users and members of the PMDG staff. I don't get involved in posting in-between an argument between other users, infact I only post when I have a question or have something "neat" to share, but I just had to say something now. It's definetely …

Captains! This post will cover a few topics releted to the upcoming release of the PMDG 737: Service Update 2....Most importantly: We have ceased the development of the Service Update 2. With many hundreds of fixes, and dozends of new functionality areas, this is easily the most sophisticated development project PMDG has undertaken to date.We are preparing BETA 65 to our beta team tomorrow for additional validation- and I am 99% confident that this will be turned around rather quickly as the final release version of the airplane! While the testing has been underway, we have been carefully examining the methods that we will use to distribute the update to you! After nearl…

Here is a very good view of a 737-700 main gear blade seal (the rubber flap looking thingy around the hole in the bottom of the photo where the wheel gear comes up through during retraction). :)http://www.airliners.net/open.file/057299/L/
