im at the site that says u are authorized for the following downloads and i click the PMDG737 link and the status bar at the bottom of the page goes to almost half the bar and stops. i got SBC yahoo which is broadband. how long does it usually take to load?adamYou cant truley understand flying until you have actually tasted and felt it.

I asked a question regarding the user name and password thing (as have several others) and we are getting no answer to the simple question: Is the two items in the E-mail you sent the user name and password required for download ar is the issue related to the server being busy?? And WHY was my previous post removed?? I was respectful in asking the question and I am still wondering why we can't get that questioned answered?? Mike B.

hi,I found my old link and password that I got when I first purchased the 737 and am wondering if it matters what browser I use to try to get on the server and download? I'm using Mozilla right now should I use internet explorer instead?Andrew

I consider myself luckey that I was able to download the SU2 update this quickly. Installation went smooth and I am just planning/setting up for a trial flight. Looks fantastic so far!When selecting my departure runway at CYHZ I noted only 2 of the 4 runways were listed (06, 24). Runways 15 and 33 were missing. A check of the CYHZ.txt file shows this under runways:RNWSRNW 06RNW 24ENDRNWSThis explains why only two are listed. I checked a few of the other files, such as Toronto (CYYZ) and found missing runways there as well.My question is this...Is there a reason why these runways are not in the txt files?Would I be safe to add the missing runways?Thanks for your hard …

hi,Not rushing you guys or anything but I'm wondering if the download link emails have been sent to those who have emailed [email protected] yet? I just want to know so I'm not sitting in front of the computer thinking perhaps it never got to you or theyve already been sent and I didin't get mine for some reason? I'm fine with waiting until Monday or Tuesday. :-) I think it's safe to assume the server is still under very heavy load.Andrew

I have had success sometimes when i get to the page where i can click to download. Yet when I click, my download accelerator comes up, I hit save and it tries 5 times then times out. Is this my fault or should i keep trying. Am I doing something wrong? ThanksBrad ZImmer

I finally seem to have got to the download link but seem to stall there. Once I click on the product download the load bar at the bottom of IE makes it to the 5th laoding bar and stops.I actually never get to the save the file to a certain folder message box. Should I just let it sit or retry. Made it this far late last night and it sat for 30 mins or more and timed out.This is my only succesful attempt to get to this point today but don't want to retry too many times to avoid getting locked out. Any ideas..........the suspence is killing me now that I am actually within half a download. LOL LOL Thanks Chris

Hi PMDG,I have the e-mail - I open up the given link - I reload 'till I get into my account where I see the link for download the update.Well, but when I am there,I cannot start the download proccess at all.That is somehow not good! Is the given link to the users account one just registered for me? Then when I got into it, the server should keep my connection allive and give me the chance to start the download. But somehow it does not make any difference if I got through the first door, the second to where my file is, will not open at all. I try to use latest DAP, but that is useless with your server and how you have configured you stuff of the update right now.

After installing DAP and hitting the link for download I get a box that wants my username and password. What am I supposed to use as username? My e-mail address/name/the code PMDG gave me????????????This is starting to #### me off. I have been at it since yesterday afternoon (Australian time) and finally get this box and guess what? I don't know what to use as a username. I am close to giving up.Excellent product even if my blood pressure is starting to rise.:-fume

Hey folks, I might as well fly over from Amsterdam. Definetely worth the effort. Of course you tell us to relax, sit down, walk the dog, take a leak etc. But hey! Wake up guys, waiting for this plane has become an addiction, so I'm sitting here with my can of coffee and worn out face (lack of sleep). Dear pmDG--It might be i need to be more patient, but I have been waiting after I click the link to download your new plane (which I am very excited about) I click the link and the progress bar gets to about 5 bars (halfway) and then stops--I refreshe and it happens again--I open in new window and it goes to 4 bars. Any ideas on how to solve this?? (I click the link to the zip and then it doesnt download)

Guys, I know it's hard, I've been trying to download since midnight last night, but now I'm 87% done with the download. It'll come, just give it some time and keep the spirits up!

Would it be possible for someone to mirror just the SU2 manual. My pc with FS9 on it does not have a printer and I doubt it would fit in my email. I need to go to the library to print and cant think of a way to get it otherwise......still i have had no luck downloading though!Brad Zimmer
