Good morning captains,as many of us I experiment problem to download. I firST got messages indicating that the server was too busy... ok I was warned about that!So I finally got the link to download the file... I used Download accelerator 7 (I'm not familiar with this software). At that time I had a demand for a USername and Password.I input the Order ID and PAssword...............do I well !And the software ask me a authentification like these number were wrong.So for the moment I can't download. Somebody more clever or having the information may be can make a clear description of the right way to download (May be with Download Accelerator)Many thanksJean-Charles RIVOIRE

I finally got thru to the intial download area and it looks like my first press of the download link failed. I am hesitant to press it again because I don't want to overping my account. How many times can we try a download before overpinging the account?Thanks,Kevin

I have just changed my email address, how can I change the addess on file with PMDG?

I am using Download Accelator....newest version... authorization????user name and password.... huh?Where do I find that?Tried using supplied via email is that correctuser name = conformation IDPassword you supplied to meThanksSteve

When I go to the link for the .exe file as provided in the e-mail, I end up, after finally getting in to the server, with pages and pages of thsi:!!!PK

Hey everyone!Hop all you lucky enough to have got on the update are enjoying it!Just wondering though, I havn't changed my email address from when I bought the product yet I still don't have the link :'(. Should I send an email to updateme now or just sit here and twiddle my thumbs and wait even though it's past 0500Z? I just don't think I can face getting out all my paperwork and finding the data.Just wondering though - is there anyone else in Australia with bigpond? Do you guys think it might be their email server playing up again or the new spam filter they just introduced x(? Thanks alot! ;)Liam

I am unclear on this statement....This upgraded version of the PMDG 737 that you have already purchased is available at no additional cost to you (other than the downloading process itself, of course!)What does PMDG mean by "other than the downloading process itself, of course!"?That has me confused. other then that email looks great!!!!

Okay, question: after clicking the "Click Product to download" link, do I just sit here and wait? Am I in the queue? Or do I need to keep clicking the link every 30 secs or so to try and "get in."James

hi,Im really excited about SU2 :-) I sent an email to [email protected] at 4:25pm pacific it's now 7:27pm pacific. Was I supposed to get a reply saying the email was changed or should I just assume it has been updated? Also is the customer id the same as the order confirmation number?Andrew

Is the web site down?I can't get on the web site or even try to download the update. Jeffg

Captains,As you prep for SU2, I thought it might be a good time to advise you on a few things. If you have any custom SIDSTAR's you should back them up as the update will overwrite this folder, same for any flight plans you have. If you have any liveries you want to keep until the official PMDG liveries are ready, you should also back these up along with a copy of your current aircraft config files for the 600/700/700Winglet. Don't forget to run the uninstall tool after you've made all of your backup and just before you run your SU2 installer. Just go slow Captains and everything will work as advertised.You're gonna love what we've done!

I can not run the NG for more than 10 minutes without my system going to desktop.Specs:HP 7970 WinXP P4 1.5 512 meg RDRAM Radeon 9700 PRO with the install version of FSUIPC (my suspect for this problem?) and the PFC.DLL taken off of the www.flypfc.com website for FS2004.I use the CH flightsim Yoke (analog), PFC pedals and a PFC throttle quadrant... I have long suspected PFC to also cause hard locks and crashes to desktop... yet, still not sure.Is this a PMDG thing to be fixed yet.. I sure hope so, because this product is so outstanding, yet, it seems only a default install of FS2004 will run for hours and hours..... or any default aircraft...- Peter in desparation!

I have tried several times to download the Sid/Star Database from the new web site and everytime I select the file it dumps me back to the main download page. I can successfully download the 737NG uninstall file in prep for SU2 update but would like to get the other files as well. Any help would be appreciated.Bob DemarestBirmingham, Al.

Will SU2 be intergrated in the main installer on the day of release? I don't currently own the 737 and am waiting for all the bugs to be quawshed before I purchased it.Seemed like a better idea to wait for SU2 and download one big installer than this released and then a patch :-hmmm

Hi...FS 9 freezes when I select PMDG 737NG in the aircraft menu. It worked yesterday. And when I started FS9 today and selected the plane in FS9 the computer just freezed....I re-installed the PMDG 737NG and same problem again! Help anyone?Best RegardsJohan Adolfsson

Guys-Since SU2 is imminent I don't know if this will matter but, when I updated to FSUIPC 3.129 my overhead panel graphics became corrupted. Has anyone else had this happen?Thanks-
