I know you guys are excited about having the new SU2 but try holding back on your posts on how good it is, I think its making others very annoyed. Myself I can't wait to get it, but I'm not going to go around cutting heads off, which I think some others are just about to do from what I've read in the past 36 hrs.Patience guys, it will come and you'll love it even more when you do. G'day folks,Its late monday evening here in Australia and so far I have been unable to get past the dreaded "Authentication Required" bit on DAP. Whats the hurry I hear you ask? Well, my wife is going in for a Caesarian birth on wednesday morning and my Flight Simming will be substantially curtailed after that! Not much time left for me to enjoy/play with SU2 with a very young baby around. Every minute counts.Now thats stress!!!!!Simon

Really got excited when i found out i could get this plane.. when i finally got through and i printed off my reciept, it said to "click here to finish transaction" i clicked that and a message popped up saying that the page could not be found"!!! what do i do now?Andrew

I the links for the files dont work. I guess they do, but I just cant dowbload them. I thought that once you got in, you would be ok...I clicked on a link, and now I just lost the page, and Cant get back in.jason

Dear PMDG and Beta Team,Speechless............ The SU2 is unreal. It flies so beautifully, smooth and seamless pitch changes, and a treat to handfly. I AM JUST SOOOOOOOOO IMPRESSED !!!!!A small observation.In the preflight, I put in a Transition Alt, say 4000' on the Init Ref Page. When I get to the DES page and enter the Transition level at destination say 7000', it changes the value to 7000' at Transition Alt on the Init Ref Page too. Can you look into this bug please?Otherwise, you guys ROCK !!! :) :) :) :)Lol,Dinshaw.

I was one of the lucky ones to get SU2 about 10 hours ago. Loving it. Here's my chance to give a bit back to the community, as you wait to get yours.I've uploaded the SU2 Manuals ZIPPED to my website, the file shall remain there, as long as the server doesn't get swamped, and as long as PMDG allows it. Boy, I was lucky - an hour after getting the email I was flying! I was using 'Flashget' download manager that kept trying until on the 59th attempt it got a lovely 118k connection!Both flight were on Vatsim and both were great. SU2 handles the sudden wind changes absolutely fantastically - the flightpath hardly changes! Within a split second of a windchange the autopilot is on top of the situation straight away.Flew into KATL and was high and fast on the base for 26R. I was cleared to 5000ft (I was passing 7000ft), right 240 to establish. Out with the spoilers, change the heading, hit LOC and the 737 did the best ILS capture :-) I mean, this was a tough one to capture for…

Due to the fact that the PMDG server is completely overloaded, the lines are jammed and a whole bunch of people eagerly try to catch that small slot of opportunity to start their downloads, I decided to cease my efforts and wait another two or more days.Even if my download would work, it would be more than frustrating if at 98% something would fail and I wouldn't get another chance because of the high traffic situation.So, I wait until the rush is over, then I'll be able to download hassle free.Man, I got so many other great planes and so many things to do with FS that it would keep me busy for months. Dear PMDG--i know this sounds crazy but i haven't been able to download the patch yet??? ;-) anyway when i do I am planning on flying the 737 (another crazy idea right ;-)) to the point--I remember earlier we had to get a licence key from your website--seeing as the website is just a tad bit "occupied" right now--how woudl this work. I do not have a valid key as i needed to reformat my HD and lost all of my info. I have the e-mail with my link printed out and i got the e-mail with the link, but the e-mail with my product-unlock key was for my old computer--will this be a problem???

Okay I got the package the other day and have been going nuts. I am trying to get the Navdata but when I click on the download link on that site it is no good. I takes me to a webpage and gives me the Page Not Found error. Is there anywhere else I can get that info.

I have gotten as far as getting to the link that says click to purchase 39.95 use download accelerator ect....when i click it, the download "starts" but I either get an empty file or it keeps asking for ID or password. I know this is probably because of traffic, but i have clicked that like 5 or so times and hope im not getting charged each time! I already payed for the bird a while ago....please let me know!!!Brad Zimmmer
