I now get this message when trying to connect to the link given by email, "You are not authorized to view this page".Before I always have got.."The page cannot be displayed""".I just wonder why?????I am sorry but I am getting a little bit frustrated .... now!!Best RegardsBjorn W

Gents,I appreciate all the efforts you've made to make this upgrade accessible. I've waited patiently since Sunday morning to gain access to the download file. However, tonight I received this message when clicking on the link I was sent... You are not authorized to view this pageI'm not sure what's going on. Can someone please enlighten me?Thanks.

despite my feelings that this could be fixed in less that 1 hour by changing to a higher banswith server its sill good to know that with all the diffrent error messages and files existing then not ect, that PMDG are obviously still working to resolve the problem.p.s theres been no official update scince lunch time, how about keeping us informed as to any progres PMDG??regards,Callum Richardson

Now I get the 'unauthorized' message I assume that when we do get a chance to download SU2 that we'll only have one shot at it.You know this is a great product but I do believe the paranoia surrounding the security is of even a greater magnitude :(Alan

"Web site not avaialable" It seems to be changing almost by the minute. I'll have to say, I've never seen so many different error messages off one site in such a short time. I usually try about once an hour and haven't been able to outguess what kind of error message I'm going to get yet. This has become somewhat fascinating. John Fitzpatrick

Hello, I read the message that the server for PMDG is back up so that I would be able to download my plane, but when I click on my link in the e-mail to download it I get a message that says that the web page is unavailable alltogether and that it's busy?Anyone know what's wrong with it now?Thanks,Jeff Smith USAF

I thought the servers were back online, but according to the sales page it says they are down for maintenence. I also click the download through the email link and it says the server has an internal error. Whats the deal?Brad Zimmer

Lucky me was able to download the file at 120kb tonight, however I notice during install the window mentioned release candidate 66 is this correct?Thanks again,Andr

just got it after clickin on my email link :-Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113' Script timed out /shop/shoppingcart/download.asp The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools. Callum

If you sit back and take a look, it's incredible that soo many people own the 737NG. It's gotta be well into the to hundreds? If it was just 40-50 people trying to upgrade, then I don't think there would be a server problem, correct?To me that says alot about this company. They obviously produce a great product or people just wouldn't have cared. And the apparent work put into the SU-2 upgrade speaks volumes.This is an outsiders point of view. I ain't brown nosing as I don't know anyone at PMDG, heck I don't own any of their products-haven't been able to purchase it :) (hopefully soon)Truth be told I'd rather see a sitiuation like this than the one that happened recently …

Good morning from New Jersey. I am computer literate, but somewhat clueless on if I am using DAP (non-registered) correctly. I've got the .zip file in the download queue and status is "Downloading..." It was that way all night last night and still sitting like that this morning. I had been prompted for userid/passwd and used the numbers from my email. What I can't seem to figure out is if DAP retries, at what interval, and if it's settable by the user. I can't find any preferences concerning retries. It's not paused and an unlabelled field in the lower/middle of the screen says "Simultaneous connections." Again, does this thing auto-retry and if it does, at what in…

I never used the accelerator.If I am addin a zip file to download I need the password and my id I suppose.What URL do I have to put and how can I change the properties for ID and password.If its the way to be done .. I don not know .. please help me out..thanx!regards/Artur

Dear PMDG!I finally reached the page where i can download my bird but it was asking me password!I enterd my order id and password but nothing!What shall i do???

I guess I was one of the lucky ones to get SU2.I seen some lovely pictures on the new wingviews, looked in the manuals but can't find anything that tells how to get them.RegardsThomas

I though that If you made it to the "You are Authorised to Download" Page that you would then be able to enjoy a reasonable Download and Download Speed.Sadly for me that is not the case, I have made that page many times and the links either dont work, r the file begins to download and eventually times out.Not moaning, but its not really nice to finaly get in the door to be kicked out faster than you came in.Jason
