Hiya, firstly, let me say that this is fantastic! I love your VC, and in combination with active camera 2004, this is going to stay on my hard drive for a VERY long time!however I have noticed some problems with the sound,firstly, the radio altimeter sounds only play once, and the the 2500 call does not play at all. This is very annoying on a flight with 2 or more legs because I only hear the altitude calls and minimums calls once. Is there a way to fix this? I did bring it up before and you said that it was fixed in SU2, but it's not.Secondly, sounds such as the AP disconnect, flap lever, GPWS, RA etc are not playing in the VC mode, this is a bit of a shame because I LOV…

HelloJust a quick one - this is what I am getting when trying to download the SU2 ( that is clicking the link in the email I got from PMDG ):Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e14' Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression 'ConfID = '' and TimesAccessed > 0 and password ='. /shop/shoppingcart/download.asp, line 12 As I have heard on the forum the server issue is behind us and people do download without a problem, I wonder if PMDG can comment and/or advise what may be the cause.I think I have made a dozen attempts to download the file over the last days, so I think my account shouldn't be clocked, but you never know...FYI: broadband connection, all cook…

Hello,it seems I got it at last. Just five attempts this morning and I was able to download the beast at the reasonable rate of 130kbs...It is now sleeping in the comfort of my office's pc HD, waiting for the well deserved installation later this night.Ok, thanks PMDG guys. Hi all,i downloaded a customized file for the following airports:EDDM, EDDF, EDLP, big question is the following...due to the fact that these files contain information about SID STAR and Approach in ONE Textfile, i have no clue what to do with these files, since i am having 3 separate folders under FMCWP/Navdata named SIDs, STARs and APPROACHES.....do i have to split up those files manually, or do they go in the SID-folder as is????Help highly appreciated...Best regards and thanks in advanceHolger DallmeyerEDDK

I have a United 737-700 repaint from AVSIM. I want to put it on the 600. Yet every time i do, and follow the directions, only the tail comes up with United's logo. Is this happening because it was painted for the 700 or am I doing something wrong? This is with SU2 and same happened with SU1.1. ThanksBRad Zimmer

It might be my system but I seem to have a problem. After installing SU2 I rebooted and loaded FS9. I selected the -600 with VC and entered the sim. Everything was fine. I quit FS9 to do something else and then reloaded it after I had finished. I loaded the -600 with VC again but when I clicked Fly now the system returned to the desktop. I tried it with the default aircraft and they worked fine, but the NG wouldn't let me do Fly now from the main FS menu without returning to the desktop.I can however enter the sim using a default aircraft and then change to the NG.Anyone else having this problem?RegardsLee

- With the new su2 it seems that the flaps settings on the EFIS display not coresponding to the actual flaps settings. When i take off with flaps 10 it shows on the EFIS flaps 5 en 10. When retracting to flaps 5 it shows only 1. With flaps 2 it shows 1 en and 2 again and with flaps 1 shows it 1. Is this a normal behaviour?- Second item is the overheat / power test switch. When using this button, the overheat amber light stays on and you have to turn off and on the overheat swithes to get the overheat light off.- When making a flight below 10000ft it is not possible to fly faster then 250kts with the fms cruise page selected and 320 kts illuminated. I like some explenation…

Hello,I`ve just bought the SU-2,had no problems conecting to the sever today,what is worrying me is that everybody says it is about 100mb file my file was only 70.29mb big.It installed ok so I think it is Ok (I hope) anyway I then DLed the AIRAC 0312 and installed it.Now for my problem when I setup my flight from Frankfurt EDDF and the type into the FMC EDDF i get an err in SID line 261 after looking a the EDDF txt file line 261 I cant see what is wrong has anyone had this problem ??best regards Toni P.

Hi,I am much enjoying SU2! It took me almost 3 days to get it but I finally hace succeded! Thanks PMDG!A question: I have printed the manuals for the previous version. Are the manuals that come with SU2 that different? Is it recommended to print these new manuals to replace the older ones?Thanks!Edmundo

Thank you all on the PMDG team for this wonderful SU2. I seem to have a minor problem today on my initial test flight - as I am unable to connect the autopilot. It simply makes the AP disengage sound, and the light goes on for a small second and then gone? Very strange.

HiI purchased 737NG sometime ago but disn't really have a powerful enough pc to run it.I've now upgraded and have just received an e-mail telling me that SU2 is available. Having been away from the forum for some time, can someone please give me a brief overview as to what i can expect from SU2. Can i assume that the download contains a readme describing the installation process ?Kind RegardsGary

Hi guys,It was my orginal understanding that SU2 was going to fix the infamous battery drain problem in the situation with the APU running and electrical systems relayed to the APU generator. However, under this circumstance I'm still losing the CRT's and APU pneumatic pressure after about three minutes.I would guess that the final distrubution version of SU2 does not in fact address the battery drain bug, correct?Thanks.

...haven't found it in the manuals so far. Is the GA PB supposed to be in the panel or do i have to select GA-Power for T/O by using the key combination STRG-SHIFT-G. Pushing the N1 button with A/THR switch in armed does not work.Regards, Michael.

I wish to congratulate PMDG on a truly fantastic product,I have been flying the 737 for 5 months now and its beautiful.Now after a couple of tries a succeeded in downloading version 1.2 and i think it's superb, this must be the "ROLLS-ROYCE" of the flightsim add-ons !!!The thing is, when will the liveries be made available for download, or are they the same as before? (I didn't check, because i deleted them just to be sure for clean install)Best wishes for the next year and happy christmas to the entire PMDG staff,Anthony Vos

As I'm in the process of taking off with my 737NG I only hear the co-pilot's callout for 80 knots, but not for v1 and v2, although the boxes are checked within the pmdg-menu in flight-simulator 2004. Hi,Sorry to ask what is probably a daft question..........I ordered my PMDG 737NG last night and have it up and running just fine (Thanks for the amazing product).Does the version I have already come with SU2 or do I have to add SU2 in addition?If so how do I get it, because when I try to get to the Service Updates section on the website I get a page unavailable screen?Also in the OIC it mentions something about being emailed to get the SU2, do I have to wait for that to come first?Thanks in advanceGarry

i have purchaseds 737 about 1 month ago. i now want su-2 but cannot get it. i never received a email from precisionmanuals and would like to know what i should do. i heard that i have to download sy-1 again and then get su-2. if this is true, how do i go about downloading su-1 to get su-2 cause i went to precisionmanuals website, and there is no place for su-2 or to download su-1. the only options is more information and buy now which i already did 1month ago.please help guysregardslyle

Dloaded last night with my poor 64 kb isdn dial up (3,5 hours). Founded this morning and install as per instructions.Done some patterns , one full flight with a vor approach and a go around, and one full flight with a full autoland and crosswind.Amazing... Everything went fine, no problem at all.This is a completely NEW airplane. More immersion, great experience, worth every minute of wait...My hat is off to the developers and the beta testers ( and I do not even wear a hat).Xmas came earlier this year!!!
