Ok Now I have done it.... Do any of yall have the DX tool from microsoft to change the .bmp to dx3? When I formated my computer I forgot to save that file. And I don't have the FS2002 cds, a friend of mine has em... so If any of yall would be so kind to send me the tool I can get started on the US Air livery.

Noticed this twice:Change DES Restriction from 240/FL100 to 250/FL100.Starting Descent, instead of mainting the target descent speed of 284/M0.771 the aircraft throttles back to 250 KIAS and descends at this speed all the way down.What am I doing wrong here?

Well I seem to have a problem with the speedbrakes (I also have a question that's coming after). When I deploy and retract the speedbrakes on the ground with the / key everything works fine. Now when I am in flight I can deploy the speedbrakes using the / key, no problems there. It gets tricky when I want to retract them, the / key seems to do no good but hitting SHIFT / will retract them, and if I press SHIFT / once more it will arm the auto-deploy mode. Is this a normal behaviour with the model?Now my question, it seems that in flight less spoilers deploy than on the ground is this normal? Hi all, I have just installed v1.2 into fs2002 and followed the correct installation instructions. For some reason when I select the PMDG from the list of planes on loading its making warning noises and engine noises as soon as the sim starts to load up the plane,scenery and airports etc. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem at all. I then proceded to uninstall the plane with the removal tool from the PMDG site and re-installed but its doing the same thing. Its not that important I know but its not perfect. Its working fine otherwise a great job. In 2004 it works fine to.Best RegardsDave B.

I am using the SU2 version and have a few questions;1. when inserting cruise winds on the first cruise alt waypoint I would have expected this value to copy (populate) the remaining (down route) cruise waypoint automatically with this same value. This info comes from the Butler FMC guide books for the Boeing FMC family.2. I am unable to select on the CDU (left side) after selecting the landing runway. I am able to select the STAR and transition but I cant set it up for NO star/transition according to the info I have in the pmdg manuals.Any thoughts...

Honestly. Great work and it is appreciated.But after all the hard work getting that gear lever to work so smoothly in the 3D view, Why didnt you go the whole way and get it to park in the centre as is possible in the 2D view ?LOL.Really though. No complaints. Its great.

Can I modify to get the wing views like in 2D cockpit but in VC.When pushing NUM1 and NUM3 to see the wings in VC, VCC cocpit.Is it possible?

Sorry for bugging,but I seem to have the radio panel look like it is "stretched" and the .bmp looks a bit "out of focus".It's larger then it used to be in the previous version.I have attached a screenshot to show you what I mean.All I wanted to know is if this has been intended or it's a problem on my part. Hello everybody,I think I have disovered something curious regarding the spoiler arming issue!With the 737-600 the spoilers arm and the green light illuminates correctly.With the 737-700 is where the problem is...the spoilers with the same key combination do NOT arm...they only stay depolyed or retracted.For the autobrakes...on the -600 the knob stays in the RTO position after t/off and has to be moved manually, as Randy told me, is done in real life.On the -700 they move to the off position automatically after t/off.Can somebody else please try this out and confirm that there are these differences in spoiler functionality between the -600/-700?I use FS2002.Thank you,Bjor…

Question: When the FMC is programmed (I usually convert a flight-plan from .plan to .rte and then program the details myself) according to the flight I have chosen in the fs9 flight-planner, I usually end up with differences in ATC-instrucions and the FMC (example: in spite of planning a flight VOR to VOR, ATC lets me make a turn although I haven't reached a VOR yet according to the FMC), although the waypoints according to planning and FMC are the same. So I get SU2, install it, and install all of the other navdata and necessary files. A few days go by and I feel like flyin. So I go try to open up FS9 and I GET THIS! "AIRCRAFT INITIALIZATION FAILURE BOEING 737-700WL"Then FS9 Crashes. I've tried uninstalling and restarting, then installing, and restarting. I looked for any trace of file of PMDG while it was uninstalled and deleted them. Tried to start FS9, still has the same error message even with the plane uninstalled. So I can't fly anything! #####?! Someone please help.

Hi,SU2 rocks - no doubt about that :-)1 thing I noticed (at least with my configuration):I have a Thrustmaster TQS set and on the throttle quadrant I always had and still have one of the buttons assigned to lower/raise the gear. With SU2 though, it doesn't. I checked if the assignment was still there and it was. The only way it works is by clicking it with the mouse.Any ideas anyone? (it's not really anoying, but the more 'HOTAS' the better...)
