First of all, congratulations. At last I downloaded the SU-2.Today at 8.00AM, here in Spain.Very fast download.There

Not sure what im doing wrong here, upon advancing the throttles takeoff or any other time, i get the a loud beeping noise.It goes away after the gear is retracted...and doesnt come back until AFTER i have landed.Thrusting up for taxi speed causes the sound as well.what should I do...AND!!!!!!!! Does anyone know how to turn off the darn "FLYING TIPS" window ???ThanksHappy Holidays

Tried to fly KSAN-KSFO and followed the following procedure, resulting in a lockup:1. Loaded default Cessna 172 at the gate, switched off engines.2. Loaded and fueled (5k each wing tank, nothing in center) PMDG 737-700 winglet version.3. Turned on battery, APU, bleeds, pitot, etc. following standard checklists.4. Began FMC preflight--chose PEBLE3 dep, SLI trans, rwy 27 at KSAN.5. Attempted to choose BSR2 arrival, DILS28L approach. It then gave me the option of three transitions. Attempted to choose MENLO.At this point FS locked up completely except for the lovely fan/stby altimeter/APU sounds, which kept playing. The "hand" cursor remained onscreen and I could move it …

Thank you PMDG for delivering such a great airplane. Please forget about those ridiculous complaints from the last couple of days. You've done an outstanding job and may be proud of yourselves. I downloaded the update today and just got a chance to load it up to check the basics (e.g., simple flight plan, appearance). I have to say that that you guys did some amazing work on this bird!!! I'm also glad everyone seems to have got the update so the complaining stopped.. LOL.Anyhow, this was my primary plane before the update (probably 200 hours- I fly about 2-5 hours a night!); I can't imagine how much use this awesome plane will get now!Thanks a million!!Chris J.KPHX

I believe the FMC is supposed to display the page that is applicable to the phase of flight you are in and then auto advance to the appropriate page as the flight progresses. Is that correct?Mine always displays the Menu page when first opened and does not advance automatically at any time. Any suggestions?Thanks

Hi guysJust took her for a checkride and i noticed something.When i used the speadbreak i noticed that you fixed the issue about it that we dont have to press anymore Shift+/.But when i deploy the speedbreak tha inbord and out bord deploys as well.Isnt it should be only the outboard ones only???Thank you for the new toy cant wait for the 800/900:)my favorite ones

Hello PMDG team, you have finished the servers nightmare... Congratulations! Im so happy with this wonderful Service Pack 2.0 about new cockpits sounds (looks more real), great trim pitch, and I have notice the frames rates using the panel are better!!! less loading work time! COOL!!! But the bad is, I have found "maybe" a little BUG in the LANDING VIEW (selected by clicking with the mouse onto "L" key) lost all the cockpit sound :( for example: Flaps position, callouts from the GPWS, Air Conditioning packs sounds etc... What a pity because I love that sounds! :( :( B) Thanks R.Randazzo team continue working always for us and getting Flight Simulator 100% real

I was finally able to download the update after 4 days and I uninstalled with the PMDG remover and installed the new update and when the plane loads I have no gauges on the overhead and some gauges missing from the main panel and no numbers in the MCP.I hope I don't have to try and go through the download again.I have uploaded some shots. JeffG

Well, finally got the file after 4 days, but now the installer doesn't work. It gets to the point where it should install the files, but then it says "Skipping file C:WindowsFontsArialn.ttf" and simply hangs. Do I shoot myself now? :D

I finally downloaded the update and installed it, but when starting FS9, it gives me an error that says, "Aircraft initialization Failuer. Southwest Airlines 737-7H4 - Winglets." I then uninstalled PMDG using the uninstaller, and FS9 still gives the same error. What do I need to do, I can't even open the sim at all now. Thanks. Wyatt Watkins

I'm not sure what pinpoints the major difference between SU1 and SU2. Perhaps because although I am now very familiar with this plane, it's as though EVERYTHING has changed. First thing I noticed were the sounds. What the heck is that NOISE? I'll bet its the recirc fan. WOOT! they DID IT!!! hah! good good.. Landing light gonna blind me?? NO!! WOOT they DID IT!! HAH! Ok.. onward and upward. Does that clicking on the GW in the FMC put the actual weight in?? WOOT!!! They did it!! HAHAHA!! IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!!Ok.. lesse how she handles. Taxiing to the runway, I began to notice that my usual slight stutters with my dual monitors were blatantly.... NOT THERE!!! HA…

i think SU2 is amazing and well worth all the frustration over the download.my only question was i noticed in the list of fixes that the movment in the VC throttles was solved and i still seem to have these. So could you let me know if you guys fixed it or not so i can figure out if it could be my joystick throttle thats the problem.thanks.p.s it's soo good!!!! i love not having the gash by the autopilot panel so much!thanks PMDGrgds,Callum

I finally saw those sweet words this afternoon. See troops, you just gotta hang in there and have a little patience. It always works out. The PMDG folks have worked really hard. We should give them a big thanks.So far it all looks great and feels great, although I can't figure out where the loud "fan" type sound comes from when your looking at the main panel. It's nowhere else. I of course prefer the 2D panel with the wonderful newly added wing and engine views, which I will add into my panel view section for ctrl+shift+1,7,9 and 3.What a neat package!!!Lee

I want to thank Robert, Lefteris, and all of the PMDG staff for working overtime to get SU2 out. I waited patiently and resisted whimpering like a baby demanding to have my favorite toy. I was simply glad that work was moving forward with the wonderful 737TNG project. This time around I resisted putting my foot in my mouth. Without my foot in my mouth I can cheerfully say, "Happy Holidays to all at PMDG and thanks for another wonderful product this year".P.S. Your new website rocks!Regards,

G'Day everyone.Im just woundering if there is a demo available for this aircraft? I have no intention of buying it without some sort of demo because Ive seen a lot of mixed results from other users and it seems to be a bit stupid to buy an addon that is on the expensive end of the line without knowing how it will preform on my computer.I dont mean to sound bad or anything. A minor annoyance. That is part of the code, not simply bitmaps. I fixed two areas here, the DAY ON (Anytime it gets dark without panel light ON is not changed) and NIGHT ON, so it is much better and matches. The lighting scheme will be reworked for the 800-900 which will include all the needed back lighting without the main panel lighting ON. [h4]Best Wishes,Randy J.
