HI all, Can anyone tell me where to get this download accelerator plus v5.3 please as im unable to find it on the net ,it keeps showing me info on a crack cd thank you , martin

It appears that the server is back to normal... (13:45 EST)But normal means that it's busy, no longer rejecting everyone. :)-Greg

Hi,I saw this coming: my IP address has been rejected.I know the servers are very busy, hence everyone is trying to get the patch.It would convenient for us, if this 'you-are-only-allowed-a-certain-number-of-downloads-check' would be set off for a least untill the storm has gone over.Please reset my account so I can try to fill it up again.Kind regards,Egbert Drenth

Without guilding the lilly, I'm having the same frustrations as many other users regarding downloading the Service update. Would it not be possible to have a system similar to winmx or suchlike whereby one could join a queue and then let the computer merrily get on with the download.It is very frustrating to keep loggin into the link, then if lucky get to the authorisation page push the url and just timeout time and time again.Now my ip address is locked-out, when can I expect it to be reset.Thanks for your help!

Hi all.After like 10 hours I still had no success.I wonder what the status is right now? How many percent of PMDG customers of the total people how bought the 737 have downloaded the SU2?Say 1000 people have boutht the PMDG 737, have 100 or 200 downloaded the SU2 for example?What are your plans for a mirror?I bet there are a whole lot of 56k snails clocking up the system. If to many of those modem users got in and are downloading, for sure this even more delays the situation.ThanksJan Urban

Hi all,I'm a bit confused as to how to tell whether the account is locked or if the server is busy or if the server is down.I know that if it's buy I'll get a HTTP 403.9 error saying that it's too busy, but if the account is locked do you get a (I think) 403: Forbidden error, or a 404 not fount or a "connection refused" error.The reason I ask is because I downloaded FlashGet on a recommendation from someone on the forum here and it's set to retry the download every 5 seconds and most of the time I'd get a 403.9 error saying it was busy mixed with the occasional "connection refused" error. There's alot that seem frustrated at not being able to connect to the download server, I wish I could get that far !!!I've had no email even tho my addy has not changed since purchase, I feel like I'm not at the party, even if the metaphoric drinks might not be flowing for everybody yet :-)I did send an email to [email protected] about 8 hours ago. Okay, after 16 hours of trying to download (YES I have been up all night) I finally get a connection and used a download manager and get 1/2 the file (at 7 KB/s!). Then I lose the connection, go back in, and should have known, my IP address has been rejected. And I have serious doubts that anyone could hack the site, seeing as that hardly anyone can get in. :)Before I hurt myself or the cat, I think I'll just shut the computer down. :) I'd be willing, next time, to pay for a CD to be sent to me. Dear PMDGI've just managed to gain access to my download link, but when I attempt to initiate the download through DAP, I get a window asking me for an authentication username and password as seen in the attatched screenshot below.I have tried things such as my full name, my email address and my original order ID for the username and the password supplied in the email I recieved for the password, but it just keeps coming back up and I dont want to carry on incase I lockout my account.Any advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.Regards,Lee HollandBAW446 - B757/767 CaptainBritish Airways Virtual.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/52696.jpg

This morning I attempted to download SU2, and used the link sent to me, got the shopping cart page with the product listed as available for download, clicked on it, told Download Accelerator where to store it, and then was prompted for a userid and password.The number and password in the email did NOT work - what gives?I'm perfectly willing to wait my turn for the connection to the server, but the info you send should be right.

Hi Lefteris, I hope you get to read this. I tried using your V3.02 of Squawkbox for Fly!II and was doing quite well, I got connected OK, then tried to send my flight plan. I got a message back from IVAO, saying 'Multicast is not allowed'. Does version 3.02 attempt to use multicast on the IP link? If not, is there some configuration item I have set wrong? The program looks fantastic and is far superior to the last time I tried to use SB in Fly, and better than the faff on we do to use it in FS2004. If I can just get over this little problem, I'm planning a VFR Round the World trip, with IVAO (their version 'C' trip). Plenty of opportunities to download lots of scen…

I've been lurking here for a long time, and have to thank the PMDG team for the excellent product. I love flying the 737 even if it had a few quirks with SU1-1. And I've followed every single thread her eon SU2, and been waiting for the mail about the update. It arrived this morning and got caught by my spam filter. I thought I'd post the details here, both for PMDG sake so they can see how it got caught, and as an alert for others to check their daily spam. This happened to me, and I hope it won't happen to anyone else.I Had my DEFAULT flight saved as a PMDG 737-700 with the New Zealand Livery. I Uninstalled the AIrcraft using the removal tool, then Installed SU2. When I attempted to reload the game, I got an error message about an Invalid Aircraft, naming the New Zealand Livery. I Scanned the FS9 Config file, and could not find it.Solution? Delete the Default flight. It was trying to load an aircraft that didn't exist, once the default was removed, everything was fine.So, BEFORE you uninstall, to avoid this, change the default aircraft if you are using a different livery.
