My problem is this. Whenever I get close to the arrival airport ATC starts vectoring me away from the course I programmed in he FMC, which is fine, but I want to know if it's possible to skip the waypoints that I was supposed to go to, the ones just before ATC directed me away, and make the go-around course the next active waypoint. Does this make any sense at all?Do I have to enter the wind direction and speed into the FMC? I have no way of knowing this.ThanksMikkel

Was just wondering if you intend to include (either in the 800/900 or BBJ phases) an LCD backup attitude gauge as seen in the link below?http://www.airliners.net/open.file/373811/L/Would be great if this was included in the panel configurator thingy :-lolAlso, I know its a bit early regarding the B744, no not asking for release date :-) but do you intend on modelling the -400ER as well, since this uses LCD displays?

Hi,A couple of questions:Any ETA for that bird ???Will sounds be as realistic as the Dash8 by Frolov sounds are ???Will a cockpit builder be able to disable all the BMPs whichare interesting when flying just with one screen but just slowing down a all system when flying in a real cockpit ???Knowing the house I am confident as regards the flight dynamics.Last wish:Would be great to link all system controls to keyboard and not only to mouse. Hi guysI decided to purchase the 737, but big surprise at the check out: only Visa and Mastercard !?What's going on ? Every f***g cigarette shop accepts AMEX ... well, at least in Germany ... maybe it's different in America ... :( PSS, simmarket, flight1 ... they all accept AMEX - why not PMDG ?What to do now ?Cheers

hello! first like everyone i would like to thank PMDG for their awsome add-on!! it is the only plane i fly. Before the SU2 was released i saw the amazing american airlines repaint that pmdg had on their website for SU1. Now with SU2 i was wondering if their is still i way i could get that repaint..? or is PMDG gonna release the same repaint for SU2 soon? i could wait... but if anyone knows how i could get my hands on it now... i wouldn't mind having to manually edit the aircraft document and transferring the new texture to make it work... ;) if PMDG is gonna release it any clue on when we may see it? anyways thanksJeffP.S. i would like to put my word in for an air canada…

before depature I taxi the 737 using CH Pro pedals without any problems and it is as good as any aircraft. After landing with autopilot off and all brakes,flaps etc off I cannot taxi in a straight line.The 737 pulls sharply to the left and it is impossible to taxi to a gate. Does anybody know of a reason why.

Can anyone give me pointers on tracking the glideslope? I find myself tracking it fine until about 2500ft and i seem to slip way below the glideslope. Are there any tips/formulas to help this process? I know to add thrust, but whenever I fly on a real 737 it seems as if they rarely apply a lot of thurst in final...of course they are good at what they do! Anyway, your comments are appreciated.Brad Zimmer

HiI am running SU2 on XP lastest drivers installed with FS9.I downloaded and installed the BA 737/700 last night, it installed ok.When I select it, click fly now, FS9 exits and returns to desk top or gives a not responding message and then exits.Anyone else having this?Suggestions (polite and constructive only)Steve

Captains-Tonight I have completed the first phase of a complete update on the FAQ for PMDG 737: THE NEXT GENERATION.This is the first of two planned updates to the FAQ to help PMDG 737 users to quickly identify possible solutiosn to problems they might experience with our airplane!The first set of FAQ updates include a section on potential Crash-to-Desktop solutions, as well as some help installing pre-Version 1.2 liveries.Please take a few moments to read through the PMDG 737 Operator's Information Center and FAQ....The rest of the expansion should come after Christmas....

I'd like some opinions on the most realistic way to fly the 737 while still using FS9's built in ATC. Right now, I use FS9s flight planner to generate a high altitude airway route, then use the converter to port it to FMC format and load it. I'd like to start using SIDs/STARs and more realistic plans however. Because FS ATC seems to always use a vectors to final approach, is there a best way to work around this? Is FSBuild my only choice for planning FMC compatible plans with SIDs/STARs?Thanks for your time and any info!sg

I'am running PMDG 1.2 on FS9.I run both tutorials from Fred Clausen and Timothy M. Metzinger.Everyting went well until the final approach. I enter the approach speed(VREF)into the MCP speed window and 3000 into the ALT window. After reducing speed, extend the flaps accordinghly the plain becomes very unstable (pitches up and down) with A*** readout in the speed window. As result that the plain recorvers from it and flies over the rwy. I tried it several times and always with the same result.I hope somebody can tell what i'am doing wrong or perhaps some tips and tricks!!!I'am also flying: Airbus 340 (in general without problems) and PIC767 (fs2002)The system:intel 4, 2.6mh…

for some reason I get reccomended vrefs of "78981" instead of a more achievable "142" There also is a red warning bar on all speeds from take off. /any body familiar with this? I attached a screenshot.

Is there any information on what would cause thise errors in the FMC?Last night I was tweaking my arrival into KPHL via the GVE.DPNT4 arrival (FSB2.2) by adding my arrival runway and on the arr screen, when I added my runway (DILS27L- why 2 identical entries?) and picked the transition, I recieved the dreaded Program Error. At least this time the FMC screen did not totally blank out.I always use FSb for planning and import the plan as opposed to enter it manually (WPT via WPT... ARR) Which I suppose I should do just to rule out the errors :)I have seen thsi error multiple times- specifically choosing either a STAR, transition or approach. (all on the ARR screen)Any Ideas?…

Hi,What does the message "STEEP DES AFTER *navaid*" exactly mean? Does it mean that the navaid and it's altitude is too close to the airport and would require a steep descent?
