    As you can in the following shot, the bird (737-800) has climbed to the altitude (250FL) set in the FMC and MCP. But why is the readout 200FL? Did I miss something?Michael TanYSCB

    Hi all,I just bought PMDG 737NG both the -600/-700 and the -800/-900. I absolutely love it! I have a question about VNAV. When on a STAR, for example, VNAV sometimes "forgets" to keep descending. It seems to happen when there is a hard altitude to cross, followed by a waypoint without any restriction, followed by the next waypoint with a hard restriction. I can get VNAV to keep descending if I disengage, then reengage VNAV. What's interesting is the vertical deviation indicator will show I'm too high and to descend, but the aircraft will maintain the previous altitude.A flight example is:I flew from KPHX to KLAS and descended on the TYSSN1 Arrival.     Great product.I am having problems with FS9 crashing to the desktop when I perform certain functions associated with the GoFlight MCP.First, I will preface this by saying I had assigned all the functions of the MCP to the GoFlight module using a registered copy of FSUIPC in the Buttons page for the 600/700. All worked well and added to a flawless flying experience.The problem occurs while still flying the 700 (but obviously with the new panel) when I turn any of the MCP dials (heading, speed, course, vert speed, alt) in the "FAST" mode.     Vin, per your request, here is a pic showing the two tiny holes in the VC cockpit of the 800/900. Like I said before, it is just a small cosmetic bug but you can see the ground going by through them.     If you have problems with V speeds :- it might be caused by conflicting weight data (this happens when PMDG Styles menu item weight is selected in kgs and weights are input in pounds, or the other way round).- one user did have correct settings but had conflicting input when using the load manager and inputting weights over 130 000 pounds.     Hi All!Is there a way you can disable manual braking disabling autobrakes?     Firstly I must say how great the -800/-900 737NG is.Just done my best landing in a long time into EDDF in the -900, and I didn't even scrape the mightly long tail!One thing that was disapointing was that I didn't get any TCAS info on the ND display. So what am I doing wrong?I was on Vatsim through SBRelay and Squawkbox and it was all set up in the normal manner. (I also had the BAVirtual ACARS running too.)     Well, two things about my 800/9001) Speed restrictions imposed by the flaps on TO gives me an interesting problem, in that my restriction for a clean configuration takes me to 306KTS/CLEAN on my speed restrictions? Once it hits this speed and then I reach my next fix it then gets over itself and takes me back to 250KTS/10000ft?     I was flying the B1900D today on autopilot & about 10 min. into the flight the engines just cut back to idle. When attempting to advance the throttle it would snap back to idle. I have had it since it came out & has always flown OK until today. I restarted FS2004 & then attempted to move the throttle forward to full to take off. The RPMs would pick up for a few seconds & the throttle would then snap back to idle. Am really puzzled by this as it has always flown well up to today.Any ideas for a fix for this?Thanks,Bob Anderson

    Hi everyone,In trying to sort out some of my 800/900 issues, I removed (completely) and reinstalled the aircraft. I noticed before I did this that when changing the fuel quantity in FS9, it only had 1200 pounds in the wings and 4200 in the center. This seems such a small amount...and I'm already over my weight limit. Well, once I completely removed and reinstalled...I checked the aircraft.cfg on all three new models and found this still to be the case. FYI...I hadn't started FS9 yet, but had rebooted.But that's not it...I decided to check my 600/700 series and low and behold, those fuel settings have been changed too!     Hello everyone,I have a question about the autopilot, and I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere. The problem is that whenever I activate the AP for the first time on a flight, Level change and heading modes are already activated, so I have to rush and turn them off ASAP. What I want to do is simply to activate the autpilot channel A with no modes active and THEN activate whatever modes I want in the order I want. I prefer the aircraft to not start turning in the wrong direction when I turn on the AP. Is there any way to do this? Have I missed something very obvious?Regards,Morten N

    I have noticed that the vc gear lever still does not go to the centre position although it does on the 2d panel view. This was a very obvious fault with the earlier aircraft and really thought this silly but annoying little point would have been dealt with.Sorry about nit picking with such a superb peice of work but may as well have the thing perfect - well we are getting there.Kind regardsNigel Smith

    Hi PMDG and else,I loaded the B739 right, entered all data correct into the FMC. BUT when approaching I slow down to the speed FMC gives me for full flaps at 40 and that is about 140kts. I slow down to 140kts and deploy the flaps one by one the slower I get and the marker at the left screen tells me to deploy the next flap.NOW I am almost level, plane is horizontal and NOT about 2 or 3 to 5
