Hi I've had the 800/900 for a day, and when i first tried out the tcas it seemed to work fine. but now when i try it the ND display shows "TA only" even when it is set to TA/RA on the radio panel.Any ideasBen Rudder

What happened here ?After takeoff from my origin, my left wheel never retracted fully, so i flew like that untill my destination, and when i landed, I guess it felt that it's had it for the night and decided to collapse LOL :) !!!!!!Why would one wheel not retract on takeoff ?http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/73592.jpg

Is the fuel calculator going to add the 800/900? And also, where it ask for head winds, what do you do for tail winds. I tried putting in a negative number. I've seen other calculators that calculate for tail winds.

Why does it appear I am the only one that cannot download this repaint? All others were successful. I have sent a broken link numerous times. The preview page shows over a 1000 downloads. Can someone send me the file because I just cannot get this one download to work.

I just purchased your product and I'm thrilled.... Itsgreat. However, I'm having a hard time flying it. I tried doing a take off and after I rotated I tried turning on the MCP. I clicked heading select to 340 and nothing happened. I set spped to 230kts and it never go there. I even selected alt of 23,000 and I can't get there. Am I missing something or just doing all the wrong things. Please help!Darrenman

Hello yet again! Yes I am new to flying this bird so please be patient with me:)I've read the manuals and several articals, but I cannot seem to find the speed brakes/spoilers for inflight breaking. How do I deply them???? Is it pulling down the arm beside the throttle??? If so, then do you have to disengage the speed button before pulling the arm down??Also, when I land, taxi, then get take off again - I cannot seem to STOP the beeping sound. Breaks are off, and it only beeps when taking off again after landing. Ideas??Thanks...........Iain

Hi!Well, near collisions up in the flight levels have been unusual so far, but guess what happened at FL300 on my first flight with the TCAS figured out and activated... I am unable to install the 800-900 I have recently purchased into FS2002. I have reinstalled the NG737 from my V1.2 installer and then applied the V1.2 -> V1.3 patch. At this point I can launch FS2002 and fly the NG737 with no problems. When I try to install the 800-900 upgrade it keeps telling me that I need to first install the NG737...which is already installed and working :-hmmmCan anyone help? :-zhelpCheersSatchmo

Hello, I downloaded a few liveries from AVSIM a couple nights ago. I read the readme and i tried numerous times trying to get the liveries in there. Can someone please tell me in more simple terms or try to explain to me in detail what to do. I'm stuck unless someone can help me out. Thanks. Scott

I just downloaded(bought) the the 737-800/900 series and the downloaded installer doesn't seem to work right....I'm running win2000pro, fs9, PMDG737NG it seems that my computer is making the zip file an exe...strange please help mergds,Martin

Once the cockpit is loaded in 2d view and clicking on the O the overhead panel is visible.Clicking the M on the overheadpanel has no effect than. The overhead does not move away. Only solution is to undock the overhead to my second monitor. (Or close the undocked panel)It will make the 2d view visible.Did not have that problem with the 600/700. it begins after installing the 800/900 and happens now in the total 737 family.Any idea what is causing the problem?mu syst; P2.4 1024 intern FX5700 256mb By the way; Great plane !!!!!Douwe

Sorry to pester but this is why I bought the -800, to be able to fly Eurocypria 737-800s!! Someone said earlier before release that they would be painting it..no sign yet. Any idea when? as it will just make me a happy chappy!Thanks!Ian Bowden.

Hello -After installing the new PMDG 737-800 and 900 series product, I started experiencing several problems that did not exist with my previously purchased and installed PMDG 737-600 and 700. These problems included flaps that fully extended by themselves as I started the aircraft, some AP problems similar to the "rudder issue" that may experienced when the 600-700 was released, the "dark" AP indicators such as selected altitude, airspeed, vertical speed, etc.After posting several times and receiving some suggestions that proved not to solve my problem, I decided to uninstall all PMDG stuff from my computer (could not locate a remover tool) so I simply deleted the PMDG …

I would like to have the GPS available by pressing shift + ____ because my friend and I only fly short flights manually and dont want to program everything into the FMC, especially if we havent decided where to land!So what line do I put in the panel.cfg to allow me to see the GPS with a button press? When I was flying the 600/700, I never had it crash to the desktop. Now, everytime I'm landing the 800/900 (bewteen 5 - 10 miles out), FS9 crashes to the desktop. It doesn't matter if it's day/night, summer/ winter. It doesn't matter what livery I have. It just started with the 800/900. I've read through most of the CTD posting and tried several fixes... but it didn't helpHere's my setup:Windows XP SP1Ati 9800 Pro with Cats 4.4Directx 9.1bAny help would be appreciated.Thanks,Jeff Glau

Since I didn't really get an answer to this questions I'll post it again!I really enjoy flying with the NG and that's why I want to report few bugs that we still have:1.ALTITUDE ALERT is working fine during climbs,but doesn't work during descents!(No light no sound).2.With the HYDRAULIC SYSTEM switched OFF,the flap lever won't move and if you insist (pressing F6 or F7) it will move momentarily giving a consequent movement of the flaps which I think isn't correct since the system is not pressurized.3.During take off if the elevetor trim is not in the green band,even setting it in the full scale position there is no CONFIGURATION WARNING.4.There is no possibility to arm or …

I have a couple of questions and possible bug. When ever I start a flight the cutoff switches are in the up position. I had this problem originally with the 600/700 and then after SU2 that went away and now it is back. Not a big deal just wanted to bring it up to see if this is just me or for everyone.Second I cannot access the MFD SYS or ENG switch. I press them and nothing changes on the MFD. I never am able to see what my N2 pressure is when starting. I have selected the Delta Airlines in styles and maybe they just have this on there aircraft.Thanks
