Hello,I'v seen the screenshots of your product and I'm very impressed. I'll probably be purchasing it tonight along with the original Boeing 737 NG file. How big are the files together and how long do you think would it take for me to download them?... I'm still using dial-up at 56k. Could anyone help?Darrenman

Just downloaded the new 737-800/900 and thought, why not, might as well try the B1900 as well. Downloaded both and both installed sucessflully.With the 1900 however, the "Display Radio Stack" click spot button does not function. If I open the views menu, I can open the radio stack, but I cannot open the radio stack from the click spot on the 2D panel.I couldn't find any applicable threads in the forum. Can anyone help me out with this one??Thanks Dave Willson

im a desprate man guys i received the download link straight away after opening up a hotmail account [re optusnet can i swear i better not]this is what it does i click on downlink then it goes to the next page which said,s you are authorize to download with the link under it now comes the problem it goes to the next page it said,s to use this download you need user,s name and password please help me guys i am getting frustrated by the minute it is 11.30pm have been working 14hours straight will come back in the morning hopeing someone will have some answers or maybe try my optusnet address [email protected] confirmation-2604200405303960 good-nite or day ever…

I just purchased the 737 New Generation product from PMDG and yesterday had a crc error when unzipping the file. Emailed tech support and they told me to download the file again stating that my download link had been reset. Now when I go to download using the link sent in a new email I get a small picture of the flight deck and the words "please attemp to download this product using you sign-on and password!" What is this and am I missing something obvious. Please Help!!!!x( Mark

Hi guys - I have sent a couple of emails to your [email protected] email address and received no reply, so I suspect something is going wrong somewhere. I purchased the B737-800 upgrade on Saturday morning (UK time) and have yet to receive a download link (Authorisation no: 2404200406545493). I am now wondering whether it is my email that is at fault, rather than your customer service. However, I have sent two different email addresses; both of which worked fine for downloading VMAX's B747-200 upgrade. Any chance that you could let me know what is going wrong?!Many thanks and keep the great planes coming!Paul Mallows

I noticed that when I set the the V speeds manually, I cant go beyond VR. When I try to, the MFD changes to a strange display and the speed is no longer configurable. Is anyone else seeing this? This is on the new 737-800/900. Thanks Mike

Hi,I have a few questions of flight planning.When inputting the flight plan, do you "guess" the arrival runway and associated STAR, or do you input it once you get clearance from the arrival airport?.If I do "guess" the arrival runway, and then once I get to the airport I get clearance for a different runway, can I just change the runway in the Dep/Arr page?, I tried this last night, and once I had changed it I lost the whole flightplan, and LNAV was no longer able to follow the flightplan.CheersDanny Watkins

Hi PMDG Team,I have to write you that I feel very happy about how your new and latest design looks. The Cockpit graphics look extrem real, much better than the first 600/700 version!!! And the VC is very nice and especialy that it s fully clickable is the best! Framerates are realy nice on my system - all overall I am 95% happy, much more happy than with PSS or SSW!!!!!!BIG THANK YOU GUYS!!! The bank is worth the bugs!!

Hello team,Again a great product. I have noticed - and I assume it is a driver issue that in Fullscreen the FPS on the PFD and other instruments is very choppy and erratic even changing the LCD FPS but if I go windowed it is smooth as silk and an absolute pleasure to fly.I have a GF4 Ti4400 with the 56.56 drivers - any hints?Could it have something to do with render_panel perhaps?Thanks againAnd nice painting John (even for a Kiwi!)Scott

I just completed a test flight in the 737-800 and I have to say that PMDG has done it again. I have purchased every product that PMDG has released including all the FLY stuff. I fly many hours each week, spend a fortune on upgrading my computers (approx 6 months) and it is all worth it when you fly these great 737 aircraft. I cant use my PMDG 737TNG airplanes for some unknown reason!when i load either of the PMDG aircrafts (737-600/700/800/900)and i press the Fly now button in FS9 the computer loads and theni get the Win XP failure message box with an option to restartFS9. this only happens to the PMDG aircrafts!I have now clue on what's wrong!but now i figured i'd reinstall the PMDG aircrafts, only problemis that i cant find any PMDG installations on the Add or RemovePrograms so i cant uninstall it either!!any help would be greatly appreciated!Yngve

HiWhat should the Stab Trim be for the B737-800 with a ZFW of 130K lbs and Fuel of 42K lbs. The manual provides Stab Trim figures for the -600/700 but not the -800/900. I am having some trouble pulling the -800 of the ground at VR speed and the stab trim is currently the default of 5 (or thereabouts). The Load Manager has 157 in Coach (Single Class) and 4,990lbs in the Forward locker and 5,656lbs in the aft locker. So the CG should be pretty near where it needs to be.

I have found that while using the 2D panels of -600/700 or the new -800/900 that the PFD and Eicas screens will freeze. Everything is working as it should, the MCP is correct and updating etc... but the MFD screens are frozen. If I go to the overhead panel and back to the main the screens will update and provide information again.It seems it mainly happens after I have gone to the Shift-2 view and then back to the non zoomed version, by hitting Shift-2 again. Has anyone else seens this? If this is known to happen sorry, I just started flying these this weekend. I tried to do a search and didn't come up with anything.Dustin Pearson

Hi...Anybody encountered these problems : Dome ight is not working (in virtual cockpit)..wipers not working...after I'm landed and stop, autobrake won't dissengage....Also, is normal that , everytime I load PMDG -800, Airac database is loading...And finally, can I use the same removal tool for -800 and -900Thanks....AlainI like those birds...

Hi everyone,this is a nice one! My NGs are flying all the time without problems. BUT when I am about at final approach, and try to get the -800 or -900 down to the right speed, I alsways have to use speed brakes. And while s-braking, I get the flaps out. Here I notice that the lift effect is strong, she doesnt keep the ILS very steaddy as the 600/700 did. And even when the FMC tells me to need 140kts at 40

Just curious as to who prefers the "Southwest Style" for the MFD's and why. For some reason, I think it looks horrible. Sort of like someone took the NG displays, then overlayed that with stock MSFS gauges. To me they look totally out of place.Any thoughts?

I like everything that I have read about the PMDG 737 so far. With the new 800-900's, and the new model in general, is their support for opening the cargo doors and also seeing the Wing Views?Might seem like a silly question but I was just curious....
