    Hi All,Well, it seemed my other question in relation to SquawkBox didn't reveal any answers for me, however I have just had this problem and need to get to sleep, so I thought asking you all might be a bit quicker and less effort than looking through the manuals (if it even is in there).On my flight yesterday I had a problem in that when I'd taken off I switched to LNAV at 400ft, however I received a radar vector and had to maintain altituded thereafter. When I was finally able to engage VNAV at much greater than 3000ft AGL (therefore off both lateral and vertical track), it would not engage, stating 'Unable cruise alt', although I got there easily when I had to regretful…

    I recently purchased FSBuild. I have version 2.1. I get an error message when trying to export to the 737NG FMS. I found after research the problem may lie in the file path to the flightplans. I followed the forum posts but found a slight problem. FSBuild does not have a way for me to edit the file path. It allows me to browse for active sky, FSMeteo, etc... but not the PMDG 737.     Hi Guys,I was wondering if anyone could explain to me why some of the default go flight controls dont work with the pmdg.Ive printed off the PMDG key commands for the mcp and also the default MS 2004 commands example of the problems ive encountered.Go Flight GF-P8 unitDefault MS command for Toga = ctrl+shift+gPMDG command for toga = ctrl+shift+gSo one would assume straight out of the box these products would talk to each other but i have to manually program this key command to a button thus lossing the led indicator light when engaged.There must be some way round this as at least half the pmdg mcp commands match the default settings but wont work with go flight yet the go…

    HiSituation: I flew an approach today into Seattle. On the final approach I simulated a G/A out of an CMD approach at around 600 feet (the autopilot was flying the approach). The missed approach was correctly entered with a holding at the MAHP for RW34L at 5000 and 230 knots. The holding was set with the correct inbound course and turning direction. LEG DIST 7.0 miles.What happened:Everything looked fine first. Positive rate, Gear up. Flaps retraction on schedule. And than the troubles started.     Hi, Iv'e just downloaded the latest AIRAC cycle 0405,I think,but when I load the FMC the nav data says the AIRAC installed is 0315 or something,why doesn't it show up as the one I've installed.I've installed it to the correct place but still doesent appear correct!Also when I installed the SID/STAR package from this site and installed it to the stated path,my SIDS/STARS all dissapeared!! When I load the aircraft in FS9 it performs the task of loading all the runway,intersection etc,etc from FS9,is this correct?Any help??Thanks and regards,Martin.

    Been a while since I posted...came back because of the AMAZING B1900D you guys did. I did a quick search for comments on this issue and only found a couple comments, none reporting any problems, but I wonder...has anybody else had problems getting the nose to unstick when the bird is at or near MTOW? I've had to resort to full nose-up trim and it STILL doesn't want to rotate less than ten or fifteen knots over V2. The POH says that you should trim NOSE DOWN for heavier weights. Also, landings were a bear because the bird just seemed to want to be a lawn dart.So...I looked into it, and I'm still playing with it. My most recent attempt makes the mains compress so that …

    Hi PMDG and Forum people...I've been trying to work out how to enter a fix that is a relation to another point...For example... 16nm from POL VOR bearing 136... How would I go about entering this into the FMS??The reason I'd like to do this is because there are only so many SID's and STAR's that are in the NAVDATA so I'd like to add my own SID and STAR fixes on the fly...Thanks in advanceRichard

    HiI've been developing some SIDSTAR files and hence departing many times from the same runway (short and high). It would seem that, if rotation and positive climb does not occur very promptly, approx 60% N1 is commanded - leading to a crash unless Auto throttle is disarmed.What seems to be happening is that I set the speed bug to V2 (which is incremented by 20kts). The aircraft is ruunning fairly heavy and if it is not rotated very promptly, the THR HOLD mode annunication changes to MCP (can't remember specific annunication here) - in other words it seem to suddenly decide to chase the speed set on the MCP (anticipating the aircraft accellerating presumably) at the point …

    Hi guys.Is there a way to select how I will enter a holding pattern in the PMDG?In SBRF, VOR 18 DESCENT DELTA 1 procedure says that I have to maintain R-032 for 2.5 min and then turn to intercept R-015. Is there a way to create a STAR that stay X minutes in a TRK and then turn to intercept?Thanks,

    K. hello there..I have a problem with choosing the variants of the 737NG while in Fs9.It happens now and again and recently I have done a fresh install so i can eliminate any issues etc, so i got new install of Fs9 Pmdg 737NG and 800/900 install with tempory fix. (recently purchased both)Now ive just noticed again on trying my first AS2004/FSbuild flight with your pmdg, that i choose a 737/700 with winglets, but its given me the 800 series etc cockpit.. Now this is so frustrating, because i go to change aircraft to any of the other variants and the cockpit stays the same.(800 series etc) This is really bugging me and any help would be greatly appreciated..thanks in advanc…

    Hello crew,I'm wondering that where do you usually fly with your 737s by PMDG? Do you fly in some virtual airline and in VATSIM? Or are you always setting up some failures and then try to come out from a dangerous situation?     Hi, A question for the pros: When retracting the gear after take-off, are the wheels stopped from spinning prior to entering the wheel wells or are they allowed to spin until the run out of energy?     Future Airline Pilot Hey is anyone as excited as i am about the PMDG 747? I'm like hopping up and down and can barely wait. I always go to LAX to watch them land right over my head at the IN N OUT burger on the ILS approach for runway 24R. It's a golden spot.     This post is not designed dig at PMDG but to hopefully enhance what i believe to be a large gap in the product (present in all top end comercial airliner paywere addons that i have seen not just PMDG but i have chosen them to be the best that i have seen so far with the 737/8/900s. The aircraft it self is wonderfull and as realistic as they come, we all know this, but what is missing is the support services that a real airline would have in place in real life, by this i mean flight planning,fueling,loadediting, all connected in to one package.great...so you have the aircraft but you are then left to calculate the rest hit and miss cos you need a flight level to get the …
