Hello team,I was wondering if you gonna also model the new style cockpits that are installed on the 747ER? Will someone please explain the proper technique for fuel usage on the 737NG. Do I use the center tank first and then the wings or is it opposite? I have been using the fuel in the wings first but running out before I reach my destination because I can't seem to get the fuel to burn from the center tank. I tried to follow the instructions in the manual with no success. So, can someone give me a step by step on how to move fuel so I don't keep running out?Thanks,Brian Officer

Hi again guys,Thanks for the prompt reply regarding TCAS objects on Vatsim I checked styles/various 2004 internal and it worked.My other problem is setting fuel and payload weight to Kgs. instead of Lbs. I've set styles/various to Kgs. but the fuel and payload weight doesn't change it stays as Lbs. When I first installed the sim I'm sure it was reading Kgs. What Happened? Hi all, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to set up an X800 PROso that I get maximum performance and quality for FS2004, I went from a 9600XT (I should have bought the X800 XT also, but no one had it) to an X800 PRO, and I still get some choppiness when using ultimate traffic and simflyer's airports. My current computer config is a Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz 1 Gig of DDR Ram a 160 Gig HD and an X800 PRO. Maybe I can take it back and get the GEforce 6800. Anyone have any suggestions for me?Thanks,Jeff USAF

Ok this is getting ridiculous- i have tried everything I have been told to try to solve this installation problem I am having with the 737. when I uncheck the read only box in the FONTS folder as I was told to do and click on APPLY it simply keeps switching back to read only every time I go back to check if the settings are getting saved. as far as administrative privileges go I have no clue what i am supposed to do here I have full administrative privileges is all I know. Hiya guys,Just wanted to ask, will you be offering the 747-400 in its latest flightdeck style. If you look at the picture here of Virgin Atlantic's G-VROC, you will see that the Boeing's latest offering has LCD screens instead of CRT, the mechanical standby instruments are now replaced by a single mini LCD with an artificial horrizon, speed and altitude indicator, and the readings on the autopilot FMCP are now digital. Those who have tried this short realistic 3rd-part freeware flight will have appreciated its use of real ATC and the supplied STAR and numerous other relevant charts. Except that it loads the default 737. I have tried substituting the 737NG-700 and though tricky this works fine until the final stages of the descent - for me at least. The problem seems to lie in the flight mode. It wants to stay in CLB but will go to CRZ sometimes, even CON and GA! Either way I can't seem to control the mode or get it to slow for the approach below 290kts indicated. How can I change mode in a non-FMC flight where there is no preceding takeoff and climb? Am I wasting my time trying to fly t…

As you know flying long distance is boring. You can only find so many things to play with and you can only check and recheck the FMC approach and holds so many times.So accelerated time helps, but the A/P, LNAV hold has troubles with it. It starts to over correct and zig zag across the course line wasting fuel and time.Solution? Zoom the map view to about 40 or 80 miles and disengage VNAV hold and fly with HDG hold at x16 speed. You can actually fly quite accurately, given your effective speed of about 8000nm/h.You "can" get away with burst of x32, x64 and even x128, but watch the winds, sudden or even gradual changes in the wind strength or direction can cause you to …

I had an interesting thought the other night, while hunting around the web I found the Eurocontrol page that will give you an exstensive list of all the NOTAM etc for the FIR you are flying to, from or through.I then wondered if it would be possible to pipe this info into an FMC on board the plane. So as you approach an airspace or fix a list of available NOTAMs becomes available on the FMC. Would be something to read when flying long hours.Interestingly it appears the Olympics are only restricted up to 1000ft AGL. Thought it would be higher, you can still get a flour bomb well placed from that hieght!EDIT changed "Floor" to "Flour". Not sure what a floor bomb is, but…

I have been going throught the Tutorial for PMDG 737 NG and when I put Orlando into the FMC there are no runways for arrivals of departures. Anybody know the problem?Stephen Spiers

Hello all. I just had a problem with RealityXP's Wx500 radar. I have installed it in my PMDG panels via the configuration manager, but it does not show up! I love flying PMDG's 737NG (an extremely excellent a/c, my fav of all time), and wish I could get the radar to work. Any help would be appreciated. Dana Palmer

Hi there first of all i want to send a HUGE thank-you to the staff at PMDG for sending me the replacement files after my computer suffered a meltdown after a power surge leaving me with a destroyed harddrive,etc. Now that I have version 1.3 I am having a problem with the files extracting to the FS9 folder...basically I am getting the following message during the extraction or lack thereof: "C:WindowsFontsAriah.ttf" and above this line is the command "skipping file" can anyone help me out as to what the heck i am to do so I can once again enjoy the best FS9 aurcraft there is .
