HiDoes anybody know where I can find pictures of the real 737NG panels? I have tried http://www.b737.org.uk/index.htm and it is a very good website showing a lot of pictures and with a lot of technical data about how things works in the 737. But actually I would like to see more pictures. For example I could not find a picture of the left part of the AFDS MCP panel. CheersLars

A great article in the current September Issue of Flying Magazine on the first flight of a new 737 as it is delivered to the Customer from Boeing. The author took the controls for the takeoff and I think all PMDG fans will find this article interesting

Hi guys,Just got the CD version of the PMDG, and the problem is that in the FMC, when I try to select SIDs or STARs, there are none for every airport APART from Denver and Los Angeles. I have the AIRAC 0408 Navdata and the 0408 SIDSTARs. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.Tom

Hi,I'm just curious. Will there be a first-officer panel on the 747 outside the VC? With a second screen one could think of having one complete panel (captain + first officer) stretched out over the two screens. That would be really cool (maybe it is the "747 Experience" panel).Best regards Alexader

Hello,I was curious how to get ATC to recognize my aircraft as "Boeing 737" instead of "737". For instance when it tells another aircraft about me it says "737, Report Them In Sight" when I want it to say "Boeing 737, Report Them In Sight".Thank You,Kevin D Wycha

Hi guys, being new to squawkbox I'm not sure if you can do this but does anyone know how to get enroute wind and temperature info on the Vatsim Network so I can insert to the 737-800 FMC. I also noticed quite often there is no wind direction/speed info on the ND or if there is it's about 5 knots at FL350 that can't be right.Jeff Kittelty.

Hi,Just bought and installed the 737 6/7/8/9 packages.Installed 6/7 Version 1.3 first.Then 8/9 Version 1.1 after.Rebooted computer and started FS9.I get the wrong gauges displayed on all 737 models (see attached picture)Anyone know what's wrong?Thanks in advance for any help.Charlie K

After using a few months with no problem, i have a problem i cannot solve myself. I cannot arm A/T anymore at take off.When taking off, and everything is set. I push A/T to arm in order ot push next the Flight Director switch and T/O mode. But everything i get from the A/T is the white ARM message for a second on the PFD. The A/T button also blinks green for a second and the everything is off.The FMC warning light A/T first (red) blinks. But there is no message at the FMC. Where i go wrong, which switch i have to push ?Sorry, just started at the flight academy.Newbie:-shy

Hi guys, Not posted here in a long time, been busy etc and not had any flight time at all really untill now.Ok the problem:- i have latest 408 airac files for pmdg and running in fsbuild 2.x.Ok i created a route from LEMG > EGKK and made sure i had it to compile to fs2004 and PMDG . It compiled and saved the fpl file to fs9 and the .rte file to pmdg relevent folder.Now im in the Bird and all systems up and running, now for the FMC plan. while goint to the REF NAV DATA screeen and chooseing FLT PLNS> i see my route there saved as by FSbuild LEMGEGKK. When i click on the LSk1 and it shows the route pop up in the scratchpad on the FMC there is no EXEC light to enable …

I just went to "Routefinder" (what a great service!) and asked for a flightplan from KIAD to KBOS. Using FSnavigator 4.6, I plotted the flightplan on FSNav's moving map and entered the waypoints, saved it, exported it to FS2004 and to PMDG successfully, and just loaded it into the FMC of the NG. On the FMC RTE page, however, it says in the scratch pad "Err at 3, line 104"I had observed that the third waypoint of the Routefinder flightplan asked me to fly a leg from isec MICAH almost backwards, at a ridiculous turn angle of 151 degrees, to LARRI; and I wondered if I was therefore receiving an advisory from the PMDG FMC that this is an incompatible or erroneous leg? I typically descend using VNAV and allow the plane to follow it's proposed course. However I've noticed that after I've selected the appropriate runway, all of the speeds on the approach course are way too fast. It usually has a speed of 180kts for much of the approach until finally reaching a more reasonable speed, but by this time, I supposed to be practically on top of the runway. The problem if you haven't guessed is in order to slow down, the AP pulls up, and then I overshoot, big time. Actually, I more likely to be well over the runway before my speed adjusts. I've tried adjusting the speeds on my approach, but when I make the inputs in the FMC it says "invalid…
