Hello there. I have som problems with my x 52Pro with the aileron , it flips op and down when i try to move them up and down. I have both x52 pro and the normal yoke , The normaly yoke works with no problem, the reson for both system is the helicopter flying and some pilots who only wants to use the normaly yoke. The simulater is placed on an oil platform and every one can use it... FSUIPC is installed and used for calibrating. What about the setup in FSX for thr controlers, when i use FSUIP... should it be on defoult.. Any idea... Thanks Sirklint

Hi Guys, I'm using the Saitek Radio Panel with FSX, my panel always powers up when I launch my FSX program showing the default "mumbo gumbo" on the LED Radio Panel. Does this happen to everyone? or is there a way to power it up after you've started "free flight"? Is there a way to assign a button through FSX or FSUIPC so it only powers up the LED panel once the panel on the screen is powered up after turning on the Master Batt/Alt switch? Thanks in advance, Sam

I have used the yoke for years. I recently decided to get the Pro Pedals, They worked together fine for a short period of time. I started FSX up awhile ago and it won't even recognize the two controllers. I checked the windows device manager. Nothing there, I checked the FSX controls. Nothing there. They are both USB and hooked up to the back of the computer. At this point I'm stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Searching through this forum I see that others have experienced the same issue as I am now but no definite solution was given. This didn't happen until recently. I haven't seen this occur before, so maybe someone can help out. I'm using FSUIPC registered version with FS9 and Saitek TQ's. One of the axis controllers has stopped working in a sense, that is, in FSUIPC it doesn't register movement throughout the entire range. It only goes from 0 when in the detent and on leaving the detent it jumps to 16383 immediately in the axis assignment values section of FSUIPC. However, the action shows full range when testing in the MS Devices section in Control Panel. This has af…

My joystick completely changed its settings, and I didn't touch it at all. It still works, though none of the buttons do what they used to do. I have no idea what happened. Or how to change it, anyone?

G'day everybody. I have just upgraded my GPU from a GTX680 to a GTX780 SOC'd. Now the display on my Saitek Pro Flight Auto Pilot is very dim. I use a Manhatten powered USB hub and have not got a clue where to look to try and solve this problem. All help very much appreciated. Thanks and cheers, Mac

Hi Since then I have connected my Saitek rudders, I get some issues with the sound in the VC. Seems like moving the rudder makes some sounds disappear. Like pushing to the right and the sound from the right is cut out. I did not have this problem before starting to use the rudders. This happens with every addon. Rudders are controlled via FSUPIC. Use FS9.1. I am using Active Camera, if it matters. Any idea? Thanks Ghiom

I programmed all the switches correctly and saved the profile. Now what? The panel doesn't do anything when in FSX. FSX asked permission to use the ProFlightPlugin, and ProFlightExe is workimg fine. Do I have to load my programming profile or something?

but I say it nonetheless... It's a wonderful looking, well and solidly built and stable set. You just have to know that you need a pro-wrestler right arm for a very stiff joystick ^_^. The Hall effect sensors make very precise adjustments to your flight parameters and that was one of the reason of my choice. It delivers. My main gripe is that, contrary to what I thought (I should've checked first...), it seems that there are very, very few resources for it : no ready-made profiles for FSX and no users forums ! You've to build yourself your own profiles which is not fun even if it is not the nightmare that the CH HOTAS is. If any of you guys is aware of …

I have just got round to installing my newly acquired Warthog. After all the excitement has died down, I am now faced with the task of configuring it. Sadly I am finding the target software virtually incomprehensible. I have spent about six hours trying to configure this thing. I have no problem with allocating buttons and switches via the standard FSX controller setup, but for some reason, the throttle not only affects the throttle but also the rudder! I have checked that there isn't a conflict assignment in FSX, I have even turned off the throttle in Target software, but it still operates as before, with the rudder being operated by the throttle!?I do not have FSUIPC, b…

Hi all,Does anyone of you saitek pro throttle owners ever experienced spiking on one or two of its axis?I own two of these throttles, installed side by side. I wanted to have separate axis for each of the two engines' throttle/prop/mixture (I fly light GA twins most of the time). Now I am having problems with the axis getting too spiky. Not only that, the spiky axis tends to follow the movement of the axis next ot it (the one on the right for exmaple) but only about half the movement.Having these problems are very annoying, especially if the axis are assigned to the engine throttle, or prop, as it makes very erratic responses to the flight...I used to own TM products…

I have a Ch joystick, throttle and yoke which are analogy that I brought down from the attic. Is there anyway to make these work with USB? I use a analogue to usb converter for the peddles and it works fine. Can't find a converter for the others. Thanks for your help.

Hello, I've been using these pedals for quite some time now (about 2 years) and now the LEFT toe brake doesn't work at all. I opened the pedals to find a loose wire being the culprit, i think. I now have to be using the period (.) key for brakes and if i'm just using the working RIGHT toe break it just actions the differential brakes. Is there anyway i can map the entire brake system to just one toe pedal (the RIGHT working pedal)? I hope it makes sense... btw still using fs9

As far as I can see from the Belkin website, the Nostromo N52 isn't manufactured any more. Can't see anything equivalent on their site at all in fact. (I think Razor has taken over manufacture of these gamepads?). I have one that works OK, but the red switcher button is playing up. I 100% need this for my flightsim and am bracing myself for it giving up the ghost altogether any time soon (I've had it years and years). Amazon shows some 'Nostromo' pads, but they are not by Belkin. If I do get a replacement, I want one that will automatically read my .ldt and .n52 profiles - I don't fancy the idea of starting them all from scratch! (In Amazon reviews BTW, peop…

hi guys I am new to flight sim. I am interested in passenger aircraft simming, specifically boeing and airbus. I am trying to setup a home sim system and would appreciate your advice on the hardware, controls and the overall system for FSX. I don't want to spend too much money on that and would be willing to spend 20 000-25 000$ for the complete system including pc, audio, monitors. For hardware controls I war to focus now on yoke, throttle and pedals. My questions: 1. Which are the most realistic throttles for boeing and airbus? Should I really spend more money on motorised ones or go with non motorised ones? 2. Which are the most realistic yokes for the same aircr…

CH Pedals and yoke. Clean FSX SP2, no addons and no FSUIPC The red brake indicator comes on and will not clear with the "period" key. If I set the parking brake and release, the red indicator turns off but returns as soon as any braking is done. Differential braking appears when the pedal brakes are applied but the red brake indicator returns and stays on. I have tried calibrating in the CH Control program and windows. I downloaded the little program to clear ALL calibration and just did the CH program calibration but problem remains. The fact that the period key will not clear the brake indicator is odd. I would expect at least a flicker when the period key is de…

So I'm finally taking the plunge into this thing, but I thought it would be good idea if I'd make a thread to ask some questions, and people can tell me what I need to know. 1. I am using a headset, do you recommend the TrackClip Pro? What are its advantages/disadvantages? 2. Is there a loss of framerate at all in FSX when using TrackIR? 3. TrackIR movements can be displayed at 120 FPS according to the manufacturer. Isn't that dependant on the game as well? So for example I get 5 FPS and move my head, and the motion will be 5 FPS as well or will it be 120 FPS? 4. Anything else I need to know?

Hi Guys I'm currently trying to get some GoFlight panels, but wanted to ask if anybody knows the difference between the GoFlight T8 panels. Take the switch panel for example, the old one and new one look identical, for example: GF-T8-1 Toggle Switch / Indicator Module and the GF-T8-2 Toggle Switch / Indicator Module Both look identical, same price, same colour, same description, but nothing mentioned as to the difference in version name.. If a new one replaces an old one, I would expect the old one not to be sold anymore, or some new features listed on the new one, but there are no differences listed or visible? Hmmmm

Ok so I was watching tv so I decided to walk across the room and check my flights progress. I must have picked up static electrity because when I touched one of the plastic buttons on the yoke I felt one heck of a shock and my computers speakers popped. Now the Hatswitch causes the view point to spin around in circles I can hold it and stop the rotation but the view won't go back the other way. The button I hit no longer works and for some reason it caused my flaps to deploy.....The main flight controls still function luckly since I'm inflight from KIAD to EBBR. I've had this CH Yoke for about 8 years so its been a great yoke and I hope I can fix it.

Hello All, I am having a nagging issue with my VRInsight CDU II, which looks like other folks have had it as well. In a review post, the author noted "The only remark I have here is that the CDU II sometimes sends double inputs to the pc upon pushing a button only once. Sometimes annoying, but nothing terrible." Here's a link to a YouTube video showing it happen. At 2:13 (ish), you will see the user enter "LFMP", but it puts two L's in place. This also happens with the CLR and DEL keys, which you can understand why THAT gets a bit difficult for someone, especially a newbie at working with the PMDG 737 NGX FMS like me. http://youtu.be/aLjFdRGudXl?t=2m13s A…
