In FSX with Accelerator, but using FSUIPC4 for some things. I have been trying to get some things set right for a while now. And I am getting close but I am confused by some things still. 1. Sometimes when I open FSX and Fly Now, the monitors are set as I had them previously; One view on left monitor, and several views in the right. But often they are all lapped on top of one another in the left. 2. I am working with getting my rate of roll better on the 172 (only thing I fly) so many changes in FSUIPC and FSX controls. 3. I recently setup my Saitek Proflight yoke and TQ with a registered copy of FSUIPC. Everything works properly with the exception of the throttle. I do not get any throttle opening unless the throttle is at 50 or higher on the TQ. In aircraft with thrust reverser's, anything less than 50 on the TQ puts them into Beta. What is really frustrating is the throttle on my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro does not have this problem and in FSUIPC, shows the same values as the Saitek TQ as the throttle is moved from 0 - 100 and back. Hello, I recently installed the Saitek Yoke, rudder pedals, and trim. I also had an older Saitek joystick from a few years back. When I installed the driver CDs that came with all the Saitek hardware, they all showed up in a Profile Editor. The only thing that did not show up was the Elevator Trim. Did I do something wrong during the install? Or is it not supposed to show up in the profile editor program? I realized that during the elevator trim install, I had the saitek yoke plugged in. I unplugged it and reinstalled the drivers that came with the elevator trim but they still do not show up. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Until yesterday all was fine, but suddenly, when I advance my X52 throttles, the reversers deploy - plus the spoliers come up in a number of aircraft. I amusing (EDIT: I am using.. 'amusing' is hardly the word for this annoyance!) the same profile as always, but has something gone wrong with the Z axis (throttles)? Considering the Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals vs the Saitek Pro Flight Cessna Rudder Pedals. Understand the Cessna version is slightly more expensive but the pedals design seem like they would suit me better, I also have some real-life Cessna/Piper experience so I'm drawn to them. I would use them for general and combat flight simulation. Just wondering if there is anything I should be aware of for one over the other, other than the price.

It seems 'stuck': I go into the profile and can edit most functions as I want, but the sensitivity sliders for the mouse (I want it to move more slowly) are fixed - I can't drag them left or right. Any ideas why this is so? It is programmed as 'fall back'.. Thanks.

Not the best topic heading but hope someone can help with this I have a Saitek yoke and throttle and use Opus for my weather and use their camera's for looking around and effects and herein lies my problem I am using the PMDG 777 and have configured my throttles using fsuipc for each engine but because I have to have enable controller ticked because simconnect is required for opus cameras to work with my button assignment on the yoke so I have the problem of one throttle controlling both engines and one throttle controlling no2 eng,If I untick the enable controller then everything works the way I want but I cant change camera views any ideas on a way that I can achieve…

I have been struggling with how to create a cheap home made steering tiller for a while now. While cleaning out the closet I found my old Saitek throttle unit and started thinking of how I could use it as a tiller. 15 minutes of brainstorming, flip it sideways, add one fishing rod handle later and tada... I'm using FSX Acceleration Pack on a Windows8 64bit PC with a Saitek Yoke/Throttle and CH Products Pedals. I've been using this set up for years with no issues. I was starting a flight in FSX with Aerosoft's AirbusX Extended. I taxied to my runway and began my take off roll when my plane suddenly started to pull to the left. My pedals were completely unresponsive (brakes & rudder). This one is tough, and I don't know if anyone will understand me, but I will try. I am (for various reasons) using a game controller like you see with the (PS3/Xbox360) with dual analog controls. If I move the controller down, the plane moves up, and vice-versa. Excellent, everything good so far. The problem is when I let go of the control, the plane moves back to a neutral elevator. What I really want is for the controller to add/subtract from elevator, not have a direct correlation to the real control stick. For example: Move the controller down, and the farther down it goes, the faster the stick moves down. Let go, and the stick is still in the same positi…

Good day! I have this problem with my Airbus X that, right after I pushback and start my engines (GSX), I lose all controls. My throttle won't move, nor side stick, nor rudder. Before engine start I can move the throttle only (supposed to be that way I understand). Also when I lose controls FSX doesn't detect my joysticks (saitek rudder/throttle and logtiech extreme 3D pro). Why does this happen right after pushback and engine start - no clue! Hi, after 4 years of absence, I am back into simming. FS X and Windows 8.1, which, to my surprise, works perfectly well. Performance is super vs. what I had 4 years back. Yet when I attach my ProPedals from CH (USB), after few seconds, FS X shuts down. I do have similar issue with flightstick only configuration, yet only every 2nd or 3rd time I start FSX and typically it is stable after one more reboot. But when ProPedals are attched, it always crashes. The pedals work well (the few seconds till FSX goes down :-( ). Anyone any idea what I could do to fix? Thanks Michael

Hi Can you help me,I'm having a problem with throttle for all the planes in FSX.When I launch FSX,click fly now the moment it finishes loading up my throttle levers or quadrant for which ever aircraft are always engaged to full thrust and planes will start spooling straight away.I have to move my joystick throttle lever up and down to disengage and apply brakes to come to a full stop. I don't know whats causing that.Also when I click fly now if I listen very carefully I can hear some mouse click at the beginning of the FSX load up page as attached on the images below.Hope you can help me. Hello all together, I am a new user of the MCP Combo II (Boeing type). With the assembling of the key-caps I made a fault - I simply did not see that one of the keys was assembled by myself in a wrong direction. So one of the keys is turned to the left and I want to correct this direction of course. What is your experience about re-assembling of keys on the MCP? Is it simply possible to pull out the key or will this cause a defect of the key? Thanks a lot if anyone can give me an Information about his experience about this (I hop simple) topic... Thomas

Hi Guys I am using a Saitek X52Pro Stick and Throttle and have mapped one of the throttle rotary switches to the Elevator Trim Axis in FSX. It works fine but makes the trim very sensitive to change. Is there any way of calibrating this axis perhaps via the FSX config file or ?? Would appreciate any suggestions Cheers Pete

Hi everyone i searched thru the topics and a few were kinda old i fly fsx dx10 i have the pmdg737 777 and A2A p51 i currently have two saitek throttle quads, they work ok however i hate how they spike and jiggle in game i'm sure there are better options out there, i'm looking to get recommends based on experience ect. i realize some are costly and i'm ok with that as long as they work " price is your friend for a day quality is your friend for life " so shoot me some ideas, i would like them to be fairly versatle so i can configure my GA planes as well as the tubes thanks everyone JHo

I've read the user guide of the EZdok Camera and installed FSX outside the program files (D:) . The EZdok Camera connects FSX successfully, but the shaky effects and other camera functions vanished in EVERY plane (included default airplanes). I've repaired the registry path of FSX. What happened to my camera software?
