Does anyone have this?I'm thinking about getting Volume 1 as I've just joined Ryanair Virtual and they fly to/from all three of the airports in this package.I'd appreciate any feedback about the product if any of you guys have it.CheersMartin

I would like to clarify some things for my own benefit as I've decided to clean up my computer and remove a lot of accumulated stuff over the years which includes FS9.I installed a new hard drive and updated my OS to Win 7 Pro. As I understand it from all the other posts regarding installation under Win 7, I should install the program to its' own folder in the new C: drive and not in the "Program files" of Win 7 and turn off UAC during installation.As of this moment, FS9 is installed on the D: drive. So I plan to format that drive and install to that cleaned up drive as well.But I'm wondering, can I do a new install over the existing one one the D: drive and maintain all …

I have been having a problem with the stabilizer running away on the ground,when i start fs-9 the virtical stabilizer goes to the full nose up position,if you set the trim back to normal it will keep going to the nose up position, and sometimes the spoilers on the right wing are in the up position and wont go down,also somtimes the rudder is twiching back and forth ,can someone help me with this problem its driving me nuts thanks.

The FS9 vs FSX debate is a big one and not one that I wish to start off.But recently I was thinking and to be honest, I can't ever see myself ceasing to be satisfied with what I do in FS9.I've spent a hell of a lot of money over the years on scenery, aircraft and various other add-on products to enjoy this hobby, and I'm now at a point where I have most of my favourite destinations in good quality thanks to add-on scenery, together with almost every commercial aircraft that I'm interested in. HiI wondered if anyone has experienced this at KABQ? Recently I flew into Albuquerque for the first time in about 9 months and found that this structure was sitting on the ramp where the terminal should be! It looks like a huge military hangar but I am not sure where it has come from (presumably another airport which I have added since I was last in KABQ)but I cannot identify which and reinstalling KABQ has not solved the problem. I am using the FRF version of KABQ by the way. I've found that some aircraft have axis indicators that are useless since they're not aligned with the horizon. How do I adjust it? I've tried changing the "eye point" variables but it only affects the side and back views. I like to use the small "V".thanks!

HiI have Piglet's T-28 and I've noticed something odd about the FDE. The whole aircraft seems way too heavy. When I try to rotate on takeoff, only the nose lifts off--the aircraft itself does not climb. I reach the end of the runway, apply a bit of nose-up trim so that the Trojan doesn't slam into the trees, and it lifts off very gradually, taking its own sweet time. When I finally DO take off, when I try to turn, it stalls about 50 feet from the ground and crashes. When I apply more trim at the start of the takeoff roll, it lifts off too early, stalls, and crashes back down onto the runway. Is there any cfg files I could tweak to make the FDE more realistic? Hello:Was just wondering what part of the aircraft.cfg to look at to affect a planes turn radius? I've had a few planes over time that were great to fly but on the ground you'd need a football field to turn the darn thing around.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.

I recently upgraded my video card from a 8800GT to a GTX460Used to use 185.00 drivers from 2009 , however i have upgraded to the 2__ drivers for my GTX 460 , which are not compatible with Nhancer.With Nhancer you had a setting you could use to eliminate the "shimmers" - 8SQ Supersampling - which completly eliminated shimmers and did not affect FPS ( except in very heavy cloud)With Inspector, i cannot seem to find a setting that will eliminate these shimmers! Tried multitude of settings as per Nick's guide ( 8SX, 8SQ ) - no matter what setting i used i still get mild shimmering autogen( although not that bad - maybe 20% , but upgrading a video card i should not have to …

Hi AllI'm having a really strange problem...I've been going through all of my aircraft.cfg files and renaming the ui_manufacturer and type so that they appear as Airbus/Boeing/Embraer etc...and all has been going fine, until I touch my E190 file...I've renamed the E170 and E190 files to read "Embraer" instead of "FeelThere/Wilco Embraer" or whatever it was...and now only the E170 shows in the sim, no trace of the E190 under any manufacturer.Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and then doing the same again, step by step...E170 first, then checked it in the sim and all is well, then I changed the .cfg file from the E190 (in exactly the same way) but then the E190 doesn't show…

So I'm abit embarrassed to post this question as I've been simming for the better part of 14 years now, and I've never used trim control until now, and apparently it is needed for the 747-8i to lift off the runway... I found the nob below the engines in the default panel, I tried +4,+8/+10° and -4/-8/10° configurations with 10 or 20° flaps, no dice the plane won't budge off the runway...The plane looks marvelous and I'd love to be able to use it as an airbus (no pun intended) as opposed to a regular bus that runs into trees and what not.Thanks in advance :-)

Okay Guys, i just got this wonderfull add-on, the PT Ty-154M, it's very good, but i have a problem :(The VC is very very sloooooow, i can't get even 5 fps...i tryed the B-2 version fps was about 70..but in the M version it's so slow and unflyable...so anyone knows the fix for this problem, i wanted to register on the support forum, but there was a problem..so this is the only place where i can ask for help..Please guys, i'll give you a cake if you help me :D

I'm trying to design a couple old pieces of avionics. The first is a Narco MK 12 (C I think) NAV/COM. I have done the graphics and now am working on the XML code. I'm by no means an XML expert but I am conversant with programming having made my living for many years programming complex test equipment to test integrated circuits at various companies in San Jose, San Diego and Phoenix. I read many posts before starting my thread - to no avail: I am rather resigned to living with this (sigh!) as I don't see how I am going to troubleshoot it.With other CTDs I was used to finally tracking down a culprit - often a landclass bgl - removing it would cure the problem. But with these ntdll errors (which crash FS9, but not the PC I should add) when I restart my crashed flight more or less at the point it crashed (thanks to AutoSave), it may crash again one or even two times, but so far the flight will continue as normal after I re-run it, or at least after a couple of tries. Hi Friends!I have a problem when i save my repaint for Overland/SMS 767-300ER model. I open the original texture and with GIMP i paint it. When i'm finished i save like a .bmp 32bit 888-8. (like the original)But the result .... :This problem appear only with the left side.. If i tried to modify the right side is all ok! O.oHow i can save the texture without problem? . Hi!I downloaded Piglet's OV-10 and was wondering if anyone made a CDF repaint for it yet. Preferably located on either the Avsim or Simviation libraries.

I have a very general question about the weather works in FS9, and if I'm setting it up correctly.I just installed FS9, FSUIPC, and GE Pro. I'm currently using the default weather, which is fine for now and actually doesn't look that bad. My very general question is how do these 3 work together to control the weather? More specifically, how does GE Pro affect the weather? Is it considered an external weather controller? When I set it up, it developed several ground and SKY texture sets. What does this do? I didn't fully understand the manual.How does FSUIPC play into all of this and does it have any impact on GE Pro?Thanks.
