  1. Filbertflies did a stream on Twitch I believe last week or might have been week before, might have been Youtube too, but definitely spotted him on Twitch, It was nice to see he was still about in some way, just not so much and yeh like you, I do miss his reviews.
  2. Might be in luck as V1 posted a community update last night on his youtube channel stating that he is approaching a break in training and has some new content to show this week.
  3. I might be wrong but normally if you get the efb tablet up on your screen, the inbuilt sim tablet I mean, you can go into a weight and balance section and then just make sure that their seat positions are set to 0 pounds in weight and then they wont show up. Hopefully that will help.
  4. looks interesting, made me think of that freeware addon for an older version of Flightsim, might have been for FS2000, FS2002, CFS1 and 2, CFS (combat flight sim) Think it was FSRail, something like that.
  5. Emirates has flown, not sure if it does now a service from Dubai using 777-300s. Just google Emirates 777 edinburgh for example and you will get plenty of images pop up.
  6. BA flies their 777s into Cardiff for their maintenance hangars there. Food for thought. Just incase you want to do a heathrow to Cardiff flight. Stansted, Gatwick, Heathrow, Birmingham, East midlands (freighter 777s) Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle are some of the UK airports that i can think of that have 777s regularly using it for mostly pax services except East midlands that have 777s using it daily for Cargo flights. And there will be others that will be large enough but be a rare visitor. Stansted and Newcastle, Glasgow for example have had or still have a service from Emirates from Dubai thats a 777.
  7. Do you have Orbx GB South Landmark Scenery? That adds lots of static ships in various locations, so it might be those. Only other thing i can think of is the Aerosoft North Sea Pack as that again will add lots of static ships around English Channel as well.
  8. Well from what I heard it has been delayed indefinitely now because they say it is too dangerous for airliners to land there. Seems a bit daft to build the airport up completely and not find out until they actually fly a plane there to test it out to realise that there is going to be windshear. But anyway, will see what happens and the mail ship is going to have to carry on for a while now.
  9. Thanks for posting Ray. Very informative and thanks for taking the time to write about your day and also posts images etc. Looks like you and Pete had a great day out.
  10. Is that the HDR lighting working? Untick that option in your settings, under lighting and see if that helps. It might be related to that. If not, I am sure someone else will help.
  11. I downloaded it recently and it does include the option. If you look at this link, they do update it often and will display which products now have a P3D v3 installer https://www.fullterrain.com/sim/P3Dv3
  12. Well I guess that really did enhance it then...
  13. Well I am sure this update will come at some time so those of you who do have FEX for FSX, make use of the beta as it is just involves replacing an old EXE file with a new EXE and see what that offers. I believe there is another post about that somewhere though so will not go in to that too much.
  14. Thank you Arwen for posting the link!
  15. Was just going to reply with the link to my tip, but you found it, glad it helped you out!
