HiIm wondering how do i get Greg Pepper and Michael Verlin's Albatross in is_hu16virginislands.zip to turn in the water...I have tried the water rudder key with no luck, it doesnt want to turn when on water, on the land its fine...Does anyone out there have this aircraft and has managed or knows how to turn it on the water? or is it a job for the throttles to turn it.RegardsLiam

I was wondering if anyone who has a Ultimate Ga account would ask on their forum if they have made a paint kit for the Global Express. Since they are not taking any new member registrations.

This has been discussed many times before but I´m still unable to find a concrete solution...I´m having sound pops all over the place on lots of different aircraft. They come in randomly, on some flights the sound is crystal clear, but on some other times the pops appear. But when they come, it´s in specific time intervals, like a loop. An interesting fact is that the pops can be heard just from the left channel of the stereo spectrum, normally the right channel is clear. Hello flightsimmers,right now I've a big problem with my FS9.I installed plenty addon sceneries (payware and freeware). So I did it with the scenery area of Russia. After installing I tried to create a new flight (to find out whether i installed it correctly but it was not possible to do so because there is no more airport in the Russia area left !!! And also my newly installed additional airport sceneries are not visible!!! Searching for the country "Russia" there are only 2 airports shown!!! The airports which are shown under the "Russia" country area are from another country (SPQU - Arequipa, Peru. And scrolling down I get all the other airports of Peru but no one of R…

Well, after weeks of debating back and forwards with my wallet about purchasing even more FS add-ons, I finally took the plunge last night and put my hand in my pocket for the iFly 737.All I can say is...WOW.I just can't believe how good this bird is.If anyone is still sitting on the fence, all I can say is just go and buy it. For 2D panel-ists like myself it's just superb, the widescreen view is fantastic.I only managed a short hop around the UK to test it out, but there will be many, many more hours to come before I even begin to scratch the surface I feel!Martin

Just a quick question to see if this is possible, but is it possible to install Flight Sim on 2 different drives and then select which one you want to run? The reason I ask is that I want to test some programmes out on a clean installation without having to interfere with my original installation. Some regular readers may remember me having problems installing Ground Environment which to this day I still have no success so was wondering if I was to re-install a fresh FS9 on a different drive and then try installing GE to see if this works instead. I can't see how this is possible but if it can be done then please let me know. Thanks

The V1.40 update to the TinMouse II B737-200 (FS9 and FSX) is now available for download in the library. This is an incremental update from V1.32 and adds both 16:10 and 16:9 format widescreen 2D main panels, with the expanded gauge set needed to fill out the panel in a widescreen format. It's listed in the library under "FSX Original Aircraft," but this is a single consolidated update for both FS9 and FSX. helloI have FS9.1, Win XP SP3 and recently installed GE PRO, UT/USA, EZ-Bridges and started manual installation of QLRP4UT. At one point the instructions tell me to copy bridges.XXX from "FS9/Scenery/Generic/Scenery" to "FS9/Addon Scenery/QLRP4UT/Scenery"and rename it to bridges.bgl.The file bridges.XXX is missing. I did a search on partition F, is where I have FS9.1 - nothing.The FS9/Scenery/Generic/Scenery has only 3 files in it: Generic.bgl, Landmark.bgl, and scenery_fs_aso.bgl. I have been seeing the generic bridges all along and see them misplaced when I installed UT/USA. They do disappear when I disable bridges in UT.From the FS9.1 update readme, I am guessing this…

Lionheart launched the Dynamic WT9 for FS9 and FSX.Stopped flying with FS9 so bought the FSX version via Flight1Awesome to see and feels good. I'm flying also in real world WT9 so they did a good job !!!Happy landings

Hello FolksEvery so often I like to fly the old classic airliners.Some of these aircraft are fantastic freeware offerings (California classics).as an example.However!! There is one thing that drives me mad , they will not fly straight and level ,some of these models do have autopilots (some quite simple ones )and some come updated with modern versions (the default DC3 for instance) ,however if I am chugging along at my cruising altitude most of these old timers keep flying with a nose down attitude ,they will sometimes level of briefly ,but resume there nose down progress eventually. Is this how these old aircraft actually flew ? If it is then I can accept 'that's how it…

Just recently replaced my old laptop with a desktop. Windows 7 64 bit, AMD Athelon II 255 3.1 Ghz processor, 5GB ram ATI 5770 graphics card, and 650 GB hard drive. Using FS2004. I have reinstalled well over 75 different sceneries from numerous vendors including FlightZone01 Rhode Is. with out a problem except for one. Reinstalled FlightZone02 from Flight 1 website without any indication that the software did not install properly.I start FS9 and then click to run KPDX. A windows box then pops up stating it cannot finish loading because of a problem. Thanks for any advice anyone could provide concerning this issue

After Malta, I'm now facing with some other decisions on airports which are made from different developers.-Schiphol EHAM from Cloud9 and Aerosoft (Amsterdam X). I know Cloud9 is kinda old comparing to Aerosoft but I'm wondering about Aerosoft's FPS.-Guarulhos SBGR from LatinVFR and TropicalSim.-Geneva LSGG from FSDreamteam and DesignStudio-Zurich LSZH from FSDreamteam and FreeZ.Since my system isn't that good, FPS is my highest priority :biggrin:Thanks!

Hi All:Did a search but found no info on my problem.FRAPS (registered version) is working fine with the exception of the audio. I have selected "Detect best sound input" for the audio. When I start to record my flight, the audio is synchronised with the video. After about 30 seconds into the recording, the video starts to lag behind the audio, or in other words, the audio jumps ahead of the video. As an example, on a catapult launch off the deck of a carrier, when in the recording mode, all is well. When in playback mode, while viewing the panel and making my settings for altitude, climb rate, etc, the AC is stationary, but all of a sudden, the sound of the catapult firin…

Thanks to the headsup in the screenshot forum, I downloaded the CLS Piper Arrow which was payware, and has now been contributed as freeware by CLS. This may not be PMDG quality from a technical standpoint, but is a bird of a feather well worth having in my hanger.
