Hello:For some strange reason my PSS A320 is not following a flight plan correctly anymore. I have tried 2 AIRAC cycles and the results are the same. I first noticed the problem on a flight from LEMD to LEBB and further testing at my home airport on a flight from KBWI to KLGA confirmed the problem. The plan is KBWI PALEO3 ENO KORRY3 KLGA. After takeoff and the A/P engaged in managed flight the plane tracks to PALEO ok and then begins to drift west off its course to SPEAK. Hi All,I am trying to take part in the VATSIM transatlantic event with a friend who has FSX; I have FS9. We both have respective versions of the Level-D 767 which we are planning to use. I've tried downloading a combo for FSInn and FSCopilot but the file was corrupt in two different locations. I've connected to VATSIM before via Squawkbox.Is it possible to do this flight together (friend as PF, myself doing radios and FO duties)? Not sure what software is/isnt required.Thanks!Thomas

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I cant seem to save an edited AFCAD for the FSDT KDFW airport. Does anyone know how to properly save the file?

When flying @ cruising altitude, for example 350 ft (35,000) viewing outside why is the A/C still having a pitch up attitude when it should be level flight? My AP is set to 315 IAS (TAS 465 indicated on GPS) a little bit more then that it goes into overspeed. Is there a way of fixing that in the A/C CFG file? If not I will have to live with it, I would rather try fixing it as it would look more realistic. I appreciate your responses. Best regards flt simmers.

Hi,we are using a modified virtual cockpit view with prop only and on top we have modified 2D instrument panel as a wings:My problem is that I always have to press SHIFT+1 to add the wings view manually on top of virtual cockpit. I also attached the same setup with default views before modifications to make it easier to understand our setup. Is there any way to save the 2D gauge panel on top of virtual cockpit view? After the flight is saved and reloaded the 2D instrument panel has disappeared. BR,OP

Does anybody know or can recommend any alternative programmes, preferably a disc and not a download that is or almost as good as GE Pro? The reason I ask is that after numerous attempts GE Pro simply just does not work for me on my PC, think it's a compatability issue but I have already gone down that route. So I would like to know what alternative programme(s) I can install which are similar and achieve decent results. I have FS Global 2010 which I am going to re-install again as I have done a clean install of FS9. Previously I had VFR Photographic Scenery and VFR Terrain installed but I am not sure whether to install these again or not as it did use a lot of memory and…

Have a number of Imagine airports, because a lot of gates have no traffic, as all the gates seem to be "large" but the aprons are full of, mainly, smaller aircraft's I want to allocate some to a gate.The name of the Afcad has been changed in recent years . For example WSSS in now WSSS_ADE9_AMP. I am used to AF2 files.I know when I altered an original file a new afcad was made i.e. AF2_WSSS.Does the ADE9 system work the same. Of course I would back-up the original first.Also do I need to keep the new afcad in the same folder or in the ADDON scenery folder.

I was just wondering if anyone has tried the product and if it makes a difference coming from an FS Global 2010 installation. I seem to remember that FS9 can only display a certain LOD level maximum and that anything beyond that wasn't used by the sim. So please advise and thanks!Mark

I'm having some problems with This baby, i had it before on Win XP SP3 32bit and it worked perfectly, but i switched to Win7 32bit several days ago, and whenever i choose this aircraft and click ''Fly Now'' the FS9.1 just freezes and i get an error that i need to close the application..can anyone help me ?Please i really like this plane and now i can't fly with it..

I need your help! I have just bought a Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant to go along with my existing CH Products Yoke & Pedals. Everything was working fine with my yoke & pedals, but I decided that I would like to have the extra realism and sensitivity of a TQ. The Saitek one is cheaper than the CH one and offers a much greater range of movement. I am now having problems installing my TQ and everything has become screwed up.Until now I have been using FS to assign my axes and calibrate the controllers. I have never used CH Products software. My ideal scenario would be to assign axes and calibrate through FSUIPC, as I can then set each aircraft up individually. …

Hello all:I found this 'possible tweak' for FS2004 on flighsim.com posted by ZION in a thread called terrain.cfg and blurries.If you guys have already heard about it and/or tried it then my apologies.I've tried it and it looks promising for visuals anyways. I didn't notice any great improvement in FPS's but it definately didn't hurt them either.So here goes.First make a backup of your terrain.cfg file found in your main FS9 directory. The change isn't a big one so it shouldn't be hard to remember how to change it back :) but getting into the habit of making a backup of files before you change them is always a good one.Now at the very top of the file you will see a line …

I just wanted to post a big Thank You to Justin at FSGenesis for sticking with FS9 and producing some spectacular new FS9 Mesh products. Thank goodness he is persistent with those product announcement e-mails b/c he finally got me yesterday...Once I saw the new 19M for the UK and Ireland I started poking around and saw how many other 19M mesh products he had released for FS9. That inevitably led to an annual package + a couple of NextMap products and 25 gigs later FS9 is completely transformed. FDC is now giving me a 'Run-Time Error 5' everytime I try to start it. What are some other options out there for cockpit crew interactions? FSCrew seems like an overly expensive option with only a few jets covered. I need something like FDC that I can use with any aircraft I choose. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

Is it normal that every time I run FS9 it automatically turns W7 Aero theme off and most annoying, when I exit FS9 it won't go back to Aero? I have to re-enable it via W7 control panel. Andy S

This has probably been discussed numerous times, but I can't find the appropriate threads for it right now.I have a nvidia 9600 with the lastest driver updates and nhancer. How can I get the best out of it for FS2004, and how can I activate my profile in nhancer? I am utterly confused with this application. Does the use of nhancer really make a difference in FS2004?I would be grateful if anyone could respond or point me to the right threads where my question has already been answered.Thanks,Doc

As many of you know some addon sceneries you download these days come in multiple parts sometimes - 1 directory for the airport, 1 directory for the landclass and sometimes even 1 directory for the surrounding areas of the airport or perhaps a nearby city. Each directory containing the usual scenery and texture directories and making you add each one into your scenery.cfg file (manually or through FS).My question would be that if there were no duplicate files names then would it not be possible to have them all combined into just one directory in your Addon Scenery folder with just the one set of scenery and texture folders? The default aircraft are normally "yuck" to repaint but did a VA repaint for him, then he wanted another, and yet another etc - ultimately ended up with 26 repaints. Everyone,I've been having issues Autolanding both the Vol1 and Vol2 of the Wilco Airbuses. The plane captures the LOC and the GS but then goes below the GS and lands 300 to 400 feet before the runway. Experimented at different airports with different airbuses and same thing.Anyone have any solutions?Zeke

I've done a bit of searching but couldn't find anything cut and dry.What is the difference between an aircraft radius vs. an airport gate radius?I have a handful of add-on airports that have private and/or military aircraft parking at gates. I want try to fix this. Which radius causes this?? I have the PAI/AIG list of suggested aircraft radius, but how do they correlate to whats showing for the gate radius?Thanks for any insight.Chris
