I welcome any sensible suggestions as to why nobody in the past six years or so is producing payware Italian sceneries.

Hi everyone,Is anyone aware of an interface prog. which will allow me to use the MFD etc. on my Saitek X52 Pro with FS9/Win 7 64 bit? The joystick and throttle and all the buttons etc. work fine but the MFD display is garbage. There is a program by 'Blackswift' which looks good, but apparently it only functions with 32 bit OS's. The Saitek website is also less than helpful.Cheers.

This may have been asked before so apologies if it has. After doing a clean install of FS9 recently in Windows 7, installing it directly under the root, ie outside of Program Files as many people have recommended, I have noticed that when I install add-on programmes they are not showing in the scenery library like they used to when I had FS9 originally installed inside Program Files.Although I know how to install the scenery into the add-on scenery library that is not the issue. The strange thing is that I recently installed FS Global 2010 and that got added into the scenery library automatically but when I install some of my older add-ons they do not show up. I don't kno…

HiI have Warwick Carter's excellent P-51. I was wondering how I can modify the panel to include a decent radio stack, the default Bendix KAP-140 autopilot and an HSI slaved to the autopilot. The thing is, it only has a VC, so how do I edit VC textures themselves to add or remove gauges? BTW, I don't have GMAX or any other modeling software. Would Paint be enough to do the job? Also, has anyone come up with a decent manual for the Carter P-51D? I find it lacking. Would using an IRL checklist work as well?

Hey GuysIve run into a bit of a problem, after installing some aeroworx scenery for South Africa - my coast turned all blocky :( Im quite sure that this happened after i installed the mesh, but i removed the files and the coast is still like this ? Ive tried installing new landclass which also didnt work? Does anybody know a fix for this or a method to repair ? I rather not uninstall the flight sim if i dont have to...but yeah its really bothering me! Oh also, this issue is only in South Africa.Thanks very much guys

Hay guys, I have this 727 panel that will only navigate using VORs. Im not to good at navigating with VORs so is there a way of converting it to use gps ? I have tried using the nav/gps key command but it dose't work. Thanks

I almost gave up with FS a couple of years ago when I experienced this.Now again with a different computer.I had to replace my hard drive last week. Now Flight Simulator runs badly.Prior to that change I was running traffic at 60-70 %, EditVoice, Ultimate Terrain, high on most all the sliders, real world weather. I enjoyed flying just about any plane available.Now I'm trying to run with 30 FPS, 48 % traffic, medium-high or lower on most sliders. It's terrible. Everything about it is jerky, ATC is garbled if I'm adjusting altitude or scanning views.Performance is horrible even at a low traffic airport, IE: KSBN - South Bend RegionalSpec's: Dell 2.8 GHz, 2 Gig memory, 500 G…

Hello, I'm having a problem on my A340 Merge Overland / WilcoI always have activated the autobrakes for landings When I land they automatically begin to brake, but the problem is when I turn on the reverse, automatically turn off the autobrake, and the plane continues without autobrakesAnyone know why? someone can give me a little help? i just bought the iFly 737 and after installing, everything looks good except when i open up my FSiFly b737-800 doesnt show in there, why not? i need to get it fixed caused that was the main reason of me getting itto fly the 737-800!im using FS2004

Hello people, I have a very frustrating problem on fs2004. FS2004 works fine a time.. but after an hour, when i'm in flight i just gives an error and says :Your Computer has run out of available memory. Flighth Simulator will now exit. You may not have enough free space on your hard disk. Run Disk Cleanup to free up space, and then try running Flight Simulator again." but i have enough space on my harddrives and i have an very good game pc... so please help so i can fly again ! I had several years of successful operation of FS2004 on a Pentium 4 3.0 GHz with 3 GB of ram and an ATI Radeon 9550 video card. The operating system was Windows XP running on Service Pack 2 – because forum discussions a few years ago indicated possible problems with Service Pack 3. (I can’t seem to find those discussions any more on internet forums.) Major problems began to appear and it was finally time to start over with a new computer and a fresh install. HiI didn't know where to post this exactly.....What are the best video cards for fs9? What am I looking for in them? I want one with the best performance . Price isn't really an issue [within reason] but I would like one that I can get at regular stores...Best Buy , Future Shop etc..I don't want to have to order one. I'm a big fan of the AFG Beech Super King Air, and I wanted to repainted it. I got their paint kit, and I opened the DXTbmp, and made the actual livery with Paint.NET. I made the livery,saved it with DXTbmp and I decided to check it out. I ran FS9, and found my plane with all sorts of images that were on the bmp that I repainted. Also, the other side of the plane was backwards. I never actually did do something to the images. I just repainted and saved it as a DXT3 file, with the MipMaps not included. I retried several different ways, no luck. Any thoughts on this peculiar (for me anyway) situation?

As some of you may recall from some of my previous posts, I have had had problems trying to install GE Pro and kept getting the ODBC driver manager error messages along with many more errors. This has been an on-going problem now for quite some time and I have decided not to persue with that anymore.So looking at other ground texture options I want to know some more about FScene which looks like a likely contender, so to speak. I am a bit confused though as to which is the newer version or the best version to get. Hey!I was trying to rebuild the transpacific route of the Sikorrsky S-42, so I built an AFX for FS2004 and tried it out on the default scenery of FS2004. The attachment is a zip which has everything needed to start a flight, but my floatplane always starts in the water with gear down....What could be the reason why?GreetzJive1

Hey guys,I am having some problems again, I don´t know what is causing this but it´s very annoying. I am on the ground, switching my view and then the ground textures blurr for around 5-10secs. Has anyone been able to get this to work with fs9?So far, I have the program itself up and running and succesfully tracking my head movents- now I need it and fs9 to talk to eachother.The program says it can give output using freetrack or trackir protocol- but I've never used either of those two and I'm not sure how you set up either freetrack or trackir for comparison.any ideas?

A couple of months ago I bought and downloaded Ground Environment Pro from Flight1 but I had a lot of problems getting it up and running with a series of continuous error messages one after the other. I tried lots of different things with the help from you guys but nothing worked so in the end I gave up and got a refund from them.I was still determined to get this programme to work so I thought about buying a disc instead, rather than downloading it. So recently I managed to get myself a copy of Ground Environment, not the Pro edition mind but at least it was a start. So I installed it and downloaded the update to version 1.09 and ticked all 4 boxes to install the texture…

Just downloaded and installed this great panel but have one question. When looking left/right my view is from behind the wing like I sitting in the pass. cabin. Has anyone done any adjustment to the panel.cfg file to fix this and what are the settings. Also would like suggestions on a Good Emb-120 aircraft.cfg file. An using Erick Cantu model but his cfg file is based on stock kingair and if I give one click of power on taxi I doing 15 in about one sec. Thank You for any helpBrad
