I'm posting this here because I haven't touch PMDG 747 for quite a long time and focusing on iFly 737 and editing flightplans and sceneries.I don't know exactly what happened to it. It didn't happen before when I installed it at the first place.In POST INIT page, the LAST POS line is empty no matter where my aircraft is and what panel state is. I hope someone can find out the cause with me :) I've tried jumping my AIRAC from 1106 to older versions,still no luck.

Hi all,I just clicked on this video on youtube and saw those lovely strobe reflections off the ground. Is there any way to put this effect in our virtual world? I know posky 747-8 has it, but I usually fly posky 777. Is it possible to move the effect from 748 to 777? Thanks.Danny

Hello allI've searched and haven't found what I was looking for so I thought I'd ask for some advice.I recently went from a Geforce 7600 GT video card to a Geforce 9500 GT.I currently have Nhancer 2.5.9 I am using.I've tried all the different settings but I can't get rid of the shimmering.I am now using driver version 266.58.I was using an old 93.71 driver with the 7600 GT card with no trouble. I also used Nhancer 2.4.5Can anyone give me any suggestions on which driver I should use now? 182.50?Should I stay with the current version of Nhancer or go back to an older version?Any advice on Nhancer settings will help tooAny suggestions will be appreciated! If you click that link, you will see an example of what is going on. The left side of the aircraft is perfect, but the right side is blurry and pixelated. Hi, I recently downloaded the iFly 747 for FS9. The autopilot in this aircraft can not be adjusted with the standard keys as defined in the FS9 options. So to you FSUIPC users, is it possible with the registered version to assign these keys? I may buy a license then.

Hi thereI came across some LKPR (Prague, Czech Republic) scenery the other day and added it to my FS9. Scenery displayed OK but I had some problems with crash boxes. After reading and searching though the internet I found what was meant to be an updated version of the scenery which removed the crash boxes. Installed and started using the scenery without any problems, however today went to depart and came across another crash box area. It looked like it was a recognised problem but was solved in the update version I had however i still get the problem in some places.Does anyone have this scenery and experience this problem or can anyone direct me to an update which I might…

Hi,I got 2 routes displayed at vatroute for EDDF-VHHH. My FMC says at waypoint UAAT not in database, so I can't complete the flightplan. Here is the route, what am I doing wrong? I've been contemplating moving to XP64. I don't want Win 7. However, searching throught the postings here I am somewhat confused as to what this would mean. I have 4GB installed and would like to be able to use it all. I currently have XP32 and fully understand the 32 bit limitation of 2GB and think I follow the /3GB switch option which I currently use. If I go to XP64 is there anything I need to do to FS9? I've seen reference to a /4GB switch setting but have not seen the specifics. Is 4GB the limit or can one fully use higher for FS9? I.e. if I add more RAM to say 8GB would that be accessible? Would it require a /8GB switch setting in FS9.exe? If I were to install FS…

Have been flying this plane some times now. Everytime my landing has failed I and I don't understand why. The problem is that I can't slow down the plane qfter touchdown. AP disconnected but I couldn't engage reverse thrust by pressing F2. But when tested before takeoff that worked. The brakes seem to not work anymore. Also last time I landed the plane started to role strongle to the left right after touchdown. My speedbug was set to 163 kt. My testflight in question was from Save EKSG to Kastrup EKCH.

I received my new flight sim computer last fall with Windows 7 (64 bit) and it would NOT satisfactory fly the Eaglesoft Cessna Citation X, version 1. I made a "workaround" for it but even that stopped working satisfactory ( would "crash" to black windows.) Back in 2010 I had purchased the updated version 2 Extreame (for a computer with Windows XP but it seemed too complicated to fly for me. Took the fun out of it. Hey, does anyone have the Eaglesoft Diamond DA42 Twin Star? For some reason, mine is so SLOW!! No, not talking about frame rates, I am talking about performance. I just can't seem to get this thing over 120KIAS! It accellerates super slow even when I remove all the weight. You'd think this aircraft would get off the ground at St. Barts... I tried to increase the [RefrenceSpeeds] speed in the Aircraft.cfg (this works on other aircraft I have) and the Diamond still it won't go any faster. I've been recently experiencing some calibration problems with my saitek pro flight yoke system, the throttle is fine its mainly the yoke giving me problems.When I connect to Squawkbox to fly online the aircraft, with the yoke centered, takes a turn to the left.I have FSUIPC and have read it is the best to control simulation, I've attempted to calibrate my yoke using it, and I think I'm doing it right but I still have the same problem.When I'm not connected on Squawkbox I have no problem whatsoever!Any suggestions??I'm using FS9, Windows 7 64bit.Thanks in advance.

HiI created a high-altitude airway flight from KSFO to KLAX at FL330. This is what I got:KSFO OAK AVE DERBB REYES FIM LAX KLAXI understand how to navigate VOR-to-VOR (SFO, AVE, FIM, LAX), but how do you navigate through the reporting points (DERBB, REYES)? Do you just go by GPS?

I have this system setup:- AMD 64x2 4000+ (finally I'm back with this system I had to leave behind 3 years ago).- ATI Radeon HD4350 (for replacing an old AGP card I had installed)- 2x 1GB RAM DDR2I've just bought a new motherboard so that I could replace my old AGP GPU (an elderly Geforce FX5500) with the Radeon. Almost everyone recommends a reformat when changing motherboards, so that would be a chance to try Windows 7 in this system. Is it worthwhile? Or should I stick with XP? Hi, so after quite a while of using the cyyz scenery by Dennis Di Franco, i finally decided to add crossing runways, so all 5 runways can be used @ once. I've done this a lot however for once ADE has me stumped. I've checked to see no errors have occurred but when i try to compile the airport through ADE, the bgl compiler crashes but it says airport compiled when in reality it did not compile the airport. If anyone would please like to look at the file for me ( i can upload it here) and see if they can manage to compile it for me?Thank youWalter O

I was looking through my archive of planes, and I found Yannick Lavigne's Falcon 50. I got a paint kit for it and repainted it. The problem is my repaint doesn't show up in FS! I named my new repaint folder TEXTURE.lzdoy (fictional livery). Hello everyone B) My first post here. I have been flying flight sims for about 10 years now. Started with IL2 series and then Rise of Flight. Now I fly in peaceful times. HiI have POSKY's Southwest 737-700 with addon CFM-56-B sounds. I heard that the new 737 project POSKY is starting has a VC. Is there any way I can somehow port the OS737 VC into the old 737-700? Can anyone suggest a good panel for the 737-700/800?
