Just downloaded and installed this great panel but have one question. When looking left/right my view is from behind the wing like I sitting in the pass. cabin. Has anyone done any adjustment to the panel.cfg file to fix this and what are the settings. Also would like suggestions on a Good Emb-120 aircraft.cfg file. An using Erick Cantu model but his cfg file is based on stock kingair and if I give one click of power on taxi I doing 15 in about one sec. Thank You for any helpBrad

Hello again!I have an extremely annoying problem with flight simulator 9. FS crashes about two minutes after i click the fly now button. It doesn't matter which aircraft i use, which airport I'm standing at... Fs just turns black... And after a minute or two, a dialog box, saying that fs needs to close, shows up... Is there anyone who knows what this might be? Thx in advance!/Wasso :)

I am looking to fly a F50 in FS9, but I am a little unhappy with what I have found. The Dreamwings F50 is a beautiful visual model and there are most repaints that I want. However, I am not happy yet with panels and flight dynamics. There is the one by VirtualCol, but it's clumsy to use and the flight dynamics seem to be off. Is there anything else that is good? On simmarket they advertize a PAOB product. How is that? Visual? Systems depth/panel?ThanksChris

Hi All,I am experiencing a problem when using the AFG BE30. If I go to the outside view all my scenery textures lose detail and go blurry.When in multiplayer mode the same happens to the other guys when the BE30 appears on their screens.I trust someone can help with this frustrating problem.Thank youBrian

Hello!I have a problem with non-rnav sids/stars... If you take a look at this picture you will see the problem:The red line shows how the SID should look like.The blue line show how the SID actually looks like inside of FS.I have this problem on every addon aircraft i have installed (PMDG 737, Wilco Airbus (1&2), LDS 767, DA F70/100, CS 757 and Wilco Embraer (all a/c)) except the Maddog...Have anyone got any idea of what this might be?Thx in advance!/Wasso :)

I had a short angst with the iFly's A.P. to engage, but after a simple 2 minute fix (won't discuss it here for those that didn't buy the package!), I am having a seriously-addicted BLAST with this aircraft and all its renditions. It has taught me to fly in a whole different manner, by having to master the use of the FMC, as well as other active systems. Having done so, and using a free site to construct my flight plans for manual data entry, (the chance to enjoy the cockpit and sip my coffee (lol)), the immersion level has been most seriously ratcheted up.Using this aircraft, along with FSCREW and FSPassengers has made FS9, 'The sim of Heavy Iron'.I find the fact that FS9…

I am really hoping some one has an idea because I am at my wits end on this.The problem is just as the title states. What gets me is that, last time I used FS was a few days ago. I haven't had anytime to fly this week so I haven't started the program and more importantly I haven't installed/deleted/changed/looked at anything cross-eyed since the last time I used it and it worked fine then. Now all of the sudden it won't load. It did this to me once before- I disabled my mesh, suspecting a conflict there, then restarted and it worked fine. I re-enabled the mesh and it continued to work. I built a new machine with windows 7 64 bit and everything works on FS2004 except my Citation X version 1. The graphics crashes and the screen goes black. Anyone have an idea of the issue?

I run Flight Simulator 2004 v9.1 locked at 29 fps. This is pretty constant through out my game, even at the most complex addon scenery and busiest airports. The only thing seeming to slow down my performance is the virtual cockpits. I have noticed this on the, Wilco ERJ170-190, LDS 767, PMDG 737, and the QWS 757. When I switch to the vc's on these aircraft my fps generally goes to about 17-22. Even when I switch back to Spot view my fps will still act like I am in the vc still staying at 17-22. I need to alt tab and come back into spot view when the game pops up to get the fps back to 28-30. Is there a settings I could change or is this just a result of the quality of the…

Yesterday I installed new Sirius Aero Tu-134 textures (on the new SBAI payware model). I went to Moscow (UUDD) to see the newly installed textures and the sim crashed so I thought it was the textures the caused the crash. Now today I started the sim at UUEE and went to UUDD at the same time of the crash yesterday and the sim did not crash this time.The sim does crash if I start at UUDD (on a Thursday afternoon) so I do not know why it is crashing. I am using the old payware scenery for UUDD (I forgot who made it) could the scenery be causing the crash? Can it be a bad texture? How can I pin point what is causing the crash? World of AI is my favourite free-ware add-on site. Since dispensing of the services of Ultimate Traffic after learning how to create and compile flightplans, WOAI has wonderfully supplemented my own efforts with some fantastic packages featuring great models, excellent paint work, interesting airlines along with the main stream ones. All of this done for the benefit and enjoyment of the community at no cost to ourselves. I have reciprocated this good will with a bit of online ‘folding’ as they say in London and have always hoped WOAI would go from strength to strength. In doing a vor-to-vor check, the NAV2 needle is alive and points to the VOR. NAV1 is dead-red flag and needle doesn't move as the OBS is changed (both nav's tuned to the same VOR). I haven't seen this problem until recently. I have FSUIPC 3.9 (registered), Radar Contact V4. Saitek multi-panel, 2 Saitek throttle quadrants, one Saitek yoke. Windows 7 b4-bit, FS9 with acceleration pack.Anyone have any solution short of re-installing the sim?

Well, I bit the bullet and purchased the 2004 iFly yesterday. Very nice...I just wanted to get the feel of the bird in the air before pouring through the 104 page (whew!) Operations Manual.I can't seem to get the Command A or Command B to light up green...and hence no Autopilot. I just wanted to climb to 10,000 and look around. Do I have a bad install, or is there some other system that must be set before you can access the Command A function button. Do you have to have something set or activated on the FMC?Thanks in advance.Mitch

Over xmas I purchased a new computer. I had to go with a laptop because I was going back to school so that meant a compromise with flightsim. I run both fsx and fs9, and I actually get better performance in fsx (over 40fps in most areas with moderate weather with both AA and anisotropic checked) after some heavy tweaking I should add. Fs9 is a different story though, and Its a horrible sight; jagged edges everywhere including the virtual cockpits, some unrendered textures, blurred textures. I've tried checking anit-aliasing but it drops the fps down from 50 to 10. I tried only checking AA in the Nvidia control panel and unchecking it in FS9 but it doesn't work. Bottom lin…

Hi. AFCAD2 is not finding any airports outside my FS9/scenery and /Addon Scenery folders. Hence all airports from Aerosoft, UK2000 and the like are missing when you search for an ICAO code.This is after a reinstall of XP - it was fine before. How do I get AFCAD2 to search all folders so that all my airports appear in the database, as before? I have deleted the AFCAD2 installation and set up a new one - but with the same result.Thanks,Martin

Just writing to let everyone know AMS's Cancun has a serious memory leak issue that becomes apparent when trying to depart the airport. This is what took out FDC on my system which has never worked since. I wrote the developers over at AMS hoping they fix this issue. This scenery is great but it can take take down FS9 hard actually breaking things on your system. I have an old version of UT USA probably 3-4 years old. I do NOT want to try to installing all of those patches to try to get it up to date. I want to buy the latest version on a CD or DVD. Hi guys, it seems like a revival of the thereholers is going on in the screen shots forum with many pic´s about the Tristar. I thought I could also make some pic´s but I´ll use the DC-10 to represent the other plane. Now I´m searching for a better FDE for the CLS DC-10. The plane is (I´ve never flown it.) definitely overpowered and the whole FDE is not that realistic as I would like it. So this is the reason why I´m searching a better one. Can someone remind me of a better version?
