After renumbering of Runway numbers VoxATC created this entry at the very top of my scenery.cfg Can it potentially affect any other entries? What if I add more sceneries ontop of the above? Thanks, Dirk.

Hi everyone, I just want to run this by you all. I was flying from EGKK to EIDW, and was issued a SAM3P departure which was fine, my entry waypoint was VATRY, I was assigned a VATRY1L star, but due to wind conditions I was on a rwy 10 arrival, VATRY1L according to PFPX with 1506 installed tells me that's a rwy 28 star. All my software is on the 1506 update so thought it should all work quite smoothly, does anyone have any thoughts on why this might have occurred? I had no vectors to approach on as well Regards Rob

I have VOXATC installed and have done several speech training exercises for it to recognize me. When it has me speak the first time it doesn't pick it up and I speak the SAME exact way the second time it does. This happens for every communication I do. It isn't anything with my training program and I don't know how else to get it to work correctly. For now I just have to repeat myself and then it takes it. Help?

I have the Airbus X A320/321 Extended. My VoxATC was working fine, until I decided to install FS2Crew. VoxATC was occupying window15 and window16 on the Airbus panel configuration file. However, when I installed FS2Crew, it took them over for FS2Crew Main Panel and Configuration Panel. Now if I try to open FS2Crew panels, VoxATC windows are what pops up. I guess my question is, have anyone here had this issue before, and how can I fix it? Should I manually erase VoxATC entries from the panel configuration file, or is there a way to uninstall VoxATC from the VoxATC configuration window, and put it back so that it accepts the next available window entry? hey guyzz i was trying to install voxatc .... but in the middle of the installation (IN THE PART WHICH SAYS "PLEASE WAIT") the progress bar moves back and says the installation was interrupted and a popup window occurs and says "the setup stopped responding" please help me guyzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!

I recently got this scenery addon as it is not in the default scenery for FSX. Altho VOXatc recognizes the airport it will not put any AI aircraft there at all. Not a single one. Anyone else experience this and have a solution? Thanx! -Rick

Without fail, if i get clearance to depart via RWY 08R at CYVR, I receive a really crazy taxi root from ATC. I am instructed to proceed to RWY 08R using D, D5 then hold short at RWY 26L. I am then told to cross 26L and proceed via C, F, A, H and hold short again at 26L. I am then told to cross 26L again and proceed via L2, L to 08R (which means i have to travel west up 26L) instead of crossing 26L directly by remaining on H and how do i turn with a B777, from taxiway L2 onto L? Even the taxiway markings tell me i shouldn't be trying it. Anyone else come across this kind of situation?

Hi,I did a flight from VHHH to ZGKL and close to ZGKL VoxATC gave me a message -"No available arrival runway at Liangjiang disable VoxATC"So I ignored it and went on to land successfully. I couldn't get VoxATC to acknowledge me on the way back until just before Hong Kong as it told me "No available departure runway at Liangjiang disable VoxATC"What does this mean? The airport/runway were certainly there so what have I or VoxATC missed?Rog

Although VoxATC is great in my opinion and I use it with every flight there is still room for major improvement. If I recall quite some time ago there was talk over at Mutleys Hangar with the Review of version 6 that there would be a major update to VoxATC in the future. To the best of my knowledge that update never happend. I wonder if Tegwyn is still working on major things for VoxATC or just small updates when a new Flightsim hit the market. In any case I am very thankful for any update making it compatibl with the latest FS and enjoy VoxATC probably more than any addon in my huge FS Collection but cant help but wonder what the next step will be. Hi to all, I've read in the forums that VOX ATC respects parking codes for a long time now, but somehow this still doesn't work for me. Here is what I do: I edited the aircraft.cfg to add a 3 letter parking code for my aircraft (PMDG 747) and update the AFCAD of the arrival airport using Airport Editor. I simply add the parking-code to the gate I plan to use. Then I compile the airport.bgl and activate the airport scenery in FSX. Finally I rerun the VOX Indexer because of the updated scenery. One my aircraft has landed there are usually still a few heavy gates left (I use 80% VOX Traffic density) but very often VOX assigns me a CARGO gate or another heavy gate very fa…

Hi Guys My ivona and voxpop voices no longer work ? They all appear in the configurator, when I click speak, the voxpop voices do not respond ? if I click speak for the ivona voices, it crashes the configurator ? I can only run vox with M/S Anna. Any ideas appreciated. Cheers Ivan

I'm having problems with hang up (and occasional CTD) with CitationX by eaglesoft. Always on descent at about 50nm, MFD freezes. Anyone have this problem? and cure!

Hi all, I'm not a real life pilot and quite new to ATC procedures (hence I thought VoxATC would be a fun addon to learn about this) and I am a bit lost: I am trying to do some pattern flying at the ORBX Papua New Guinea region's AYPY Jacksons, version 6.50, my AI traffic is at about 25% and am starting at GA parking 26. I get instructions to to cross runway 14R and then to follow 14L to 32R (i.e. using the runway to taxi) - right into the path of a plane doing a touch and go. Also, more traffic gets directed down the runway before I am able to take off. It's as if ATC is not aware that the taxiway and the runway are the same. I am now wondering whether VoxATC has a…

I apologize if this is a stupid user error, I bought VoxATC a few days ago and have been trying to get it to work without exploding pretty much non stop since. I was flying IFR into KSAN, and it wanted to vector me to the runway halfway through the STAR. Okay, I thought, default FSX atc does this sometimes, it should be fine. Well, then it told me to climb to 9000 feet and turn completely around. I tried asking for different approaches, but all of them told me to go away from the airport. Just to humor it I let it fly until it told me to turn around. went 180 NM before FSX crashed. Why did it send me so far away?

Hi Are you guys editing your airport AFX files. I know for example you can add edit and change various settings actually used by VoxATC? Among other things the com frequencies and add different positions like Tower, Unicom, Approach, Ground and so on. My question is, if I add for example an approach Control to an airport, does VoxATC use that information. Why I ask is because fom my understanding Approach Control/ ATCC regions etc are already hard coded in FSX/P3d by default? From testing it seem that frequencises at least can be updated. Mike

Hi guys, Anybody else having problems with 6.52 in P3D 2.5?? Mine seems to stick on initialising and if I disable then enable again it seems to load further but just get asked to tune into tower but no options as what to do next. If I disable again and restart still not getting any further. Have reinstalled software from scratch but still no luck. Ian

Hi An Using many orbx small airports and their free GA NA AI traffic addon with VoxATC. At almost every airport the AI aircraft moves around in a circle and completely not logical looking before starting taxi to the active runway. Once on the runway again this strange 360 degree turn happends a couple of times before lineing up with the runway and taking off. First I thought it had someting to do with multiple afcads considering you get one afcad for each airport in a ftx specific area like PNW and then another one with each payware airport but I deleted the ftx PNW afcads for each airport where I have an ftx addon airport and still these odd movements after index…

Sorry guys but can anybody help me? Have read previous posts about VOX and P3D 2.5 having some issues but still can't get mine working. I have never used VOX before and have P3D 2.5.12945 installed as my only simulator and trying to get VOX 6.5 to play (I know 6.51 has issues when P3D is only simulator installed hence using 6.5). All seems to go ok until I try to load VAPanels then it just crashes with VAPanels has stopped working message. Have kept checking the forums and emailed the developer about a week ago but had no response as yet. Any help will be much appreciated as I'm really looking forward to using this programme. Has anyone here experienced this error message when trying to start the flight plan trainer? "Fatal Error During Initialisation. Ensure that you have a US English compatible recogniser selected. See help file." I have the US English compatible recogniser selected so I'm not sure what else to do? Jim

Hello. I'm having issues with the indexer tool. It hangs at "G:\System Volume Information" Using P3D 2.5 and VoxATC 6.50 I have my copy of P3D directly installed to G:\ Drive, it's not in a folder. I'm thinking that could have been the problem but after creating a folder and moving every file in it and re-running the indexer it still hangs at the same location. Any ideas guys? Been doing google searches all day coming up empty. Sent Tegwyn an e-mail for assistance.

I have become extremely irritated. I installed 6.51 on my Windows 7 64-bit system. All previous versions of VoxATC have worked fine. NOW I get "unable to initialize speech recognition engine". It's in ALL version of VoxATC now when I attempt to downgrade to 6.49 or such. The speech recog works just fine as Windows itself has no problem. Anyone have any ideas? VoxATC is unusable right now. Hello everyone. Last night I purchased VoxATC and have it up and running with almost everything working as it should. Did two short VFR flights without issues but when I tried to do a full IFR-flight with SIDs and STARs I encountered a slight hick-up that I want to run by the community, although I suspect I know what's causing it. The flight, as saved in FSX, is a short hop in the Twin Otter Extended from ESSA to ESNN via LUMAX (SID termination point for north departure), DEGAL and OKLEV (Initial STAR Fix for southern arrival), parked at Gate S 72. VoxATC initializes as it should, I can listen in on ATIS, and contact Clearance. Clearance assigned me runway…
