The voices of voxatc (voxpop) are very quiet and difficult to hear (p3d V4). In the windows volume mixer I see that the volume always jumps back to about half of all other sound volumes. Why is this? If used on headphones it could be to protect from setting too loud, but on the same speakers as the sim, it makes it very hard to hear even with the volumes to max in the voxatc voice configuration.

Most of the time the clicking sound when pressing the ptt button does not play or cannot be heard.

And one other question, when assigning buttons or keys how do you remove button settings to nothing? The only way I found to remove a button or key press was by replacing it with another one.

	Thank you.

Ive seen some postings here about a delayed push to talk in VoxAtc. It does happen. I fly in a regular walk in, sit down simulator that mimmicks a Boeing 737-800. This may sound a little dated but I still run FSX cause I can undock all my instruments and spread them out where I want them. Anyway, back to Voxatc. I installed Voxatc, FS2Crew and a bunch of other stuff. I have installed in the main FS computer a sound blaster Recon Tactic 3D sound card and the headset that goes with it. Its about 10 years old. I tried updating the driver for it and they just dont update the card any longer, its too old. So I used the last driver they had to offer. As soon as I installed it, some of the voices that were missing from FS2Crew suddenly appeared but so did the DELAY IN VOXATC PTT. I removed the driver and just used the window driver an Vox got back to normal but I lost a certain part of FS2Crew. SO, if your having a problem with Voxatc and "push to talk" I can assure you its either your sound card or the driver. Old drivers not made for new operating systems systems tend to corrupt the Windows registry. Luckily, I had a restore point to go back to when all was working well. Graphics drivers have been known to play funny tricks with the registry too. If your components are old, even though they say that the driver is compatable with the newer operating systems and may very well be, the components are not, especially when run on their dedicated drivers. Here's what I did. Instead of buying a new soundcard, cause I dont know if the drivers will be any better than the one I cant use, I enabled the onboard sound and Im using that for all the sounds of FSX, FS2Crew and other programs I use. I left the Sound Blaster card in the PCIe slot and use it for VOXATC, with the "windows" driver, not sound blasters. Now Vox works flawlessly. No delayed PTT, no crashes, no miss communication etc. and the onboard sound with FS2Crew? I hear things now I never heard before. Boarding sounds, flight attendants, fuelers. It opened up a whole new world. Moral of the story? Watch what drivers you install into windows. They attach themselves to the registry and sometimes corrupt it. That makes an operating system very unstable. There are many drivers that were made for windows 7 that they say are compatable with windows 10, they might work but they're not "as" compatable as they should be. Better if they were made for windows 10. Just in case somebodies still suffering with the problem, like me. Hope yo find this helpfull.

	Hi Folks,

Sorry if I'm asking a question that's been answred elsewhere, but I've searched and can't find an answer. Actually, pretty embarassing as I've used VoxAtc for several years and am just tuning my FSX back on a year after moving.

I've not yet found my Yoke in the still unpacked boxes (four bedroom house in to a two bedroom cottage) so I thought, as an interim, I'd use my X52 joystick and throttle which I have found.

Problem is, I can't find the 'Joystick and Keyboard utility' the help texts talks about and the Joystick assignment screen still wants to talk to the Yoke.

Could someone please tell me where, in the FSX Steam VoxAtc install the utility to assign the X52 as the Joystick to be used?

	Many thanks for your help,

	Kindest Regards,

	Hello all,

there was always the topic here how to listen to the ATIS with VOXATC during the approach to determine the correct runway.

I have been able to solve this problem in my home cockpit, so I thought I would let you know how to get a technically correct result.

Here is the initial situation with me.
P3Dv5.4, Active Sky, VOXATC (latest Version), current Navigraph Charts

	This is what I did:
I added today's ATIS frequencies to all AFCAD of my addon airports. If I now make a "temporaray frequencie change" on approach with VOXATC, I can turn in the ATIS frequency in the RMP and hear the ATIS as it is normally reproduced by the P3D. So also which runway is in use.

For me this works perfectly. I hope the description helps others of you also.

	Regards Dieter

	Hi all,

I have a problem in VOXATC that I can't solve. Based on the Navigraph charts, I have started to revise the frequencies of my Addon Airports.

Now, according to Navigraph for EDDL Ground, 121,600 now becomes 121,605.
That's how I set it in Afcad. However, VOXATC obviously does not accept the frequency.

If I judge the problem correctly it is due to the .605 all other modified frequencies are working.

Does one of you have an idea about this? Is this a bug in VOXATC?

Something is odd though. I have a hardware cockpit from Skalarki, if I turn on the frequency 121.605 on the RMP, it doesn't work. But if I use the ATC window from P3D and select the ground frequency there with 121.605, VOXATC also changes.

I built a brand-new powerful flight-symming system during the last few weeks. Since I have a complicated networked system with 8 computers I preferred cloning my system to the new computer instead of starting afresh, well konowing that this could cause massive problems. I can state that the transition was successful, all programs are working, all my add-ons running on different computers can access the sim and receive data with one sad exception - VoxATC. The panel window shows initializing, I hear the test voices in my headphone and even the traffic is correctly injectedi into P3Dv5. However, the VOX panel seems to freeze at initializing and never shows me the ATIS frequency to tune. I usually display the VOX panels on a networked computer using the Vox Proxy. The proxy does not recognise the panels open on the the networked computer anymore, although the sim communicates with all other add-ons on the same client without any problems. But even when the Vox Panels are run on the sim-computer itself, the problem persists. The error log didn't show anything special. However, I noticed two oddities that could be relevant:

1. Since I use VOX merely in PMDG planes, and I had to reactivate these planes after the transition because of new hardware, could it be that VOX has problems with this, perhaps the panel.cfg got messed up?

2.If I use the net view command in the Windows 10 command window I get an error. However, all clients can be pinged in both direction and file and printer sharing works flawlessly. Can anybody help me out here since I'm reluctant to reinstall Vox because of the many problems that can arise (and also have arisen in the past 20 years I've been unsing the program).

Thanks draci

I use P3Dv5 HF3. I was wondering how to get VOXATC to use AIG-AIM models? I'm not sure what the cause of problem might be, but VOXATC isn't spawning any AI at all, despite the slider being 100% in VOXACT Settings. AIG-AIM is running using the traffic manager, so the two are essentially running at the same time without influencing each other. Is there any way I can flip a switch and get VOXATC to start using these models? The indexer seems to scan through them, so I don't see what the problem is.

	Hello,

Two weeks ago, I installed VOXATC demo for my FSX:SE, and managed to run it after some initial problems.

Then, after the demo version expired, I decided to purchase the full version via rcsimulations.co.uk (5 days ago). However, until now I did not get any Serial no. / Registration key, I have no response from the seller, I contacted them also via their Facebook page (message seen, but no response), via email to carol@rcsimulations.co.uk and info@rcsimulations.co.uk, but still nothing. The only thing I have from the seller is an order receipt confirmation email (contains just the number of the order, customer number, and order date...) and the email "Your files for download", which contains the link leading to nowhere ("Server error - The resource cannot be found").

Guys, what is your experience? How long did you wait for your Serial no. / Registration keys? I am a little bit afraid that if I do not get it now, I will surely not get it during the Christmas period, so MAYBE, what I paid for, I will be able to use from mid January, if at all. I really do not know who else to contact.

Thanks in advance for your comments and tips.

Suddenly having a strange issue on every flight. Never had a problem with VoxAtc before. I'm using parking codes to reserve a gate at the destination. Worked perfectly so far. Below is the relevant section of the error log with the error in bold..Does anybody have an idea what could cause this? The only change I've made recently is reduce the AI number of flights in the user bubble, since I use PXseecon to generate enroute flights, I set these to 0 in the VA-settings, but I don't think that this causes the parking issue.

I've seen this happening to others since 2013 but this is actually a fresh installation

Win 11- P3D v5.3 - PMDG NGu - non addon sceneries as yet but when I attempt to run the indexer it hangs after seconds.

Any help would be very appreciated

	Thanks
