Hi I was wondering if it is possible to get the Vox panel to automatically open when ATC has an instruction for you, eg change frequencies etc. Thanks.

Hello, I managed to run VoxATC P3D with V3, but I have now a problem with the new P3D V3.3.5. The window with "the green enable / disable" window does not open when I click on "Vehicle / Instrument Panel / VoxATC". Has anyone had the same problem or someone would have an idea to solve the problem?

Hey! My Problem is, that VoxATC doesnt recognize what i say when im in FSX. I can do everything until i have to say something and then i think it does just not get that im saying something. I dont really think that the Voice Recognition itself is the Problem cause FS2Crew works just fine and i can Load the VOXATC 'Flight Plan Trainer' and do the 'General Training' just fine. But i also got a problem with 'Flight Plan Trainer' when i want to load and train for a specific flight. Hi there, 3 years ago I tried the trial-Version of VoxATC and it was kind of too complicated for me. Yesterday I gave it a new try and this time I studied the manuals before :-). I configured the Flight Plan Extras and unchecked the "No Vectors To Approach" so the atc will assign a STAR anyway (?). But now when I pass the last waypoints of my route, there is no atc reaction, means no STAR assignment and I have to fly "blind" because there is no further information by the atc. When I check the vector checkbox I always get vectors and never STARs. Do you know what could be wrong? Before I buy, this must work somehow. My flightplan from KSAN to KPHX I load into f…

Does anybody know where VoxATC reads its weather information from? Recently I've deleted SPIM from FSX as far as possible (which means I've removed everything but the stock ICAO code) and replaced it by SPJC with the identical afcad (renaming its ICAO from SPIM to SPJC, of course!) because SPIM (Jorge Chavez Intl, Lima) changed its ICAO to SPJC in reality. As a weather engine I use Active Sky Next which has a weather station at SPJC in its newest database. However, if I file a flightplan from SPJC to anywhere and start the flight at a gate in SPJC, Active Sky next perfectly recognises that present position is SPJC and correctly injects the current METAR data of SPJC to t…

Hi, I have an add on airfield I fly from that has no ATC unit. Can anyone tell me how to set up an ATC unit at that airfield with a specific frequency. I could do with knowing how to do this as simply as possible without needing a degree in computer programming if possible! I would also like to set up custom RT phrases. I have scenery editor and voice editor but neither are "user friendly"!! Any help appreciated. Does VOXATC do this? Thanks

I was taking off KORD, and ATC request I set my transponder at zero. Has anyone had this transponder request change? Even if I set it to zeros, it doesn't recognize it. I thought it had something to do with the aircraft or the scenery I'm using, but I don't think so. It must be some strange setting in VoxATC which I can't figure out.

Not sure why, but when I try to fly an ILS approach flight plan without vector by ATC, it crashes all the time with my Airbus. I'm using SimBrief to put together my flight plan and downloading it in the correct format for my FS and Airbus. Doesn't happen with my NGX or J41.

Hello, With P3D V3.3.5, I encounter a VFR European airport zone transit problem. It happens this way in my case. After transiting to the end of the airport CTR zone, I report "clear of the zone" and the controler simply goes <callsign> tower, "pass your message". And no matter how many times I repeat myself, he will still say "pass your message". The only way to clear the problem is restart the program or just avoid the airport control zone. Has anybody a solution to this problem ? (It seems that this problem exists since several years and it was never corrected in the differents VoxATC versions.)

Hi there, I had a registered version of VoxATC but had to reinstall everything and now I'm left with the demo version of VoxATC. I've sent something via the webform on the site (a couple weeks ago) and haven't heard anything back and the registration page appears to be broken. I'm hoping the developers follow this forum and can send me something on how to get re-registered. Thanks.

Hey guys, Just had a chance to check out VOXATC last Saturday. Did the example VRF flight and once I tinkered around with setting and what not it worked as expected. However, I have a few remaining issues that perhaps you can help me resolve. 1) I can't seem to load a flight plan to the Flight Plan Training window. I get a generic .NET unhandled exception crash. 2) VOX did not add the gauge to my Aerosoft Beaver X, it did not appear in the list of planes either. 3) ATIS/ASOS read back is very choppy. It's fine with other comms. 4) I did a quick flight plan from and uncontrolled airport (KUAO - Aurora State, Oregon) to a tower controlled airport …

Just gone from heaven to hell (and back to heaven) with a couple of errors - first of all "Fatal error" then "Pass your message" (US: Go ahead). So I thought I would share the solutions in case of anyone having the same problems. I am on FSX-STEAM on Windows 10. Stock 172. Very new to the VOXATC software, but very impressed. A real game changer, and significantly closer to reality then the FSX ATC. Fatal error No doubt can be caused by a number of things, but in my case it was installation of Ivona voice pack British Brian. Hi, I'm trying the expert mode in VFR, everything is fine at the begining: startup / taxi / takeoff / switch to enroute ATC. But when I switch to approach or tower and try to request a landing, it always fails. Manual does not detail expert mode rules and VFR landing request. Does someone know how to succeed? I alway fly realistic flight plans from flightaware, and build my flight plan in SimBrief. It loads just fine on VoxATC. When I fly I use the same weather condition as in the real world using Active Sky, in real time for that current flight plan, but for some reason VoxATC vectors me all over the place in my initial departure. 15 minutes later, I'm already at my top flight level, and it's still vectoring me around the same city, doesn't follow the flight plan. Any idea why? Flight plan from KMKC to KMDW: KMKC/19 ROYAL7 ARENZ DCT IRK MOTIF4 KMDW/22L I couldn't go beyond ARENZ, just kept me going in circles.

Hey simmers of the AVSIM forums! On VoxAtc, there are some planes where i am not able to use the FO (First Officer) option available i ran the indexer and made sure the panel is installed for all aircraft in the list. For example, in the Quality Wings 757 and the Captain Sim 767, i dont get the FO option for some reason. Thanks in advance! Amrick Dhillon

I installed the demo to boeing 737 800 (default) but whenever I open Voxatc it closes and the recent comms just becomes white. Please help!

Hey guys, So after trying out the demo and loving it I picked up the full version of voxatc. One thing that I did notice is that it doesn't seem like the indexer scans the \fsx\DLC folder that Steam uses for all the dlc things you buy from them. So any of the planes I have in there do not show up to install the panel. (I have run the indexer several times to just be sure as well) Outside of manually editing the configs does anyone know a way to get the indexer to find those planes? I'd like to avoid having to move the files or manually edit anything if I can help it since everything else is working great. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi to all, I am new to the world of flight sim. I have fsx installed on my system, and yesterday i installed the demo version of VOXATC 6.52. I also installed Voxpop bases and two sample voices form Vox Atc website. Now when i click enable in voxatc panel during a flight, it says initializing and passes some voice test five times but never initializes to tune ATIS. Kindly help me solve this problem

Hi All Sorry if this has been asked before but i keep getting a problem. VOXATC tells me to descend to FL200, then tells me cleared to follow TIMBA4B arrival for Gatwick. I have tried a couple of time with the following. Start the descend once on the star i believe down to 160 and so on by reducing altitude to match star on FMC, but voxatc tells me to climb to FL200 and then does not descend me so i fly over airport at FL200. The other way is i just stay at altitude and wait for descend procedures but does not happen. Please any help would be gratefull. Many thanks Ian

I no longer have p3d 2.5 on my system, i was wondering if it is possible to install VoxATC into p3d v3 somehow, maybe by making some fake directories then installing it then moving the files around manually? I have tried years ago free time limited VoxATC in 2.5 and it was IMO by far the best ATC experience ever. After that I left Flight Simiming for some real flying, well now I'd like to get back to it as with v3 of p3d some good advancements have been made especially in the OOM area. What I like the most of the program is that it creates its own AI Traffic which is much more FPS friendly then this created by MT6 (perhaps because it doesn't spawn too many AI Aircraft),…

I posted in another thread but got no reply so decided to start a thread with the question in the title. Is the VoxATC Echanced (enhanced maybe) UK add-on worth £29.99. It reports to be in line with CAP413 and UK voice procedure which appeals to me a lot. However, there are no reviews on the UK distributer's website (RCsimulations.co.uk) and as yet I have not manage to find anybody that has it. Question is simply, does anybody have it, of so is it any good and how so. I really want this to be really good. Any info anybody? Ian

I am a new pilot in flight school and was hoping to use Voxatc as a training aid as I do have problems with ATC I recently downloaded Voxatc, paid to register the program and attempted to install the program. I have FSX-SE installed on my computer, Windows 8 and more than enough RAM and Processor to run this program. So here is what is happening. Considering buying but having tried the demo I have a few questions... UK Version: I really only fly IFR in Europe and a pet hate so far is area control being called center - does the UK enhancement fix this as its Control in the UK & Europe? SID Climb Any way I can get ATC to climb me faster on a SID, it's usual in the UK to be climbed much faster than sat level'd out at 5000 for most of the SID... Cheers in advance guys.
