I reinstalled all of P3D4.1 and reinstalled VoxATC7.41. The indexer is stuck at C:\Prepar3d v4\Weather\themes ? Anyone have a similar issue please? Cheers K EDIT: tried deleting each of the weather themes to see if one was corrupted somehow, no joy, the indexer still hangs at the same point, even when the folder is empty EDIT2: tried uninstalling and reinstalling vox, no joy, same result. Have now emailed Tegwyn about it....

I never get an initial cleared altitude on the IFR clearance which seems strange. I always have the up to date Navigraph AIRAC data. Can anyone help? Colin

I apologise if this is a dumb question but sometimes I get allocated strange runways for departure, sids and stars. I run Active Sky Next with VoxAtc 7.41 Is VoxAtc using the data from Active Sky or from FSX in order to allocate runway directions and sids and stars?

Hi, has anyone got Voxatc 7.41 running over network? I tried that but with no success. All status-bars were green and the files have been sent to the server computer when i ran it the first time. When i have clicked the "enable" button inside the Voxpanel, nothing happend. And when i have clicked the "disable" button, the Voxserver crashed. The windows eventlog shows a side by side error id 33 in the .net environment. I tried that on different pc´s. The behaviour is similar at all. On one pc the voxserver crashed a few seconds after pressing the enable button with the same entry in the eventlog. For me it seems to be a general problem with the so…

Hi I've just bought UTL and it seems to be working perfect. I followed the YouTube file I linked to below, which seems great - everything in FSX seems to be as expected. However, there is a problem with the call signs of the other aircraft - it only includes their numbers. For example, for a British Airways "Speed Bird 123", it only calls out "123". It is like that for all aircraft except mine. Any help would be great as it's an otherwise great product! Thanks, Gaz

I can’t for the life of me figure out what is going on with VOX and the ATIS weather. Every time I tune to an ATIS whether for departure or on approach, it always gives the same weather. Winds are always calm and most of the time it is using the wrong runways. The weird thing is when tuning the ATIS for departure, the green bar readout at the top is correct, but the voice is not reading that METAR. It usually has the correct ALSTG or within .01”, but VIS is always 62NM (not sure why), no clouds, and winds calm. Anyway else have this issue? I am running 4.2, AS, REX SF for weather add-ons. After leaving GCXO Tenerife north on the KORA4J departure I get told to contact Canaries centre on 138.475. Can't tune any higher then 136.97 Maybe a bug needs fixing? Leo de Haan Scotland

Any advise on which addon should i use with vox atc 7 for a more updated ai traffic cause the random is bliah :P I use p3dv4.2 . I heard ut bridge will take alot of time so ultimate traffic isnt for me atm. How about MyTraffic6.0a ? is it working with p3dv4 and vox atc 7? If you guys use something else that works well let me know.

I recently purchased VOXATC, I believe it's version 7.4. Installed it but kept getting "FATAL ERROR" after I hit enable. Tried many different things but nothing worked. I decided to remove and reinstall FSX and VOXATC. Still not working. My system is Windows XP Pro, 32 bit, sp3. FSX Gold edition with Accel pak, Saitek yoke, quadrant, pedals. Currently there is no add-on scenery, planes, etc. I didn't reload the VOXPop voices, but will tonight, so just windows SAM right now, and I'm not hearing "test". I did all the voice setups, used the flight plan suggested in the manual, disabled the ATC in FSX, but I can still bring it up by hitting the `/~ key. I did check the "Log"…

I have 2 questions:- 1) When I click on Enable VoxAtc takes a loooooong time initialising i.e 3 or 4 mins. Anyone know why that might be? 2) When listening to the ATIS I always hear two recorded messages of equal volume but with what seems to be different information plus a background message thay is a bit quieter. It is difficult to know which of the two louder messages is the one I should be noting. Has anyone else experienced my problem and have a solution? Regards Colin Ackerman

I want to use VoxATC for more than 1,5 year now, but everytime there is a problem. Finally VoxATC is compatible with P3D v4, but now there is this message on the order page: VoxATC 7.41 does not work with Windows 10 64bit lastest update. Why is VoxATC not working with Windows 10 latest update? Is VoxATC working on this problem? Has VoxATC adressed this problem with Microsoft? Can a solution be expected on a short time? I couldn't run the general training because W10 doesn't accept documents with more than about 14 lines. I addressed this problem by splitting the training document into 2 parts. I wondered if anyone knows if you can change the default voxatc aircraft to another type ,ie I fly the DH Sea Vixen and would like rnas yeovilton to be populated with them when I start voxatc rather than cessnas

I watched a video on youtube and the user was using VOXATC. I thought wow looks like a cool program , thought i would give it a try. Download the demo , installed great. I had to mess around with the text files to get the voice recognition to work properly after uninstall it. Went through the voice recognition went to fly and demo has expired. I've read that this was caused by me reinstalling the software. I didn't even get to try it . I also had issues loading the flight plans, it would crash prepar3d v 4.2. I'm almost 73 years old and I'm coming to the conclusion that UTBridge may not be available in my lifetime. So, I thought I'd create my own AI. In another thread Jay suggested AIFP and starting simple with Southwest Airlines. I downloaded and installed AIFP and downloaded the AIG Southwest Summer 2017 schedule. The video Jay referenced says to load the schedule in AIFP, double-click on any red aircraft in the aircraft section, download the aircraft model to the AIFP\Repaints folder and click install. Hello all, I have the VOXAtc panel installed in my 737ngx and up until I did a fully reinstall of p3d v4.2 it was working fine. Now whenever I try to call up the VOXAtc panel I can't see it anywhere on my screens.. (I have three) I can see the recent communications panel but not the main ATC panel even though it shows as checked in the p3d panel manager. Any ideas as to what I can do here? Jim V

This may be more of a windows issue than VOX but I figure Ill start here. I noticed my vox atc speech sounded fairly low, hard to hear over the A320 cockpit. I went to sndvol in W10 to raise the volume and noticed it was at 50%. I figured ok Ill raise it...However every time the ATC speaks, it drops back to 50%. Is this a setting in Vox somewhere or in windows?

Good day all, I have used the older version for many years with FSX.I now have P3D V4 nd would like to use the latest version. The P3D is now in its own "P3D Sim " folder and not the usual "c:/ programfiles/Microsoft games..." etc. Now the indexer wont run as I think it wants to find it somewhere else? My understanding of how Vox generates AI traffic is that is will use whatever AI model you have installed. With this in min, in installed BVAI hoping for some greater model diversity in what Vox generates. I know that BVAI (http://bvai.bvartcc.com/) is really just for Vatsim but I thought that just having the models would make Vox use them. However, that does not seem to be the case. When I run the Vox indexer, I can see it reading the models it just won’t seem to use them. Anyone else tried this? What other file/config would I need to get Vox to use these models?

Hi All, I need help with VoxATC. I'm using VoxATC under FSX and all works fine. I have change from FSX to P3Dv4.1 at the same Computer (i7) But VoxATC reacts very slow after I speak with the ATC. Mostly I must wait 15 or 30 seconds befor the display refresh. Any solutions for this Problem? Multi Crew Expirence works fine on the same computer. Regards Dieter

Hi, I'd like to get rid of the VOXATC menu in the sim window and have the panels show on a different (client) PC. I have downloaded the remote panels and they open up on the client PC no problem. I have VOXATC server on the flightsim PC and have a good network connection with no firewall problems. I cannot get the panels to work on the client PC, they are not connecting to VOXATC server. I am sure I am missing a very obvious step but need help to get this set up please. I do not wish to have VOXATC on a client PC, just the panels. Any and all help gratefully received. Regards Dave

Recently made and IFR flight from 2O1 in Quincy, CA to KFMR Rogue Valley International - Medford, OR. Using Little Navmaps recommendation to clear all the mountains my planned altitude wa 8K ft. Shortly after takeoff, Vox told me to clime to 10k, then a couple of minutes later 12k, 14k, 16k them back to 10k up and down and up and down. Flying the a2a Comanche, I cant climb as quickly as Vox wanted me too. Plus, I think IRL, one would need oxygen above 10k. The climb and descend instructions did not stop until I entered the rogue valley and was out of the mountains. Is this some sort of terrain avoidance functionality? Hi all, after i got Voxatc working over network, i have a problem that Voxatc think it is a VFR Flight altough a IFR Flightplan is loaded. (when i run Vox on the Sim with the panels on the Sim Screen, every thing is working well). some Flights works also fine over the network as most flights wont. In the logfiles there is a difference between flights working/not working.
