Hi, VOX ATC is causing me a few headaches at the moment (probably user error) I have some A2A aircraft installed but VOX ATC does not recognise them when I run the panel configurator...They are not listed to be able to add the VOX ATC panel... Any ideas please guys? Dave

Hi All Completely uninstalled V6 and scrubbed and then Installed VoxATC V7.42 on FSX machine. Installed VoxATV Netserver on my network server machine. Run Network server on server and VoxATC client on FSX machine and the two panels should show a green hookup. But no! They refuse to connect. Checked the docs - nothing much to miss! Firewall is set to allow VoxATC progs thru. So reading forums I see VoxATC uses simconnect. I am pretty sure that the network is set up fine as Plan G and AS16 (active sky) both run fine over my network and hook to FSX using Simconnect absolutely fine (I read the AS16 docs at the time - forg…

When I try to "fly" one of the Vertical Reality Simulations (VRS) F/A-18E Superbug aircraft, the panel modifications indicate they work just fine (1 panel for many textures), it fails to initialize properly for some of them. It works just fine for the Flight Test Aircraft E1, and fails to initialize the VFA-137 "Kestrels" CAG V2 aircraft. The following shows the applicable sections of the Aircraft.CFG file. Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but, with 69 "pages" of threads, and my inability to locate and use an intuitive search engine for this forum, I feel compelled to submit this thread. I am running VoxATC for P3Dv4, under windows 10. I am flying out of airport with 2 parallel runways (i.e. 32L & 32R). When I get the atis for the airport, I find that 32R is used to departures, and 32l is used for landing traffic. I request touch and go pattern, and am cleared for takeoff. The tower tells me I am #1 to land and, when I continue the pattern to rwy 32L and turn onto final, the tower then tells me I'm cleared to land on 32R. How c…

I purchased voxatc about 6 months ago. My computer just recently crashed and had to completely redo everything. I cannot find my code for voxatc and have sent many messages to them through there web page but have never heard back from them. How do I go about getting a new code I have the email receipt thanks

Any of you tested voxatc over the network ? For some reason I can't make it work ? Tips ? thanks

I've googled it, and searched here in AVSIM, but have not found a definitive answer regarding the ability to run VOXATC over a network. I'm at the point in my Sim building where I'm going to begin the VOXATC Demo. It will save me a lot of trial and error time if I can find out whether network operation is possible. I've also read the VOXATC manual, and could not find any reference to networking in the manual. Any hep/answer appreciated. RodeoGeorge

Hi, I have an older version of vox atc and had an add on disc which installed the UK Phraseology? Is this still valid in 7.42 or is there an alternative?? Dave

After a total failure of a drive that contained all of my WOAI traffic and before I start to download them again I thought its a good time to see what else is out there. What AI program are you using and would you recommend it?

I hope someone has a positive solution to the endless squawk code looping. There is no way I know of getting past this problem (one can't even skip pass this problem). The loop blocks all other options. I've even rebooted Vox in flight and it makes no difference. I have just about run out of the trial period and this problem is enough for me to refrain from purchasing. Glenn P3dV4.5 W10

Hi guys Finally managed to get Voxatc 7.42 installed and working, however I have a little issue with the voxpop voices. Although they are all working, they are only working through the surround sound speakers and not through headphones. I have selected headset for the default player in the voice config setup, and all Microsoft voices work only through this, but the voxpop voices will not.. Is there something else I can change somewhere to have them through headphones only and all other sounds through the surround. Again, in FSX I have sounds set through default player (Speakers) and voices through (Headset)

Hi Guys I've just installed Voxatc 7.42. I uninstallted my old version first. All seems to have gone fine with no issues, but then I start FSX and all I get is a black window where Voxatc should be ? Both Voxatc and Recent comms remain black, no info on them at all. This is for FSX on windows 10 Any help to get this working please.. I've restarted, ran the indexer again, and still nothing, Have tried on Default FSX Airacraft and PMDG

The installation of the VoxAtc panel in the A319/320 FSL's causes a CTD. There are 42 "Window" in the panel.cfg. Can the problem be related to this number? Thank you and Regards,

This is odd but when I click on the volume in windows and click the mixer it shows everything that has sound including VoX ATC however when I increase the volume to max as soon as the 1st officer speaks the volume drops back to 50%. I assume this is something to do with windows but not sure Anyone have any ideas?

I have p3dv4.5 and indexer is hanging at Weather\themes and sits there.. Any ideas? I discovered the problem..a duplicate in the scenery in Lorby-si proggie..my fault..indexing fine. Thanks, BobM.

Anyone else having trouble getting the Panel Setup to "see" the Qualitywings 146 Collection? Tried adding the text manually to the Panel Config file but they are so many I was not sure which one I should edit. Cheers Euan

Hello I have VOX-ATC assigned with SAPPI 5.01 voices only from CereProc. I expanded my voice set from 6 voices to 9 voices. After adding the newer voice sets, I find that in a high resource scenery area the voices stop working. This occurs after I am switchedover to monitor the tower. Please note that this is not “THE FATAL ERROR" that VOX-ATC gives. The writing continues to give the correct commands but the voices completely stop working. If I then check the voices in Balabolka or Microsoft Text To Speech I get an error: “Can not synthesize the speech: OLE error 80045017”. I have to reboot the computer…

Team I've noticed the file "AircraftDesignations.xml" in the "users\ ....\internal workings" folder has some interesting data which one can only guess helps Vox742 process "instructions etc." to one's aircraft, for example issuing climb / descent clearances. Has anyone a more complete understanding of the file's purpose & / or should one include more precise detail (a new profile) for one's aircraft including it seems a reference to its simobjects detail (similar to the references shown in the subject file). All notes will be appreciated.

Hi Guys I've built my own yoke eventually to simulate that of a Boeing 737 instead of the Saitek yoke but, If I set VOXATC to Button 1 Assign to Talk, and Button 2 Assign First Officer, press ok, go back to flight sim, it doesn't work, so I go back into Joystick Setup, and Flight Yoke System (Saitek is back in again) no matter how many times I do, it won't seem to save the option. I've unplugged the Saitek yoke now, I've restarted FSX, and still the same thing? Any help?

Hello all, I read all the topics related to problems linked to voxatc and star assignement. Unfortunately none of the responses helped with my observed problem: I try to land at ELLX, coming from South East. My last transition waypoint is DISKI. (No vectors box is checked, i am using latest navipraph FMS data) Around 40nm before ELLX, voxatc requests that I tune to Luxembourg approach. Once tuned, luxembourg approach tells me that I am cleared for full Ils on runway 06. After confirming, the only thing voxatc wants is to report 4 d m e and contact tower. My expectation (may i am be wrong?) Is that voxatc assigns to me a star, say DISK2K for example. I…

When I tried the demo when V7 upgrade came out WOAI worked however now the indexer hangs at the BGL files. So looks like WOAI is out. Ultimate traffic is still waiting for the bridge so what else out there works , Im using FSX-SE

Everything is updated using fsaerodata and Navigraph softwares with Cycle 1904 i encounters some issue with one Leg of Flight From OMDB to OBBI when i start my flight everything run smooth from push back all the way to descend once the VoxATC switch me to Bahrain Approach with Frequency which is 119.100 i dial it and transmit i got Fatal Error without respond from the agency after i tried to change the Frequency to Bahrain tower and transmit i hear the tower report message Go a head with no further instructions. I have done a search but I have not found a solution to my problem. The AI aircraft at all my fsdreamteam scenery do really strange stuff. Turn sharply off a taxiway and then takeoff not from a runway. The AI park inside buildings. Has anyone found a fix for this. I have looked on FSDreamteam site and nothing. He just says its not his scenery doing it. I ran the indexer at first it was just hanging but I found I had to delete multiple KLAX scenery in the scenery list and then I was able to run the indexer all the way through. Links would be appreciated if I missed this subject.

Hi All Recently downloaded VoxATC 7.42. Long time user on FSX:SE, and now slowly making the shift to P3D v4.4. Anyway, install and indexer run fine, but when I try to run the panel setup, the list of aircraft comes up, and whether I select one or many, once I click the 'Install' Button, the second small window comes up and hangs at 'Initializing, please wait'. No sign of anything else, no slowing of PC and Task Manager shows 0% CPU, 22MB Memory and 0 disk usage. I have tried: - Running as Admin - Disabling both Real time protection and controlled folder access in Windows Defender - UAC is off. Nothing seems to help. Any tho…
