Hi everybody,I'm trying to install FScopilot for FSX and i can't install it due to this error:Error opening file for writing:C:\Flight Simulator\Modules\FSCopilot.dllClick abort to stop installation,Retry to try again, or Ignore to skip this fileI right click it installing as administrator, no antivirus, firewall or whatever working and fsx.exe set in compatibility mode (as administrator) but nothing.Since i can't completely install it i can't uninstall it either. I get it attached to my dll.xml but i get no menus when flying.Any help appreciated.By the way, which one is better FSinn or Squawkbox?RegardsFabio

Ive flown on Vatsim fo a couple of years now, and the biggest issue with beginners and even some experienced pilots like me get lost at airports. Its not to bad when ATC is not online as you can taxi to a stand of your choice, but when ATC is online a lot of pilots dont have charts and end up getting lost on taxiways and parking up on wrong stands, and in the wrong terminals. Pilots can ask a progressive taxi off the controller, but i still dont think its not that realistic. So i thought about if VATSIM could have Checker follow me vehicles, what VATSIM users can use on live aiports were there is ATC avalible. Basically they can download a model, follow me car off VATSIM…

I'm am currently using the latest version of FSinn with FS2004 and I can hear people talking on Vatsim, but I cannot seem to transmit voice to anyone. Texting in and out works fine, the only problem is that I cannot transmit voice.First time this has happened to me. By the way, I'm using Windows 7.any solutions? Thank in advance!-Neil Johnson

Ive been flying on VATSIM for almost two years now. Yeah not a lot. Anyway when i first started VATSIM, i wanted to shoot in the default FS 737 make a silly call sign, and shoot to my favourate airport. But when i logged on it was much different than i though. Everything was like the real world, and everybody was very serious. I can remember it took me 20 minutes before i said a word to the controller as i was that scared to say something. After a year flying the default FS737, i moved on and bought myself the CS757. I hated it, i couldnt start the engines and i didn't know how to put in a route, not like the easy FS file a flight plan. So one night i was coming into LEPA…

I do not know what I am doing wrong. I read the manuals and still no luck.I have been a VATSIM member for years, and have not had many issues to think of. However, I recently upgraded to FSX and WIN7 and as well, the SBox program, too.1) I am pretty sure that I need to make a multiplayer game, but I cannot figure out how to in FSX.2) When I went to the SQUAWKBOX tab to start it in FSX, it came back with no available servers to join, and in turn, unable to join VATSIM.I am pretty sure my issue is not making the multiplayer game, but I do not know how to in FSX. Hi. I've been struggeling a long time already. I've downloaded AI addon traffic for my FSX and it's fantastic, but on some big international airports or just even on a few small airports around the world, they don't say the IFR clearance to... (whatever destination). On other airports the ATC says the destination of the AI Traffic. It just frustrates me of the fact that some is saying the destination and others not.:( I would really appreciate it if someone can help me to change it so that every airport will say the destination of the IFR flight.Thanx

Hi All,I have just recently installed a new hard- drive, reinstalled my OS (Vista 32bit) and had a Pro do a small overclock on my CPU. A duo CPU E8600 @ 3.33GHz Now overclocked to 3.6GHz.I have been reinstalling many programs for FSX including Sqauckbox, however, when i connect to Vatsim Via sqauck box it is causing FSX to crash. Not exactly a crash but FSX freezes and never recovers. Then assuming a problem I, click "control / Alt / Delete to check with the task manager and the message is FSX not repsonding and have to close the program. Whenever a pilot joins the session or leave the session in FS2004 i get a green line with red text telling it. Is it somehow possible to remove this line completely somehow? maybe through the cfg or?

Hi there, I am fed up of the poor quality models squawkbox provide for use with VATSIM and I was wondering if there is anyway of changing them? This would make my flight simming expierience better and I would be greatful if somebody could help me out, thanks in advanceplanenutter :(

I have begun to fly across the ponds, and after several round trips KSFO/EGLL, have decided to travel to Sydney. I know next to nothing about trans-oceanic routing, and I generally use routes I find on simroutes.com, as they appear to be pretty close to real world routes, if not spot on in many cases (NA Domestic anyway). The route in their database for KSFO>YSSY has a particular leg that puzzles me however.This is the route in question. i have recently joined VATSIM. I have 2 user accounts on my PC. One for when I fly the default Cessna 172 and the other for when I fly the PMDG 744. I installed CoPilot and FSInn when logged on to the 744 account and it works OK when I am logged on to that account but when I am logged on to the Cessna account there is no CoPilot in the addons dropdown menu. I could just install CoPilot and FSInn when logged on to the Cessna account but I had a problem in the past with a .dll file when I installed a new version of a program without uninstalling the old version first. I'd appreciate any help with my problem. Thanks.Phil McEvoy.

I just reinstalled my FS9 with FSINN and FSCOPILOT on windows 7. I noticed that when i started FSINN i had to manually join the multiplayer session - previously, when i started fsinn, it autojoined the mp-session.any clue?
