On the last two flight I have lost the voice responses from any request to ground, tower, centre or approach and any commands from the mentioned. The acknowledge request shows up in the FSUIPC window but I do not hear any commands. It appears to have started with the new version of FSUIPC program. I'm running Radar Contact on a remote computer and can hear AI chatter as well as any altimeter changes. When I do acknowledge I can here the reply and command but not the initial request. Hi JDI am running Pete Dowson's great new FSUIPC version making ADVDISP obsolete. I meant to have read that it should be possible to resize that message window just like the default one. (etc.)I realize this shouldn't be harmful as long as I don't want to save (and in fact I don't want to), but it's got me puzzled nonetheless. RC is running on the same machine as FS, so why is it trying to use a network share in the first place? Hi,Whenever I land and exit the runway my announced position by RC is incorrect.Today, for example, I landed on runway 32L at Kord and took the high speed T4 exit. My announced position upon contacting RC's ground controller was J3.If I switch back to MSFS after RC quits, MSFS knows my exact location (T4) and gives me the correct Taxi instructions to the gate.Also today, when contacting ground when ready to taxi for departure, my announced position was a long string of characters like you would normally get after landing for taxi to the gate. My departure position here was gate A28 at KDTW.Why is it that RC does not know where I am?Regards,Vaughan Martell

Just installed UT so don't know if this is a feature or not. I am now getting AI traffic calling clear of the active runway when clearly they are not. For instance just landed at EGKK on taxi to the terminal the aircraft that landed after me claimed to be clear at E1 when he was still on the runway without about 200 metres to go!! Same thing happened during takeoff from EGNT, aircraft claimed to be clear and was still slowing down ON the runway with a good way to go before the exit.

On approach to Victoria CYYJ, I was being vectored to Runway 27 heading downwind - seemed to be a fair trip in my little Dash 8, so I requested an early turn on base. To my surprise, approach refused, telling me to stay on the downwind a while longer for separation. Sure enough, an Air Canada CRJ705 is cleared on final, and then I'm turned on base behind the CRJ.Nice, really sweet!Great programDavid

Hi,Just a quick question. I sometimes hear ATC ground give pushback clearance to AI aircraft like this: "Speedbird 435 clear to push, call for start" or something to that effect.However i never seem to get this sort of pushback clearance. I always get "Baby 145 cleared to push, start at your discretion" or something like that. (I can't rememebr the exact wording...)Is it possible to get the first type of clearance?

I just completed my first tutorial flight today from KDSM to KORD and everything went fine -- except for a little bit of chiding by the controller for busting 250 kts on the climb out from Des Moines.Heavy traffic around Chicago and I was vectored around for a bit. Every time I got a new heading no one told me whether I should enter the heading via a right turn or a left one. I ended up turning the direction that produced the least amount of heading change. Whether this is correct procedure or not, I do not know. Is it?RegardsDAve

Taking back the coms I've had CTD with the FS error message a number of times now, different planes, flights, sceneries. Bit stumped there.

Hi,Before departure I clicked the QUIT button on the RC main screen.I noticed the ADVdisp window still had previous messages in it.I noticed that I could no longer use the keyboard keys 1, 2 etc to make selections from the (now enabled) MSFS ATC menu.If however, I use RTC, land, and then get a critique:The ADVdisp window does clear its data, RC program shuts down and allof the number keys work just fine for me to use MSFS ATC to taxi (instructions) to the gate.I would assume that whenever you exit (QUIT) RC it would always exit the same way (sofware subroutine) and release the number keys.Regards,Vaughan Martell, Jr.

Hi there,can you please help?1) after departure tells me "resume own navigation" i engage AP and the aircraft starts a turn to get onto FMC active route.But shortly after i am warned i am off course "...off course... proceed direct when able".What's wrong with my procedure?2) why i can no more hear "cross four zero miles from..." but instead "when ready descend FL 110"?3) while landing on Rwy 18L at ZBAA i noticed a Air China 747 at the holding point; the same aircraft crashed into my tail a few minutes later while i was freeing the active rwy.What to do ? I startup FS2004, ASV and BAV OSP, (no RC4 yet) in that order so that I can do an offline flight.Select the PMDG 737, load up EGKK (Gatwick Pro) - EGNT (UK2000). Wait a couple of minutes so the weather can update then reload the AI Traffic.Load up the flight plan into RC4 - first problem.The departure line shows all ATC having a frequency of 0 (arrivals is fine). Not a problem, go into the controller setup and tick all the boxes, and note that the frequencies are automatically inserted. Click OK and go back to the main screen. The departure line still says that all frequencies for depature are 0. GO back into controller info and tick all the boxes. COme back out. S…

Hi JD, I fly alot in Austria. I have a numbere of Vienna based wav files I would like to add to RC 4. I can find no Country specific folder in Winwood for Austria, can I just add a folder called Austria and add files in the correct numbering sequence?Many Thanks for a super program.mobydick
