Good day, I know it is a old airport, but i had the 2 jetways one on the other with AES, i succeded to remouve one by deleting jetway in scenery folder. but i still have floating jetway signs... how do I remove them ? I had the solution in the past but I cannot remember now thanks for your help :)

Hello! I've been doing more flight simulation due to the pandemic. I decided to fly from CYTZ on FSX. I noticed that in my scenery, there were office buildings literally in the middle of the water surrounding the airport (around the airport and lake Ontario). The airport (CYTZ) and the city of Toronto are okay, but I have building objects protruding from the water where there shouldn't be any. I'm pretty sure that maybe it was a corrupt install from years ago more than likely. I've refreshed all the files of FSX:SE, and checked vectors with ORBYX. On the new Maule M7-260/MT7-260, the Tri-cycle model VC does not show up. To fix this, the Tri-cycle model.cfg file needs to be changed to read: [models] normal=Maule_Trigear_P3DV4_exterior interior=Maule_Trigear_P3DV4_interior

Hello, Can we map to a key on the keyboard the sub-views under VC? I am NOT talking about hitting "S" then "A". I am NOT talking about getting a radios panel pop-up. I am NOT talking about Shift+2, Shift+3, etc. I am talking about how in the VC with the mouse you can go "Right-Click > Cockpit > Left-Click on Overhead Lower Panel" . I want to map that Overhead Lower Panel to a key on the keyboard so I don't have to mouse around with my hand nor cycle through the views I don't need. Hello Everyone, I am creating this forum because I am wondering whether there is was any way to make FSX Gold Edition (CD Disk) compatible with DirectX 12. I have come across many forums that don't give a definitive answer or explore the topic in great detail but with many of those being from 2017, I am hoping that someone may have an idea of how we can accomplish this task in 2020. hello i have a problem with every 757 model from project opensky when im getting them in my FSX. Look at doors and engines. there must be shadows but there are bright parts. Whats the problem. how can i solve it? Someone ideas?

I bought the 787 Qw last night one of my favorite aircrafts. But the weather radar wasn't working it dosent show the weather, not the clouds, nothing.ive tried using the manual mode and still didn't work. I already have active sky next installed and running, any help would be much appreciated.

Hey there! I've recently tried to do a flight to Moscow (UUEE) using the Drzewiecki Design demo. I had an issue though on my FMC where when I selected "arrivals", the FMC couldn't detect any runways for arrival. Instead, it showed arrival runways from my origin airport. Is there something I need to add to my flight sim files in order for the FMC to detect new runways at this airport? Could it be that there is an issue with particular files, b/c the UUEE FSX default only has 2 runways whereas the demo scenery added a 3rd runway? Do I need to download something to fix this? I also tried departing from UUEE to see if anything would change, and the FMC couldn't detect d…

Hi folks, Recently transitioned to FSX Steam to fly older FSX aircraft. Was on sale for $10 at the Steam store. I have installed, set up, and running well. However, every time I start FSX SE it asked me whether it is OK to run certain .dll files. Most notably, my GoFlight modules bridge .dll file. It ask every time whether I want start it. There are three others. Also, every I load an airplane with custom .dll or .gau files, it asks the same question. In FSX, it only asked these question once, for the very first time you started FSX after installing the add on or airplane. After that, it seemed to know that it was ok. Not FSX SE. A few days ago, I came across a a mod for Yannick's Falcon to be compatible with FSX. Everything works great, however, doing a test flight and bringing it up to FL400 at mach .80, I starting getting an oscillating effect. Has anyone had this problem before or know of a fix for it??

Hi all, I just purchased Imaginesim's KLGA 2016 for FSX a few hours back and have been getting some strange jetway issues. Most gates are ok, but a good number are a standing unconnected to anything. ]I've been going crazy for a few days to understand the purpose and use of the two GNS 430 mounted on the Seneca V Carenado. To fly with GPS, one is enough; I tried to fly with the traditional system Vor to Vor, thinking that I could set filrst leg on GPS1 and the next on GPS 2 and then switch, but the latter never follows the Vor and, instead of turning, he starts to spin the plane in the round. I have to TURN off the GPS 1 and then the 2 follows the tuned Vor. Is it possible that the two devices are only used as backups of each other in the event of a failure? Maybe I wrong something? Hello all, I am using fsx SE on a Win10 machine. Unlike in previous installs, changing the metric system to "hybrid" under > Settings > General does not change the Kohlsmann window from inHG to hPa. When I toggle between metric and US systems, the altimeter readout changes from ft to meter and back, that works. There is just no difference between US and hybrid metric systems. Is there anything I can try besides the "hybrid" setting under > Settings > General? Thanks a lot, Frank

Hi For a long time i use AIG Flightplans ans GA WOAI on my sim.I customize all the flightplans and Aircraft cfg entries and traffic bgl file to fsx .I have installed on my sim all UGA and some more GA traffic packages and they are customized too, so the aircraft entries and new traffic.bgl file too. I have to AIG flightplans for the Airlines companies. Is quite a huge pack all modified.Now my question.Because i customized all my AI Traffic , will FSX Steam recognized GA Traffic or only Airlines traffic or stay everything the same related to density bar in fsx? Hello everyone, I am currently using the Saitek Pro Flight Headset for my flights. I was informed a few days ago that the company has discontinued manufacturing the headset. Despite being a little tight around the ears (after long, overseas flights), I enjoyed the headset for it's authentic, professional appearance and audio clarity. Can anyone suggest a replacement for this headset? Anything resembling a conventional David Clark? Thank you as always.

Hey there! I've been doing a lot of research on a fairly new AI traffic addon for FSX/P3D called Alpha India Group Software (AIG). I've read that this software can be used for FSX, however, I haven't found any guidance/tutorials that are specific on how to add this software into my FSX. All I've read is that it can be time consuming and frustrating, however since I'm quarantined I have lots of time on my hands and I'm up for the technical challenges. If anyone knows how I can add this software to my FSX that would be great. Thanks in advance!
