Hi there, I have been looking for Flight Sim X AFCAD Bulk Packages. I Found a large one for American Airports, and Airfields by the fantastic Ray Smith, and have most of those in Flight Sim X. But I am looking for other large ones, but havn't found any of a similar size. I would like, to find others with Hundreds of AFCAD's. And a good mix, from around the world. Could people on this Forum, tell me where I can find some ? I have many freeware and Payware Airports in Flight Sim X, but am quite happy with basic AFCAD's i.e. that have many more parking gates, but not particularly fussed on them being amazingly detailed. Hello. I have a question regarding the Qualitywings 787. I took off from Guangzhou headed to Ürümqi and climbed to FL300, but when I tried to engage the autothrottle, the throttle didn't move a centimeter to maintain speed and engine 1 was given a greater amount of thrust than engine 2. Please help me as I don't have the time to sit at the throttles for 4 hours. And let me explain why I didn't read the manual. It's because the manual is an online PDF that will not load on my extremely slow iPhone hotspot (we don't have a mifi or jetpack). This is really weird. Just now I planned a flight from KSLC to Honolulu. I have had the Level D 767 installed in FSX-SE for many years. But this time, when I went to the select aircraft menu, it's not there! I checked the root library of FSX and the 767 is still there, in its own folder (Level D simulations) not in the simobjects, but that's the way it has always been. Tried rebooting FSX, but still no sign of the LD 767. Any ideas where that 767 flew off? I didn't post this in the Level D forum, because it's quite dormant. Eytan Ornstein

Hello Everyone, So, I had installed the Sikorsky S76A by George Arana and Aw139 by Carlo Palacio, both uses XML tools and I get a CTD with it. FSX asks on startup, to run the file I like yes, it asked again when i select any of the aircrafts that utilizes it and boom sim crashes. I have read other forums, and nothing worked. I tried checking the event viewer and had no logs, download VCredist 2010 that also did not work, tried movcing the XMLtools.dll still nothing. I haven't tried running FSX as admin cause if I do GSX would not start so I don't run as admin, would give it a try though although I doubt very much it would work. So anyone had…

I know TrackIR 5 is the standardfor head tracking technology. There is another company AMIXY that offers a head tracking solution that doesn’t require a IR sensor on a hat or headset. It does all the tracking by camera. Any one using this tracker with FSXSE? Thanks!

Is there anyone who can walk me through step by step how to get Traffic Global to install and run for FSX on Windows 7? I have tried and tried and it wont work. Every time I get it installed and click on the icon to open it, all it does is ask do I want to uninstall the program and all its contents. PLEASE HELP

Just another quick question from a FSX newcomer.. I remember that FS9 had a couple of programs that we could increase taxi speed that in the MSFS is desperately slow, specially after landing. Is there a program similar to FSX? Thank you!

Has anyone got recent experience of using this aircraft in FSX-SE? I downloaded the current up to date version from Simviation, followed all the install instructions. I can set up a flight from the planner screen and the aircraft displays in the window, however once I hit fly now get a brief black screen then CTD. Other aircraft work fine so this appears to be a RFP specific issue. Any suggestions welcome, thank you.

I’ve been having battling on a situation on FSX for quite awhile at least since November with a strange kind of thing going on as after at that time doing the FSDT GSX live update, things have began to fall apart and haven’t had any issues before it. So I load up a flight and the airport cache does regenerate after, it does it repeatedly, another time the airport cache rebuilds very constantly everytime I hit flight planner or any menu to get a few things on the go along with view change to where the GSX/couatl disappears off the Add On menu and again rebuilds, along with a few occasions the GSX/Couatl Will CTD but of course the sim won’t ctd. I have a problem with my CS 727 and CS 737 cockpit sound effects not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with new downloads whilst all my antivirus turned off but still not hearing any sound effects such as callouts, switches turning knobs or trim sounds. Also missing are the crew and captain announcements. I have checked the sound files and tested the .wav and they seem fine . Any help would be appreciated Thanks

I've always wanted to try this plane but only have FSX:SE and from what I can tell, it seems to say it's only compatible with the old boxed version of FSX. Does anyone know if the Captain Sim B707 works with FSX:SE? I appreciate anyone's help, thanks.

I don't know if any have experienced this, but I wanted to try DX10 preview ahead of maybe ordering Steve's DX10 fixer. Now previously I ran in DX9 with everything maxed and even running an A2A aircraft and it held solid and locked at 60fps. After switching back to DX9 it's all stuttery now and I haven't changed anything in Nvida inspector or the sim. Kind of frustrating because it ran so well before the preview. I have FSX installed on my win7 (64bit) computer and i tried in the past successfully to add new liveries that i created , to my favorite B737-800 I use DXT and Photoshop as tools. In the past ( 2019) , i made all the appropriate changes to '' aircraft config '' file , and it worked ! All my new edits were shown on FSX . Nowadays , even after following all the steps , the simulator does not include my new liveries . I tried also to delete pre-existing liveries , and still no changes made !! Hi, I was trying to search with Google Search for modifications for a more realistic flight tuning for the default B738. The only thing I was able to find was fuel_flow_scalar = 0.74 which I used. Mainly looking for aircraft.cfg edits for flight tuning and handling. I hope someone here may have improved theirs and willing to share all the proper lines to change and the values. Thanks me1900

I have been using FSX from disc since 2011, but my Windows 7 computer is wearing out, along with my 11 year old monitor with built in speakers. I bought a new HP with a new monitor and my old FSX discs are not compatible with my Windows 10. I had to buy FSX Steam and none of my many years of purchased add-ons of airports and aircraft transferred over with Zinstall, PMDG, Level-D, and Quality wings will have to be reinstalled, not to mention of all the trouble shooting problems I had from 2011 to 2016 will likely be back, with also new issues on Steam. Hello I am a new member here so I don't really if this topic was discussed. I bought the qw-787 recently and then updated it because it showed that beta-9 had expired. But after i updated it and then started it it says that QW-787 gauge startup error. I cannot refer the QW-787 forum and reselecting the airplane once again doesn't work as well. Hello, does anyone has expierience with "Friendly Panels" Addons (www,Friendlypanels.com) in FSX under Win 7, 64 Bit? I need help for installing the Friendly Panel Addon Cessna Family Pack V2.0. The files will installed in an "My Panel" folder and nothing else happens and I can't see any airplane or gauge in FSX! Thanks. Kaleu.
