Hi All, Many years ago I set up my FSX with Saitec Yolk, Pedals, Throttle Quad and trim wheel. All was well until recently the SSD failed and I needed to re-install everything. It seems to have gone ok in that FSX runs. However I want to be able to set up the Hat Switch to allow me to pan my view around the cockpit as I had originally. When I try to setup a new assignment to do this only the last entered assignment is registered, for example if I set the Right push on the hat switch to pan right, after setting all the other positions every time I hit the hat switch in flight the view always pans right irrespective of which direction I press. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong…

I've been having this issue for a month now. I'm very confused. So when I tried making a fixed camera by adding the exact latitude, longitude and altitude I want, generated a guid, it doesn't work ingame. Can someone help me? Thanks! Hi all, this is a very specific question about the use of multiple monitors in FSX. It is not about how to set them up, but about two alternative ways to use them in a cockpit configuration. When you have multiple monitors (three for me) and an Nvidia graphic card (GTX 650 for me), my understanding is that you can configure one of the following: FSX run "windowed" (=not in full view), and each monitor will display a different "viewpoint" of the virtual cockpit. Hi all I use Steve's directx 10 fixer, the only issue is when using multi monitors and using the alt + enter key for full screen I found an old file in the downloads created by Maarten Boelens for borderless gaming using autohotkey. This is the description in the read me file I have installed autohoykey and clicked on the script but when in fsx and I press the win+F11 key nothing happens Has anyone used this and my be able to point me in the right direction on how to get it work Regards Rhys

I have no problem flying Quality Wings BAe 146s & AVROs in many flights using FSX Deluxe with SP1 and SP2 but I have one unusual problem as seen below. In one flight per 8 successful flights, after touching down on runway, the engines refused to reduce speed to zero even I used throttles to cut down speed to zero yet the plane kept going on at 120kt crashing through end of runway. I checked to be sure the autospeed is off and I even turned off autopilot in hope to make the engines cut down the speed to zero but no luck. Any solution for that, please??? Regards, Aharon

I have seen numerous people complain about this issue over the years but the threads never seem to go very far - so presumably the complainants ended up living with it as I have. But with Winter here down under coming I use this time each year to further refine my FSX setup, add more scenery and fix anything up that is less than perfect that I discovered over the year. About the only really significant annoyance I have still remaining with FSX that might possibly still have a resolution is - as the title says - a "slowdown" of the repeat button repeat rate after a certain period of time has elapsed when running FSX. Hello I have Microsoft Flight Simulator X Steam edition. Running on 1024x768x32 resolution Highmemfix=1 is enabled in my config I track my VAS with procexp program. I see that it crashes exactly at 2000mb. I am running WINDOWS 10 64BIT, but why i am limited to 2gb VAS, shouldn't it be 4gb VAS? I have only FSLABS CONCORDE X, no other add-ons. And yes, my license is legal.

Hi, i have been facing this issue for about 2-3 weeks. My fsx just crashes on splash screen the icon of fsx shows on taskbar but nothing happens. I have reinstalled FSX multiple times (more than 10times) reinstalled fresh windows 10, deleted and addded UIautomationcore.dll etc. removed/renamed fsx.cfg. i have tried everything but everything in vain Please Help!!

I have the Imaginesim KATL scenery for FSX. Does anyone know why this and most of the other add-on sceneries do this? I have a pretty good system running with a Nvidia GTX 3070 Ti.

Hello i noticed that FSXWX doesn't change the weather into the live one and it just sets it on clear weather. I have this problem since yesterday. The message Exception received: 14 keeps appearing. I reinstalled FSUIPC and the whole FSXWX system multiple times stll no luck. Anyone knows something?

Hello everyone, Here are my components: i5 7400 16 gb ram GTX 1060 Game running on HDD with a lot of space So, I am playing with Aerosoft Airbus and gsx. My game crash randomly, it could be after the T/D or even during preparing my flight plan at the start. I have a problem of the following: How to remove the "Flight Simulator X" watermark from pixels?

Installing FSX-SE on a new Win 11 machine. Transferred my Logbook.bin from my old machine Documents\Flight Simulator x - Steam Edition Files to the same directory on my new machine. Started FSX-SE, logbook entries blank. Exited FSX-SE, found a new blank logbook.BIN file in a different directory, Documents\Flight Simulator X. Copied old Logbook.BIN file to that directory, now FSX-SE finds the correct Logbook. Any ideas? Thanks, Jim Driskell

Hi yall, I am curious if anyone has a recommendation for an airbus addon that hits that blend of systems depth and good fps performance for a lower-spec pc? My 2.6ghz laptop can't handle Aerosoft's line, but would Justflight's F-lite series be an acceptable trade-off? Perhaps even the freeware Project Airbus lineup would be the better solution??? I know Blackbox and Wilco?? make a baby-bus lineup, but I have heard they are not worth the pain. Any thoughts??

Hi all, I just uninstalled and reinstalled FSX (following PMDG's guide word for word). Everything works fine until I attempt to install FSX SP2, when a prompt appears saying "FSX SP2 requires the English version of FSX". I have reinstalled the sim numerous times over the past day to no avail. Microsoft was aware of this issue when SP2 came out, and provided a fix which does not work for me. Is there any known way to get around this issue? If not, is it safe and efficient to run highly complex addons (i.e. PMDG's NGX) on SP1? Thanks in advance.

Hello. i am using FSX and noticing it has MUCH MORE detail than FS2004 (FS9) and just wondering if the Rwy 12 program works for FSX or not. I am using the Steam version. Anybody know? Lee

Hi all With Steam announcing its shutting access for windows 7 next Jan would it still be playable in offline mode after that date. I would still like to run a PC on windows 7 as I have other software that is not compatible with win10 I have tested and I can play in offline mode but I assume steam updates after the cut off date could render the offline mode a no go as well Cheer Rhys
