Hi there! I'm just writing because, I have probably hundreds of WOAI flight plans installed. The question is...how can I make a traffic file similar to the one that WOAI makes. i.e. Traffic._000O_wow_Air China_wi17. I noticed that the traffic tools program is native to FS9 and so is the MRAI gen which again is native to FS9, as to the MRAI Installer too. Could anybody please let me know a program I could use in creating that sort of file like mentioned above, it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Lee

Recently I've purchased and installed the Bombardier CS300 and 100 serie pack from SimMarket for FSX steam edition and was looking foward for the configuration with Ultimate Traffic Live. The problem was when assigning liveries in the UTL app i couldn't find the FSPXAI manufacturer and the repaints I've installed from the internet. I've checked the cfg.aircraft file and seems to be all good: model, sim, texture and ui_manufacturer voice (set to "FSPXAI") were all set. Even the [fltsim.x] was correct, with the number set in the right position, so I really don't know how to assign repaints from the CS300/100 model if the manufacturer won't show up in the …

Really wish this area would get a bit more love. UTX/GEX are great products that compliment each other extremely well. UTX covers almost every area except Asia. Why? I would love to fly a lot more in this area if there was more being developed for it. UTX is probably the best LC addon. I need some good LC for the Asia region, and I plan on getting FTX Global textures to work with it. I really hope UTX will be working and releasing an Asia region soon. It doesn't make much sense to see every other continent/region covered except for the far east.

I have been an Flight Sim user for 50 years, so this is very strange... In FSX-SE. I am pretty sure that KSAN is not a detailed city or airport in FSX, so I installed an addon scenery. (Normal installation, creating a KSAN folder on my external drive and creating a scenery folder inside that, Then putting the file's bgl's in there. Then adding it through the Scenery Liobrary, as I've done for decades (although this is the first time using a separate drive for addon scenery). It now has cruise ships, several hangers, etc. So it worked. I also added several other sceneries... Here's what is strange. After adding another scenery that did not seem to be changing any…

Hi, I am used to fly the PMDG 737-800 and like the immersive and realistic aircraft. I now got the Quality Wings 757. Easy to install (just for once for FSX), and it feels kinda realistic. As in the real world, the 757 is slightly overpowered. But there are two things that I wondered on how realistic that is in respect of its behavior: 1. After startup, the aircraft moves upon parking brake release in IDLE power? It's a plane that was fully loaded with cargo and fuel. 2. When adding thrust during takeoff, the plane would take-off by itself without pilot intervention and that isnt at overspeed, but pretty close to v1/vr. Would be great, i…

From the moment I have installed unregistered version of fsuipc I am suffering from clickspots loss in vc. They start as soon as I load realair duke v2. After removing fsuipc it is fine and works again but I don't want to remove it because it helped with g3d.dll issues. Did anyone have this problem before and knows a way to fix it?

I suddenly have no click spots anywhere. No switches, knobs etc respond to mouse clicks. No + / - pop ups, just dead. The aircraft is otherwise totally responsive, i.e. animations, flight controls, etc. I haven't run FSX in a few weeks, been running FS9 lately, but I'm almost certain this happened during my last Duke preflight and when I started FSX today the problem is still there.

Honestly, I haven't played fsx in a long time, specifically since It started crashing due to the compatibility of Windows 10 with the game. I tried to fix it, such as reinstalling the .dll that supposedly caused the problem (although with the steam edition nothing bad should happen), installing windows 7 on another computer but it was too weak, or even installing it inside my computer as dual boot, but my computer apparently is too new for windows 7. Nothing I have tried to do has worked, and I would like to know if there is a specific version (22Hsomething) in which these crashes do not occur. Just wondered if there is any difference between the two versions? I have the old boxed edition bought years ago for the original (disc) FSX but now run the Steam edition of FSX. Did the Steam edition get any significant updates to justify paying the @£21 asking price or should I just try and get the original working?

Hi there! I want to know where I can find most of the AIG aircraft. It doesn't seem to be on the avsim library here. I enjoy them because they provide very good animation. One file in question is aig75_bm.zip I can't seem to find it on AVSIM. Any help here would be appreciated. Thank You

I have a problem with the layout and display of the Keflavík (BIKF) airport display in FSX-SE. I don't have any additional scenery or terrain features added. Reykjavík (BIRK) airport displays OK. I've attached a couple of screen shots for BIKF and I'm wondering if someone who is more familiar with scenery design can help he correct this problem. As it now stands, BIKF is unusable. Long story short, I went on a mod download bender, and tested hundreds of planes to create my catalog. At first the IRIS F-14 worked fine, I downloaded the Grumman F14 which is also a Dino model. I downloaded the Eurofighter by IRIS as well, and decided to jump into the DC designs F15 and noticed the lights and hud wouldnt turn on, werid, jumped in the eurofighter same thing, jumped in aerosoft F16 same thing, no hud or monitors (MFDs) displaying. Delete, redownload eurofighter, try to recreate, but nothing, all other planes back to normal, EXCEPT the IRIS F-14 tomcat. Which would not display HUD, cabin lights, panel lights, exterior lights, or MFDs (monitors). Okay…

Hi there- Im just asking on how can I edit the AFCAD in FSX? I know how to do it in FS9 but not sure of it in FSX. The traffic tools by Lee Swordy is only for 2004 and not for FSX. So, anybody know what program is used to edit them? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

My request is for Milviz to create a depository like many other top creators have. Possibly license issues, but at the very least, let others continue to enjoy the FSX versions. Honestly I am just looking for the T38A, I can live without the Iris F15, and the Milviz F15, as DC designs has a lot of momentum right now and I wouldn't mind supporting their FSX 32 bit version. Companies like Aerosoft I understand, as they still have a ton of physical products and digital keys being sold for their products, but Milviz FSX is currently vaporware. Just downlaoded and installed the F-86 addon from MilViz. Everything works fine except the virtual cockpit under DX10 preview mode, as shown in the attached screenshot. I already have the free DX10 fixer addon installed. Anyone knows how to fix it?

Ive installed Spad to get my saitek FIP and AP/multipanel working as the logi drivers were doing my head in. While it is a relief to get them working in not much time at all, 24 euros is a little expensive for what should have been a pretty simple task for logitech. I'm a lazy weekend flier and use the OBS exclusively on the FIP and have no need to reassign any commands on the MP. Can anyone give me a good reason to buy or not to buy Spad? Cheers. Edit, I fly VOR using ILS approaches so it's that gauge with the course/heading, nav flag and glide slope ind, etc. It's a standard issue saitek gauge. A word not allowed one at that.

It used to be fairly easy to log on to Orbx and post a problem but it seems sort of difficult now, at least for me. Have not been there in years. Maybe someone has had this same issue. FSX - Orbx - OLC USA - Indiana pyramids

Hi there! I have a whole bunch of World-of-ai flight plans installed. I come across alot of planes that would be cool to have but not sure how to add them without the use of the world-of-ai installer. Is there a way I can do this? Any help would be very much appreciated. Lee

I noticed an old post of someone searching for a quality mission. I too am in search of them. Let me recommend a little known site, FSXMissionsHangar.com, which has MANY quality missions. Additionally it contains many hints and tutorials on the subject of "mission building". It's pretty much devoted to FSX as we wait for the Mission SDK from ASOBO for FS2020. FYI I recently posted a new mission here entitled UA328, designed around the actual flight wherre an engine was lost on takeoff. The plane ultimately circled around and landed safely wiith all fuel, passengers and cargo... an extraordinary achievement. Check it out and see how you do.

Hi There- I would like to know of what programs a person uses to make airport scenery or scenery in general? I have lots of time on my hands and would like to learn how to design or move objects or make new ones for certain spots at an airports. I have asked many people but to no avail. If someone or some people could let me know how to do it. I have seen many airports that have many things added to them, and the person either mostly adds objects around the airport to make it look better. What program do you need besides ADE do I need or just want for extras?

Hi There fellow simmers! I have some aircraft (AI) that I want to see in the aircraft selection menu mainly to see if a texture shows up or not. I read that there are a few numbers 0,1,and 2 I'm not sure what number it should be for the AI aircraft to show up. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone can help me on this. As you can see the windows on the HS748 are a little funky. I've tried taking out the glass dds from the texture folder, no change. There is no file in this aircraft that says "reflections" Could this be because I'm running DX10 (with the fixer)? Any clue or help would be appreciated!
