For the last post on water towers, nevermind that, I would like to know where I can find the Rwy. 12 program and it's libraries. Anybody know?

Did you look in the File Library here?

Nevermind. It seems that Runway 12 is native to FS9. As are most programs. Traffic Tools, MRAIGen, MRAI Installer, etc.
