Depart, after 1k ft engaged the a\p. It takes the heading, speed and climbs via the autopilot. I start to adjust the vertical rate and the aircraft pitches straight up, stalls and pancakes. What about playing with the vertical velocity causes that?

I am interested in buying this mesh but am a little concerned about the lack of activity around this project. There has not been a post on Toposim's Facebook page in almost 4 years, and over 2 years on the websites forum. Also, Justin's last visit to this forum was 3 years ago as of this month. Hello Pilots, I was just about to start my return flight on a 787 from KSFO to LTFM, flying the 787-9 for the first time since September 13 last year. Due to a glitch with SODE FSX crashed, so I reloaded a save but somehow every screen in the cockpit remained black despite running APU, EXT PWR or Engines. The only thing that is not black is when I move my cursor for example over the screen when having selected the INFO mode which highlights the buttons in purple. Or if I select SYS on the bottom FD "SELECT MFD" is being displayed on the top PFD. As a troubleshooting attempt, I reinstalled the 787 but the matter didn't resolve when I restarted FSX again after I forgot…

Having made an airport in ADE everything is going great except that on some gates there is no tug. I have tried various gate / jetway positions but cannot find any correlation there. The two gates to the left of the aircraft are empty but the gate in front has one. Amy suggestions anyone?

Hello and happy new year all, I have downloaded the Ryanair Boeing 737-8 MAX (EI-HGH) from library.avsim.net but when I fly the plane, the winglet part of the plane shows a black texture. Anyone know how to fix it? I would really appreciate any help! Thanks. 😀 Here is an image of my problem:

Good evening, these two airports are installed on my fsx. Developer is Aerosoft - and only these two airports cause the lack of memory announcing while final approaching. FSX SP 2 is installed. Other Airports - such as Munich etc. - work properly, even with demanding environment such as VFR Germany, without this lack of memory problem, also with highly detailed aircraft, for example Aerosoft's Airbus A 320. Any ideas for remedy? Thanks in advance. Andy

After a hiatus I've returned to flight simming and looked up some of the old stand by stuff I'd use. Turns out Bluesky scenery has retired. I initially found the links were all dead and today I found that the front page has announced its dead. Sad day, but also unfortunate as there's so much content on there, or was. Running Win11; I just did a fresh install on a separate 1TB drive. When I look at the Airplane folders under "SimObjects", I see, along with the other a/c type, a DeHavilland Dash 8-100, Grumman Goose, Maule M7, and an MD83. Why is it that none of these aircraft appear under my aircraft selection menu when I start FSX? What did I miss? Dan

Hi I am trying to set up my numpad to control the cameras in fsx VC I have been told that i need to enable developer mode to do this When I googled how to to this the answer was quite simple. Load fsx, go to menu,options,general options,Enable dev mode when I went to options there was no Gen options available. I Am running FSX deluxe under win 10 and have the latest version of SDK installed Can anybody tell me either how to enable Dev mode or (preferably) how to program my num pad with word not allowed proof step by step instructions Thanks in advance Regards Art

Hey everyone, I ran this by the AH2 forum before bothering everyone on here but they seem way more interested in MSFS than supporting an FSX install. Anywhoo I have been using AH2 since its early access days and had found an installer I really liked and stopped updating, fast forward a bit and I lost all my old installers and was forced to get the newest one through JF. When I started setting my company up I noticed that the batch import function on certain planes was importing them weird. I found a fix was to pull up the .cgf and copy paste the correct names into the title block but this is time consuming and I would rather be flying than doing this. Any ideas on whats c…

When I first downloaded the ViperDen, installed it and realized I couldn't live with the Glass tranparency issue in VC I deleted it; Then I found a fix, that didn't help, later on I found another that after unzipping the file it gave me the result of a .Bmp file that work !😃 The transparency even improved the look of the panel in VC. Then I realized the AfterBurner effect was on ALL the time, even at idle and the lights blincked insasibely/Constantly, so I deleted again. Now after reinstalling I am more satisfied. I tried, only copying the Exhaust effect, hoping it was the Afterburner, but nothing shows. Can anyone advice? Berlopez P.D. I am running FS…

Gentlemen, I am trying to install Microsoft FSX and FSX Acceleration into my new powerful gaming desktop Windows 11 computer, using my original Windows XP compatible CDs. FSX has been installed and activated already, but the Acceleration CD never finishes the installation while validating components registration process. Have you guys encountered this issue and if yes, how did you resolve it? Also, are SP1 & SP2 available elsewhere, where I can download and install them separately, please advise? The last place I knew to find it was lockonfiles but that site is no longer up and it's gone just like the OZx Goose Redux (at least I still have a copy of that if anyone needs).
