Hello Lorby, I am building a custom StreamDeck profile for the SWS PC-12/47. 1. I would like to set a Key Down event for the variable L:AUTOPILOT_KAS297B_MODE to switch between V/S mode and normal ALT select mode. I can make the button turn on but not off again. I tried copying something similar from another profile but it doesn't work as intended. Can you please help me figure this out? 2. The SWS PC-12/47 has a custom 100/1000ft ALT SEL knob/dial represented by the variables: SWS_KAS297_Inner_Knob_CW SWS_KAS297_Outer_Knob_CW SWS_KAS297_Inner_Knob_CCW SWS_KAS297_Outer_Knob_CCW The outer knob sets 1000ft increments and the inner knob …

(Edited the below to change from a question to more of a checking my logic kind of thing.) It'd be nice to have the aileron rudder interconnect work like it is designed to, and I think figured out a solution. The reason for this effort is that all of my other planes I have mapped in AAO for everything and this one plane currently needs to have the aileron and rudder mapped in-game so I have to switch the binds every time I switch planes. Here's what I've sorted... Set rudder axis to a float output from -1 to 1 and have it go to L:ARI_RUDDERINPUT. Set aileron axis to a float output from -1 to 1 and have it go to L:ARI_AILERONINPUT Everything looks great…

I'm running into an issue where there is a delay of about 20 seconds on operations like adding a bind, editing, deleting, etc.. I am totally open to it being a "me" thing in that I may have missed something on how to structure a setup. I have a full cockpit, so there is a lot of binds. When in the sim though, everything works fine with no delay. This is just an editing issue. I exported and uploaded a template to my Google drive in case someone can look at it and see if it is something I'm doing wrong. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1za_OQQnUYZWZfGabGpn4ntqf7TGYvPta/view?usp=sharing

Hello, I am trying to increment the JustFlight RJ altitude knob by 1000 feet with each click of my altitude button. In the plane, each click of the actual MCP altitude knob increments the altitude by 100. I am able to do 100 feet with the increment command "(L:MCP_Alt_sel_knob,·Number)·++·(>L:MCP_Alt_sel_knob,·Number)" but can't figure out how to do 1000' Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it just me? Or has anyone else using the PMDG 737 in the 2024 beta had the web FMC suddenly go haywire? I know I can’t expect things to work properly in the beta. But I’ve been flying the 737 just fine in both the SU1 and SU2 betas. Granted, there are a couple of quirks, but it’ll do fine until it’s officially supported, which could be quite awhile yet. But with the latest beta build, suddenly the web FMC no longer works properly. The display is erratic and after trying to use it I get a CTD. Happens every time. I can fly the 737 normally as long as I don’t try to access the web FMC. I normally use it on my iPad, and it’s wonderful. I checked in …

I have bought the SWS Pilatus PC-12/47 which has a Reverse Thrust Toggle and then pull back for Reverse. I would like a button on my Honeycomb Throttle Axis (Button 25) to first activate the Reverse Thruse Toggle and then pull back Throttle 1 to activate the Reversers. What I have created is a mess. It works but it's messy and I wanted to ask what would be the best way to achieve this? Once I have landed, I would prefer if I could just move the Throttle forwards to come out of Reverse mode to Beta. Thank you

I would like to assign a 3 way switch to a dial. It has position 0, 1 and 2. When I rotate the dial clockwise, I want it add 1. When I rotate the dial counter-clockwise, I want it to subtract 1. How do I achieve this? I have figured out how to assign 0, 1 or 2 but not how to make it additive. Thank you.

Is it possible to have a set of commands that would be used on every profile, as well as custom scripts/assignments per profile? I would like to have 3-4 master buttons that never change, as well as custom scripts etc per aircraft. Thank you

Good morning. Trying to set the throttles in the MSFS 2024 twin otter with AAO. I can get the throttles to move from max to full reverse but I would like to go from max to idle. Any suggestions as to how to set them up like this would be great. Thanks Martin

Hi, I downloaded the knobster plugin to connect my knobster to AAO. When starting up the bridge, Knobster #0 is immediately recognized, channel A selected, but the light doesn't turn green? In AAO itself, I checked the WebAPI window and the bridge entry is shown as red. I glanced over the documentation but couldn't find anything about the knobster bridge. The knobster is an authentic siminnovations part. Am I missing something in the installation?

After exiting the mouse control mode and re-entering it, the rudder/joystick status will automatically return to the status before exiting, this often causes the aircraft to lose control. For example: press "TAB" to enter the mouse control rudder mode, move to the left to full left rudder, exit the mode and use the in-game key to return the rudder to the center. When entering the mode again, the rudder will automatically turn to the full left rudder state instead of returning to the center state. I don't know how to set it so that the rudder/joystick will not return to the status before exiting.

During development of a jscript script, the script may contain syntax errors (eg typos in variables etc) that prevent the script to complete. Is there some logging available that makes it easier to locate the issue or do I need to insert manual log statements to narrow down the location of the issue? Thanks for your help.

The sim CTD's about 5 seconds after accessing the Aircraft Automated Scripts, even if I don't make any changes in the scripts. I mostly fly PMDG aircraft and this happens in the 737 and 777 models. Is there a log file that would be helpful?

Just curious to know if AA&O can allow one momentary on switch to control two events, such as in a landing gear that uses only one momentary switch. In MSFS, a key press can be configured for two events: one when key is pressed; the other when key is released. Thank you.

I am having a strange issue with my stick. When giving pitch input it gives me a little input on the z-axis as well. As the z-axis is mapped to the tiller on the Fenix, this does not hurt most of the time. However during takeoff, pitch down is required until 100 knots and this is where the problem is. My idea was to mask the z-axis input in a way that as soon as TO-thrust is set, the input of the z-axis will be ignored. Is this something that can be realized using AxisAndOhs? Any help/ideas are highly appreciated.

I am trying to assign H:Vars included with the HPG H145 to a button press. - When I click Test, it works as intended. When I click Save, AAO changes the H:Var to and L:Var and the assignment no longer works, why? And how do I keep the H:Var as supplied by the developer? Thanks

I have many rotary dials in my SD+ with strip backgrounds set from the Elgato library, which display fine. But it appears that when I place a rotary canvas on the strip it blocks (opaques) out the background for that dial position. Thoughts anyone? P.S. I did try to search the thread about this specific thing with not positive results. I also have the latest SD+, AAO and AAO plugin versions. Thx. ||||||||||||||||||

Hello all, version 4.52 build 39 has been released today. The highlight of this version is probably the CAPTURETOFIP command. This allows you to for example stream any desktop window to an AAO gauge, which can then be viewed on your phone or tablet, in the InGame panel in VR and on the MSFS2024 EFB tablet using the AAO EFB app Community package (available for download on the axisandohs.com website). I've started a "blog" on the AAO site too, where I will publish my own projects using this new tech. Feel free to adapt and change them to your liking. Don't hesitate to ask here in the forum in case of trouble. Here is the current changelog: - Change: MSFS…

I can program actions in the PMDG 738 FMC using AAO, but I can't find anything to use to program FS Actions (the other main part of the CDU), such as Pushback, etc. (I use AAO for EVERYTHING else, essentially.) I don't see any sim events triggered when I push the buttons in FS Actions. Is this something that's possible to do from AAO (in MSFS2020)? Any pointers would be much appreciated!! Thanks, Erik Goodman (MooneyDrover)

Before I dismantled by old system I exported the templates I use to include the scripts. Now that I am on my new system, everything is working fine except when I issue voice command it triggers the script(s) I am calling but nothing happens. When I open the scripts being called and test them nothing happens. What could be going on?
