Hey, it's me again! 😄 My pedals are cheap and for airplanes, it hasn't been a problem, but for helicopters, they are sending erratic signals to the chopper. I tried using different filter values but I don't understand what I'm doing because that changes the overall axis center point somehow... and doesn't smooth erratic signals. Is there an option to smooth out noisy control axis? Hello, I see a weird behaviour when I want to merge a template into an aircraft configuration when the template already includes a linked template. When I do not merge but replace (or apply to an empty config) everything works fine. But when I merge, the linked template is not added as a linked template to the aircraft but the content is instead applied hard to the aircraft config (including e.g. aircraft automated scripts). Also during the merge dialog when I can select what entries from the template should be merged there is nothing mentioned from the linked template. Good afternoon. Just got the Maule M7 235 for msfs 2024 and am trying to find a setting where flaps will go to full extend. If I start with engines running flaps are set at 48, but I with engines not running cannot find a setting which gets them more than 24 even after engine start. I think I have tried every setting in AAo's but don't understand the various numbers that can be adjusted. Can you give me a quick suggestion here? As always, thanks for your help.. Martin

I have Thrustmaster quad and stick which I am binding in AAO and is registering activity in the AAO console, the Simconnect light is green and AAO is receiving events from sim. Also, all my streamdeck buttons are working in the game as well. The only thing that isn't working is that all bound hardware from AAO is not working in msfs2024, it simply isn't creating activity in the game. I can map in game, and it works, I can see the activity from the AAO console... nothing in game. I've used AAO without issue in 2020 and I saw some other posts to remove appdata and everything for 2020 so I wiped it out and started totally fresh... same issue.

Hi there, I'm really enjoying the linked template feature which is something sorely lacking from Mobiflight. I've made a 'basic controls' template that covers everything I would want to work across all aircraft. Sometimes I think of something I'd like to add to the template, but adding it whilst in the sim adds it to the currently loaded aircraft profile rather than the template. I have discovered the menu option that will let me double click items from the current profile and copy them to the template, but in order to apply that I need to delete the 'local' binds on that profile, then unlink and relink the template. I have encountered some problems with certain aircraft that use an auto-trim system, as is common in some fighter jets. As soon as I activate the autopilot in these aircraft, only the vertical mode works, but the lateral mode does not. When I activate the lateral mode, such as HDG mode, the aircraft would spin wherever it wanted and eventually ended up in a dive. I tried a lot of different things over time and eventually discovered that the autopilot worked perfectly as soon as I unplugged my Throttle Quadrant (X56) from the USB port, but not when it was connected. Today I decided to tackle the transition to DCS for my physical cockpit after using AAO for MSFS and learning how to do things like use the webserver thing and pull variables from AAO using an Arduino (ESP32). Other than installing the DCS plugin and learning how DCS thinks from the included help document (L var and B event)- my cockpit works using the same code that I had used from MSFS. I have AAO using an aircraft script every 200ms and it just checks LED light conditions and sets the variables. The code just looks at those variables and turns on LEDs. The iFly 737 has some great features controlled from the included EFB tablet in the cockpit… like the option to connect to ground power, open doors, add a catering truck, and airstairs. Is there any possibility these things could be activated from my stream deck instead of poking around in the EFB? Are those options exposed/accessible? Or, even better, is there any possibility the entire EFB interface could be mirrored as a web page so I could use my iPad as the iFly EFB?

I have 4 unused slider controls ( proportional axis ) I would like tu use them as button pushes series... Suspect there is a way but have not accomplish . Ideas ? Thank you.

I can't figure out how to assign 3 stages of a Flap lever and the TBM850 mode switch using A&O. Can anyone help me? I simply wish to use a custom range for axis Z (50-90%) as 'flap lever' and reserve the top 10% for another custom LVar to activate '850' mode in the TBM850 from Black Square. I have tried using 'detents' but there is no documentation on them in the manual, so I have no idea why it's not working. I have also tried using custom 'margins' to limit the axis input range but that doesn't work either. Assigning an action like this really shouldn't be this complicated. Any help is much appreciated.

Hello again. I've spent a bit of time trying to figure this one out, but to no avail. I'm trying to have a single StreamDeck + button operate a three position switch that has a held position for a TEST purpose which illuminates a green light. This is in the Cessna Longitude in FS2020. The aircraft checklist states that the switch should be held in the down TEST position for a minimum of ten seconds. Here is what I've found in the devel mode Behaviours>Bindings... Followed the instructions in the readme. Copied folder to Webpages folder in Documents. When I try it won't connect, even on localhost. Put an exception in the firewall (though localhost should work anyway) but no joy at all - localhost refused to connect. I even clicked the link in the readme file to make sure I wasn't making a typing error. Thanks! Checking the WebAPI Port in AAO it was 9980, not 43380. Changed it. It works!

Hi all, I'm trying to create an RPN script to fully disconnect both AP1 and AP2 on the Fenix A320, simulating the sidestick red button. So far, using: 0 (>L:S_FCU_AP1, Number) 0 (>L:S_FCU_AP2, Number) doesn’t work reliably—AP2 sometimes activates when AP1 is turned off. I noticed Guenseli uses this toggle-style script on flightsim.to: (L:S_FCU_AP1, Number) ++ (>L:S_FCU_AP1, Number) (SPLIT:100) (L:S_FCU_AP1, Number) ++ (>L:S_FCU_AP1, Number) But it's unclear how it achieves a proper disconnect. Sorry if I'm betcomming a bit of a high maintenance customer 🙂 I found advice online on how to map the 2024 C208 condition lever axis to my Honeycomb Bravo axis - In the sim it's called "Condition Lever Axis" https://imgur.com/cbS3qZJ I tried mapping mixture axis, and condition lever axis events and nothing would map to this in AAO. Any idea what axis this is in AAO? More broadly... Is there any way to find out what event is firing when a switch is flipped or a button is pressed or a lever is moved in the virtual cockpit?

Hi, from a couple of days ago I cannot load any new script or update existing ones. I receive no error message and the small screen that shows the group to be loaded does not appear. I have been trying to set up the X Touch Mini and a VRinsights, I've got a lot of the buttons and switches sorted and working, but, am struggling sorting out the Rotary Knobs (Increase and Decrease) Has anyone managed to do this?

Hey, I am not getting the com1 stby-Frequency of the fenix rmp. Anyone else having that issue? I usually put the com Desktop FIP on the Screen because in stressfull situations in vatsim you don't want to look down in the cockpit. Can it be that the Fenix is just not sending the right event on frequency updates? Also, when using touch portal, the standby freq is also not refreshed in a 500ms interval readout. I created several button boxes using ESP-32 S3 boards and Tiny USB. Each button box is showing up in Windows game controllers as "Tiny USB HID". I am using Axis and Ohs to program these button boxes and it works well however it seems that when I reboot the computer, Axis and Ohs gets confused about the mappings. When I look at each device in A&O it shows "TinyUSB HID [d2fc64b0-4460....] and "Tiny USB HID [b63381b0-5385....] so it looks like each has a unique identifier but after a reboot it seems to change something because for example, buttons I had mapped on controller #1 now are mapped to some on controller #2, etc. I am not sure what is going on bu…

I created a bunch of bindings for my plane. I then saved the config as a template using two different names - one as a backup. I then decided linking was a better idea, so I think what I did was link the template, then unlinked it, and saw all the old assignments there, so thought I should remove all the assignments from the plane and just link the template. But after removing the assignments from the plane using “-“ at the bottom of the screen, I was surprised to see when linking my template to the plane, it was empty. What’s worse, is that even the backup template I made is empty. How on earth did I manage to delete my bindings in both templates by just removing the ass…

In the Black Square Starship, there are 4 vertical speed modes: IAS, IASP, DES and V/S. The developer kindly shared their RPN code used on the buttons in the aircraft. I have V/S working but not IAS (IASP) and DES. I am making a Stream Deck profile for the Starship and have created working dials for Airspeed and V/S but cannot figure out how to read the 'situation' to turn a button on or off. Using AUTOPILOT FLIGHT LEVEL CHANGE, bool (for example), turns on both buttons as there is no 'check' as per script above.
