I created a bunch of bindings for my plane. I then saved the config as a template using two different names - one as a backup. I then decided linking was a better idea, so I think what I did was link the template, then unlinked it, and saw all the old assignments there, so thought I should remove all the assignments from the plane and just link the template. But after removing the assignments from the plane using “-“ at the bottom of the screen, I was surprised to see when linking my template to the plane, it was empty. Hello to everyone, I'm still a newbie in RPN and in AAO. I already annoyed you with a problem about the simrate. Now, I have a new one with the trim. I would like to reset it using a button on my stream deck. I tried using this code but it never stops. I would like it to exit the script when the trim reaches 0 or-0 but it loops between 0 and 1 or so. Do you have any idea ? I´m trying to use my ipad to have access to MSFS 2024 based airliner FMCs using the WebFMC vol2. files. When using my computer browser with "//localhost:43380/.../index.html" it shows up the index and i can requested the airliner FMC. But when i use the link on the external device browser with the local host ip "//xxx.xxx.xxx:43380/.../index.html, nothing is shown except an connection error. Using other solutions like simbox the FMC is shown up on the external device. Therefore a connection between an external device should be possible. Hello, I'm trying to create my own commands in MSFS2024 using both AAO and streamdeck. Just like everyone here I assume. I'm just not able to use the good synthax, I think. For example I would like to set the sim rate to 1, using one button. Simmple? not that simple for me since nothing seems to be working. I have the Honeycomb Throttle and I would like to set Button 24 (at bottom of axis) to 'set throttle 1 axis to 0.0' to activate GND FINE mode in the Black Square Starship. The throttle is programmed by the developer so that: 0.0 to 0.15 = GND FINE only 0.15 to 1.0 = IDLE - 100 (starts at 15%) -0.1 to 0.0 = Reverser Q1. How can I achieve the following two options? Option A: Set Button 24 to Set Throttle Axis to 0.0 to activate GND FINE mode? Option B: Set Button 24 to Set Full Reverse Thrust? Q2. I've been away from simming for a couple of years. Just installed MSFS 2024 and the latest AAO (4.54b08) and thankfully was able to import my template from FS20 and then rather than do some control assignments in the sim, as I had done in FS20, I opted to replace those assignments using AAO. First off, when I opened AAO, my HoneyComb Alpha assignments were all red and the device was not showing up in hardware. It was working fine as the sim has some default assignments for things like the yoke. Anyway, I cleared the in-sim profile, and restarted everything and the hardware was working fine in AAO. For the engine start in v1 of the CRJ it used to be: 1 (>L:ASCRJ_ENG_START_L,Number) Now in v2 you have to hold the button for a minimum of 3 seconds, how would I script something like (Hold:3500) to simulate a depression of the button for 3.5 seconds? Thanks in advance,

Computer crashed while I was flying (A Faulty DIMM). Once back and running, AAO refused to start with the error message shown inhttps://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/625787-configuration-database-error/. Stopped AAO and found out "ConfigDatabase_MSFS.xml" is corrupt. No worries, renamed version 1 of the backup file to be "ConfigDatabase_MSFS.xml". After a closer examination, I found this version missing some of the newly created Assigned Buttons. For some reason Bvars no longer work in MS2020. I have Chris_PU_A320’s latest version of his A350 profile for the iniBuilds A350, v3.1. Been using it since he released it. He just updated it yesterday again. I also have the latest version of AAO (4.54 b08) and the Streamdeck plugin. Chris has Bvars for all his stuff under the KEYS and RMP1 pages. Everything in there uses Bvars. None work. I have to change all of them to IE and then they work. I am on the latest MS2020 version (not the SU16 beta). I have confirmed that the lorbysi-content-hooks folder is in the main MSFS community folder. Looks like the last date any folder was modified in there was June 2023. The layout.j…

Using 4.53 b19 and I'm working on a video to show how to use AAO for ESP32, and I've got AAO being connected wirelessly to the webapi and pulling altitude, instrument pressure setting, plane name, and a custom AAO L var for an altitude bug. When I pull the custom Lvar it overwrites it in AAO. So I thought I'd post as it seems like a bug. Hi Folks. I am trying to use a Rotary dial on my StreamDeck plus to operate the autopilot SPD mode control in the fs2020 default Longitude. I have the code to operate the change from FMS mode to MAN mode and it works with a simple left/right turn of the rotary dial. However, I would like to make use of the relevant FMS and MAN .jpg images from the X-Icon Pack Guenseli 1_6_60Klp set of images for the Citation Longitude. I downloaded the pack from the web. Have uninstalled/reinstalled after deleting the 3 specified folders in app/local and documents. Have reinstalled all Microsoft support redistributions. Clicking the app does not deliver a UI. Support logs show nothing in error. Same for 2020 and 2024 alike. I’m stumped as I just purchased an xtouch mini with a goal of mapping the key presses to Control-1 thru Control-0. Not sure where the problem with this is likely to be. I have a StreamDeck profile with Event buttons that send one event on press and a different event on long press. The buttons work fine on a hardware SD-XL but don't work on SD Mobile. I've tried using both the long press down and up events but neither work. Interestingly, if I have a button with just a keydown event the event is sent as soon as I touch the on-screen button. If I have a button with a keydown (event A) and a long-press keydown (event B) the event isn't sent until I take my finger off the button at which point event A is sent. How do I go back to editing the master config with a plane loaded with a different livery? For example, I have a master config for FSLabs A321 and I have a different livery loaded that links back to that master config. How do I add a binding to the A321 config so it will apply to all liveries without going back and loading the basic plane again?

Hopefully I've just got something very basic wrong here! I have a script that contains simply (VJBD:1|1) (SLEEP:2000) (VJBU:1|1) If I test this script by triggering it from a StreamDeck it shows the commands in the debug window with the delay between down/up, so I know that they're executing. BUT neither MSFS2024 or the vJoy monitor app see the button press occurring. Nothing else is accessing the vJoy interface so there's no conflict there I can see. I have only one vJoy device, the vJoy interface is enabled in AAO and I can see that device in the "Show vJoy devices" dialog. I start MSFS 2020 and AAO as administrator. The AAO page shows "Waiting for Simconnect". If I click on Simconnect, it changes to "Connect to Simulator", but does not connect. I was working fine but it looks like I have done something to cause this problem but do not recall what that might have been, Thanks for help in getting back to normal. Martin

Using the VrI Bridge in FS2024 with the Fenix A320. Brilliant. I have a profile for the Headwind A330, but I dont seem to be able to get it to show in the bridge Going into Settings I import the profile, It shows up in the Edit Main Display Profile in the top drop down, but, I cannot get it into the bridge.
