Finally installed the Fly By Wire A320. Using a Saitek Evo Force joystick. The throttle on all my other aircraft goes to idle. For some reason, on the FBW reverse thrust kicks in. Any idea where to make my adjustment so it goes to idle? Matt Collins

Hello, I purchased the Carrnado 182RG but when I turn on the Avionics switch my GPS , AUTOPILOT , and radios remain completely dark. Already tried re installing it. I hop to another aircraft, including some from carenado and the avionics are completely fine.

I noticed, several times already, that I get very, in my opinion, strange taxi routes. Just yet, I was parked at a gate at EBBR INN5 (I'm using Navigraph charts), and I'm going to runway 25R. Just looking at the chart, for me, the logical route would be: INN5, OUT6, E6, cross runway 19 F5, W4, W41, hold for take-off. But the route given is: INN5, OUT5, OUT6, INN7 (going south, while east is the direct way to where I need to be), OUT7 (doubling back north, to the place I was a minute before), E6, then I have to jump to the south to E5, cross runway 19, back north to F5 (over runway 19, to the place I just was, which connects directly to E6), W4, W41, where I'm getting read…

Hi, can anyone offer opinions as to which KBOS is better, the FeelThere or FlyTampa? Please do not turn this into a bash-fest as I'm simply interested in other people's opinions. I have FlyTampa and it looks fine, I grew up right ON the airport so I was curious about FlyThere's offering. I'm particularly curious about some of the runways being used for autolands in the PMDG 737. In the FlyTampa one of the runways always gives me trouble. First at LFPO I was not offered the choice to load Pilot/Crew so no bus arrives for either Pilot/Crew and PAX, yet it quickly audibly began loading PAX but no PAX appeared. After a reboot AND running the FSDT installer/live update, off to LFPG, same same and the jetway did not connect. I tried to log into FSDT forum but alas the forgot password email link to reset does not arrive:

I'm feeling lately everything is too calm in the hobby. Nothing disruptive happening. But… there is a storm ahead of us. Do you think we are in the calm (the end of MSFS 2020 cycle) before the storm (release of the MSFS 2024)? I’m really expecting a reinvigoration of the hobby next year. Hi all, I have started having a ctd with every flight. I wasn't sure if it was something i was clicking at first but if i leave the sim sitting there at idle in the load up menu it will still ctd. The sim completely freezes up prior to the ctd. Looking in the event viewer i'm greeted with a Ucrtbase.dll faulting path with Exception Code: 0xc0000409 I have spent some time researching this and read some have fixed it with a install of the English (US) Language Pack. I already have this installed. I have reinstalled the sim & windows to eliminate any bugs with that, I then loaded up the sim and it still crashes during flight or if just left on the men…

Dear All, Some of you might have read my posts where I asked for help as I got CTD's when loading up MSFS. They occurred anywhere from just before the Xbox screen up to just before the text starts after the Blackshark.ai splash screen. Looking back on when the problems first started, it occurred to me that they started not long after I had installed my Buttkicker. So I disconnected the USB connection from the amplifier and it's been back to normal since then, i.e., it starts up every time. May I ask if anyone else has had this situation occur to them and if so, how was this resolved apart from disconnecting the USB connection? Best regards, …

Unless I missed something the legend 'Richard Goldstein' is back. This man brought us so much in FS9/FSX and now I'm seeing his name in a release again. From Orca's to Diamond Point to Emma Field, he's the reason we know the back country of the PNW and many of those airports are being reproduced in FS2020 by other developers who've been around for awhile to remember this classic work (Orbx, etc). Hey guys, I took this weekend to learn the HJET for the first time using the video below. According to the video, when the aircraft reaches baro minimum the AP and AT automatically turn off. In addition, the speed brakes auto-deploy after landing when activating the toe brakes. However, I'm seeing none of those happen...I'm having to do all those thing manually regardless. I have the latest version of the jet. Am I doing something wrong or missing something?

It's been a long time since I've seen any updates regarding this plane. Now that both PMDG and Fenix have released their's. I'm not sure if the project is still in development.

I get into a problem when descending and climbing with auto pilot on. I cannot work out the correct procedure for the controlled climb and descent procedure, sometimes I get it right it will climb and descend at the rate of climb or descent I choose or it seems to have a mind of its home, now I suspect there is a correct procedure to get the aircraft to climb as I want it to. I have sometimes not been able to to stop a rapid descent ending with a crash. Turning the auto pilot off and pulling back on the joy stick sometimes is no help at all. What am I doing wrong ?

Yes, I'm aware of at least one app that can help one configure instrument popups: MSFS Pop Out Panel Manager for Microsoft Flight Simulator | MSFS but then, there's no way to interact with it like in P3D or XP popouts 😞 Reading some instrument panels is really a mess, like the PFD on the ATR 72 during final approach or takeoff 😕

I just bought and installed the Boeing Stratoliner. It is my first experience with 4 engine planes in MSFS. I use the CH Products Throttle Quadrant and in FSX and P3D I was able to link the number 1 and 2 throttle together and the same for the number 3 and 4, but can't figure out how to do this in MSFS. Can it be done? Thanks

Good day all, I've been out of the loop of the sims for some months, I had the possibility to assemble a new rig with an 7950x3D, 64gb 6400mhz...I have kept only my 3080ti. I was wondering what performance can I expect from MSFS with FSTL, Fenix and good sceneries at 1440p? More than 40/60 fps? Because at the moment I am quite disappointed and I quite sure that I may have something set wrong. Thanks all Francesco
