I just downloaded and installed Little Navmap and am quite impressed with all the options. Wow! I successfully got it to connect to X-Plane 11 and the xpconnect shows up in the plugin admin window. I am completely stumped, though, as to how to display the Little NavMap moving map on screen while flying. Can someone point me in the right direction? I do not have a second monitor but would like to be able to quickly display just the moving map to refer to in flight, then to hide it to free up my view. Thanks dale

A question in hopes that someone might have an answer. Using LNM 2.6.16 When a third-party Airport is added to the Community folder and LNM is updated there are two Runway feathers for the same runway and two ILS listed in the Runways tab. One is identified as "ILS RWxx" and the other is identified as "ILS Cat I RWxx" in the Airport Information Runways tab. Does LNM normally override the base scenery and show just the Community version? If so, In this particular case that does not seem to be true. Thanks for taking the time to review this.

My Windows 10 PC is running Little Navmap. I am trying to install Little Nav Connect on a Mac IOS iPad. I can't get past the "Start Little Navconnect on the Client Computer. Any help please to this newbie..] Thank you

I have downloaded and installed LNM. Yesterday I was able to open LNM on my desktop. Today I am not able to open (see) the program on my desktop. The shorthcut to start LNM just says that it is connected to my MSFS 2020 simulator. How can I open LNM? Any help will be appreciated. I guess my problem is that I am unable to install/download Simconnect.

If I create a flight plan in MSFS, how do I get that flight plan to LNM? Thanks Pat

Hello, first of all, thank you for your LNM wonderful programm ! I'would report a (little) problem which occurs since 2.6.12 version : it concerns a bug when printing the table header of the flight plan. I've done a look at the FAQ section but didn't found any relevant post. The destination data, runways and some others are shown by their variable name (or position) instead of value. Here are two screen shots to show the problem : 1) all OK under v 2-6-11 : 2) missing data with 2-6-12 and over Hope it helps to solve the case. Thank you again ! Alain

From the flight plan screen, when I choose airport, I get "error 404 Airport AAAA not found." I have loaded all the airport data from MSFS. What am I missing?

How do you add airways to a flightplan. I see how you can go on the map to add starting airport, waypoints, VOR's etc, but I cannot figure out how to add the airways? thanks!

Hi all, Is there a way to export a flight plan into something human readable that you can take into the cockpit with you (especially in VR). I know the export to HTML option is available, which contains a ton of useful info, but the leg remarks seems to be limited to 80 character which is a bit limiting for a VFR plan that might contain a lot of descriptive txt in each leg. I've started using an add-on called "Sim EFB" which lets you bring charts and a navlog with you on VR flights. If there is a way to save the flight plan as a PDF navlog it would greatly reduce all the cutting and pasting I have to do to get the information out of Little Navmap. Than…

Hello,when I am using FSX or MSFS I see can my own aircraft,I can see the orange ones and also the red ones,but what I cannot see is the ATC display on LittleNavMap,I have gone into options,Online Flying,Online Service and checked VATSIM,selected apply,then OK but nothing happens,what am I doing wrong.Thanks.benibaz

I have been experiencing problems when trying to import MSFS flightplans in the Navigraph Charts software. I select manual input and select the appropiate PLN, but I keep on getting: By the way, these flightplans work correctly under MSFS. These options are selected in LNM: Any ideas?

I'm having really bad font issue with Little Navmap. When it starts, fonts in the interface have odd spacing. If I select Tools-->Options-->Display and Text and click Select Font, the program crashes. I run LNM on a second monitor and everything worked well 😉 but since the latest update i seem to get pauses in the sim for a couple of seconds.These pauses are intermittent and seem for no reason.The same thing happens with XP11 and MSFS2020.If i run LNM on my laptop using NavConnect i have no problems.I tried all manner of other tests to find what was the cause until i stopped using or moved LNM to my laptop. Hope someone can help so i can get back to my original setup Thanks

I'm a new user to MSFS and LittleNavMap. I'm having problems getting LNM to recognize the MSFS data installed on my system. I've looked through the manual and other help files but I can't see if MSFS has to be running in the background to access its data, particularly the installed aircraft. I click on 'connect' both manually and auto for MSFS but nothing happens. Even after running MSFS, I only see a few aircraft listed. Can anybody help answer this?

Hello, I like to keep the aircraft automatically centered on the map when connected to the simulator but if I change the zoom level the zoom reverts to some default level. Is there any way to keep the manually selected zoom level? Thanks;

I am having problems sometimes being able to consistently load LNM flight plans into MSFS2020. IFR – Not necessarily a question but just an observation - I prepare the flight plan in LNM and save it, then save it to MSFS2020. I load this flightplan in MSFS into a TBM and it shows in the MDF window. I can then continue the flight successfully on autopilot. However if I modify this flight plan and save to MSFS2020, overwriting my previous flight plan, it will not show in the MDF panel of the TBM. But…. if I delete the flight plan in MSFS2020, then resave the LNM flight plan into MSFS2020 then it shows as noted above. Strange? VFR – Some questions – I prepare…

I purchased EDER Wasserekuppe from the MSFS Market inside the SIM and installed it. I tested to make sure it loaded in the sim. I extracted the database in LNM using the Load library to pull the data from MSFS2020 as normal. (It completed). I closed LNM and reloaded and the airport foes not appear. I repeated the process and that did not work. I tried copying the folder for the airport to the community folder and that did not help either. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

Hello I have a Problem with the Planning of a Flight. In Little Navmap all is set right. Speed, Climb Rate, Type. All what i know is set. And every Time i plan a Route my Plane (In this Case a Cessna C172) makes a big Turn over the Airport to gain Height. Can i make something about this? I don't like this. Hi I have been trying to create a plan between EGNT and EGKK. I have regularly used your product, but I updated it to 2.6.15 and suddenly it can't produce as many waypoints that are not in P3D (they are in there, but they seem to be being ignored). This is even true when I manually add a waypoint - sometimes it is ignored, sometimes not. When loaded into ActiveSky, the plan is the same as it was when it was created in LNM, but when loading into P3D, there are many waypoints just missing. First off, love this application. Been using it since the release of MSFS. So I'm running into an issue, I have used Navigraph FMS to get the most up-to-date AIRAC Cycle which is 2107. Plus have done it with other Applications like SimToolkitPro and the like. So, when I create the flight plan using SimBrief and exporting to the .pln format and then upload it into Little Navmap, it's always a bit off from when I load it into MSFS (which is current with 2107), and all the other Applications I use with the flight plan. And with MSFS and the other software when importing the flight plans, they're all accurate. Is there a setting somewhere to fix this (the buttons and set…

I am using Windows version of LNM 2.6.15 and noticed that there's this waypoint called GOPLU added whenever I load my flight plan in MSFS. This is what my flight plan created in LNM looks like: After I load the flight plan in MSFS: What the flight plan looks like on my G1000 NXi (v0.2.0): And it the flight path on the approach phase doesn't seem to match as well. I was wondering if this could be a potential bug in the save file that's causing the flight plan to show up incorrectly. I have tried using the default nav data as well as navigraph nav data and it's still producing the same results.

Hi Alex. First, thanks for this amazing program, I've been using it for years now. This issue is definitely not on LNM side, but I was curious if people reading here might have a better idea. It seems that since SU5, MSFS creates invisible waypoints called "TIMECLIMB", "TIMECRUIZ" and so on that are added automatically to my imported flight plans that I created in LNM. If I save the plan in MSFS and reimport them in LNV, those show up. It also looks like MSFS removes some custom waypoint that are created in LNM for some reasons.
