Hi. I`m a returning simmer, thats got hooked with FS2020. Installing Little NavMap 2.6.16 I have a problem. (My FS2020 directory is K/FS2020) I`m trying to load the Scenery Library from the drop down list, but when I run "load" it runs for 2 seconds, and adds nothing to the database. I`ve pressed "reset paths" to Flight Simulator 2020, but doesn`t do anything. Please help. Cheers Ian Edwards

A lot of airports just have little purple icons in LittleNavMap. An example would be Nielson strip south of Portland, OR. Can I make these "pop out"? Or even have them as departure points?

Is it possible to get rid of these yellow circles around all airports in Mapview? If so, how? I tried almost everything/option to see if I could remove them, but to no avail, apparently I might be overlooking the obvious 🙂 Thanks, Hans

Hi, I am trying to solve an issue with importing flight plans into msfs2020. I create a flight plan in LNM using departure, arrival airports and the standard magenta coloured triangle way points as shown on the map. Save flight plan in LNP and then export as the msfs2020 PLN file. All good shows up on world map identical. Here's where it gets strange. If I create a flight plan with a user waypoint included ( shown as wp1 and wp2 etc and then import that into msfs2020 the world map the creates an unidentifiable way point of the coast of west Africa which i can not fix. For those of us who are using MSFS Addons Linker app to manage all our scenery, addons, etc. how is LNM suppose to create a scenery db since MSFS Addons Linker only creates symlinks to only the addons we have enabled. I was wondering how this would work and I thought that LNM requires you to have all your addons installed into the default community folder for it to create it's db. I launch MSFS through the Addons Linker because I like to customize what addons get enabled specifically for the type of flying that I do and I wanted to know how LNM's Tool > Load Scenery Library is suppose to work in a non-typical situation such as this?

Not a problem, just a question please. When I approach an airport for landing, I zoom in for a full view of the airport's landing pattern to aid my landing. As I touch down, I zoom in again to display the airport map for parking. Is there a way to have LNM do the zooming for me automatically? Could not find anything in the manual about this. When updating the scenery Library in LNM, the scanning hangs at 78% done and eventually CTD. Is there anyone else who experience the same issue. LNM was working just fine until i updated to 2.16. Went back to 2.15 same issue . Not sure what to do. I have attached a snip of the place that the hang occurs. Any help is greatly appreciated. Gelomare

I have explored both help and the various options on the bar...but I still can not find how to turn on the AI aircraft ON. What am I missing?

I have flightplans with a number of waypoints wp1 wp2 etc. in adittion to VOR and NDB waypoints. A flight may be like this, dep., climb to toc, cruise at let say at 10000, desend to 5000 and pass wp1 climb to criuse and continue to wp2. and so on How can I rename the wp1 wp2 waypoints to somthing of my choice and asign desticated altitude for way points probably simple but I have not found out. I run LNM on the computer running MSFS and use Webserver to serve it the map to my Android tablet via it's web browser. Is this the correct way to do this and are there other/better ways to get the map on my tablet? Probably not LNM related at all, but the tablet screen goes to sleep after not being touched for a while.Is there a way to keep it awake while using LNM?

Hi there - first off, thanks for a great tool. One small snag - when I launch its not pulling in the latest AIRAC 2105 and showing the default 1801 - I have a current and active Navigraph account and its working fine with MSFS and other add-ons like Pilot2ATC. I've checked that the settings and pathway in Navigraph FMS Manager are correct and also applied the manual approach suggested in your blog. But still no joy. Any suggestions? Kind regards Brendan

I noticed that I could not activate Henryk's Global marine traffic. AI ships were for greyed out. I then also noticed that I could not save flight plans for export to MSFS 20 in my case. The other export options are also greyed out. I have been looking for the option to fix this but no luck. I feel certain I missed the item that would fix this dilemma and would appreciate some help. Can I create a custom style for LNM? What I want is the look of the Night Style without the dimmed map. (black window backgrounds with white text) If I missed this in the manual or here, I apologize.

How to show the coordinates of the flight plan positions to be inserted in inertial navigation system?

Hi! I am a newbe to Little Navmap and am wondering why when choosing departure airport (in FS X and LNM) the aircraft is not displayed despite having followed the installation instructions. I can make flight plans etc but not follow the aircraft progress in LNM. Is this a common problem? Is it related to database issues between LNM and FSX? Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello! I have a small problem with the two Taipei taiwan airports. In littlenavmap there is the Chiang Kai Shek Airport designated RCTP and next to it (south from it) there is the Taoyuan Airport designated RCGM. I think this is false. In my opinion the Taoyuan Int'l Airport should be designated RCTP. AND I can not find information about the Chiang Kai Shek Airport Airport and I don't know about it's desination. Can anybody help me to understand?

Hi, Thank you for this incredible program. I have just started using this and it's made my life way easier for flight planning. Using MSFS, I noticed a bug wherein Airports which are recently handcrafted in Asobo's World Updates seem to be missing Taxi signs in LittleNavMap. This issue seems to be there in the European regions mainly. Here are a list of the airports I had some trouble with: EGGP EGCB EGHC LFMN EHRD ESSA KATL There maybe a few more in the list of handcrafted airports where this issue persists. Other than that, excellent job!

Hi, Perhaps my mind has gone askew but lately, or maybe for some time, when I and another pilot use LNM and use the MSFS multiplayer, we do not see each other on LNM. We do see injected air traffic from the sim. If we use a third party MP app like JoinFS we do. Is this to be expected?

When I enter a route in the "New Flight Plan from Route Description" I keep getting "Mandatory departure airport ________ not found." This happens no matter what airport I enter.

I have just installed the latest Little Navmap and did a load scenery. I have THREE airports I have added to the community folder which are accessible in MSFS (I can enter them in the flight planner and they exist there) however in Little Navmap they don't exist (when I enter either their ICAO or airport name in the search window they do not appear. Do I need to do something to get them recognised by Little Navmap? Thanks

When I started using littlenavmap I weas on airac 2102 I have since upgraded to 2108 The appdata\roaming\abarthel folder text file shows 2108 however the menu bar on littlenavmap under scenery it shows 2.Navigraph - Airac cycle 2102 that can't be right as I think it should show 2108 I even installed it iinto another folder ran it and still shows 2102 Any thoughts

As a long time simmer an LNM user, I am confused with the following: In order to "insert" a approach into LNM, I must use Navaid. Upon landing, Navaid doesn't show me any parking. I need to switch back to "Do not use" to see the parking. I know this is going to be a MSFS issue, but I can't get over the red text on every flight plan. This is ridiculously annoying. I have a few payware and freeware airports and scenery in my community folder but LNM doesn't seem to recognize the link.

Is it possible to export a KML file showing only my add-on airports? I did a search on KML in the online docs and didn't find anything (unless I had a senior moment). Thanks!
