Hi, I did a complete re-install of my fsx:se. After the installation of chaseplane it did remember my camera presets but did not remember my keyboard shortcuts. Thank you, Marc Nieuwhof

I cant seem to get p3d and chase plane on the same page. In P3D V3 there is an avatar , it works as an Object and can be moved with the same controls as an aircraft, it is listed in SimObjects>Avatars but when I try to set a camera to it it does not show (in Aircraft) as avatar but as the AC it came off..the camera sets but to the AC not the avatar, then if I change the AC the camera is not there when I toggle the Avatar. @Keven Menard Since last update of Chaseplane a couple of days ago I get some annoying vertical axis bump type of shake every few seconds. Its similar head movement as if i.e. driving a car and passing over a street bump/puddle. Sudden and quick bringing the head back to original position in a split second after the bump. Its very abrupt and moves the head some (virtual) 10cm or so down and then up. It repeats itself every 5~10 seconds during the whole flight. Its prone to make you dizzy ! Purchased Chase Plane early this morning and I am unable to install. Sent FSFX an email at that time and I was wondering how long they usually take to reply. I would love to start using my purchased! Cheers

a week or so ago Chase plane informed me that the dash8 was not compatible,a couple of days ago Chase plane informed me that it has altered my Aerosoft airbus and the Dash8 to work with Chase plane any one know what they have altered,I can not recall Chase plane asking me if it was ok to alter either aircraft,it apparently just adjusted them to suit chase planes needs Peter

Hello guys, after years of using EZCA (even upgraded to EZCA V2), I decided to give ChasePlane a try. The featured videos, the "ease" of use, the much better and fresher UI and some of the new features like virtual doors, led me to the decision. But was it a good one (see 4.3)? Hi, is it possible that CP creates short turbulences even if there is no weather injection. I did some touch and goes with the FSL Bus at LOWS no weather (wind 0/0, QNH 1013) and got some ruttle on my downwind course. FSX. Thanks Peter

CP was working well on P3D 3.4 and then I went to load the sim tonight and the default view of the camera in the cockpit is vertical and will not change, ti just keeps going back to vertical in any view when I manually click the camera settings. It was working fine last night and now this. Any ideas? I did not add any software to the sim... Thanks for the help!! Fltsimguy

Hi, since the last Chaseplane update I am getting a folder called "cache" created on my desktop every time I run Chaseplane. It contains a long list of numbers similar to 5247873791503713055. Any idea what this is and how to stop it?

When in FSX SE I loaded the PMDG 737 on another flight I loaded the PMDG 777 and on a third flight a payware Heli. After switching to two or three cameras everything freezes. I hear the sounds but the throttle won't even work. The options at the top of the screen in window mode don't work and right clicking won't work. When starting up, the VAS is showing around 331Gb and within a minute it shows around 1.17 that's for both payware and default scenery.

Hi. A couple of things. My chaseplane app used to be a reasonable size on screen but now it way to big and I cant seem to shrink it. I did try to reinstall but now it launches but it doesn't appear on the desk though its running. Any ideas please. Thanks Andy Holmes

HI all, just a little question: Should Chaseplane not roll with the plane if I fly a left or right Curve? It looks "static" i think in a real plane, you roll with the angle of the plane :-/ Probably I miss a setting :)

Hello everyone. I love chase plane, but in between flights, and closing the sim and stuff, the camera view slightly change. Like I have a view perfectly centered on the FMC when I make the preset, and then the next flight it will be forward and to the left of where I originally set it. This has happened even during the same flight. Im doing YSSY - EGLL right now, and a before takeoff it was centered fine on the FMC, and then after its been on cruise for a while, about 8 hours now, its offset. Is there some sort of FSX movement I need to disable, or something in chase plane that can be fixed?

Hello guys, havent had an issue with chase plane for a while but for some reason my views for example I have captain view and I use the C key so im fine and if I go outside or to another view and I click C again my captain view looks completely different like looking to the side or looking at the seats or behind etc, why is this please? sometimes wont happen but during flight can happen few times, please help, thanks.

Hello. I am currently having an issue with CP, whenever I am flying in any aircraft and I hit a pocket of turbulence, the camera moves around as you would if you were flying in real life. The problem is that for some reason if it moves a meter to the side it saves that position as the position it should default to, whenever I am in the cockpit and the plane runs into some severe turbulence or any turbulence. The camera angles move and reposition themselves away from the centre of the FMC, 'which was how I originally had programmed the view'. I've been revisiting this and spending a lot of time on it to get to grips with it.. it's starting to make some sense to me now and I'm getting the hang of it steadily. I have a suggestion though. Can Scroll Mouse Zoom only work when you're not trying to use controls, i.e. when you're not on a click spot? I think standard P3D just has zoom on when you're in 'mouse look' I think this could work... Having it ON or OFF means that you can't move the controls without turning it off in the GUI, which makes it that bit less useful for me.. Just a suggestion. Cheers

I'm really digging ChasePlane, lots of fun, but I have a question. I've been playing with the settings to get the smoothest transition, either when panning with my joystick hat switch, or assigned buttons, but I always get this sudden jerk in the beginning of each move or switch. I use a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro. I also have a Xbox 360 Controller, and on it I get silky smooth motion when I use the two hat joystick on it. Same with the two front trigger buttons which I use for rolling my camera, very smooth. I guess my question is, does it have to do with my main joystick, calibration, or is there a setting in ChasePlane I can adjust to avoid the jerky move?

Hello, Just purchased the Alpha version of Chase Plane and am looking for some assistance here to get Chase Plane up and running. Installed Vfx Central then Chase Plane. With FSX-A open and starting Chase Plane, the application just crashes. No app windows or dialog boxes. The crash window that is automatically generate don the desktop shows no log files. The Windows Event log shows the following .NET runtime error. Currently I have .NET 4.5 installed. I noticed a new ChasePlane update when opening the FS today. It happens that now presets don't work, meaning ChasePlane is not working at all. Any ideas what might be, please? ChasePlane opens normally when FS is launched but cameras don't work. Also on ChasePlane program Presets and Cameras don't open (only Preferences do), seem frozen. Thanks for your help!

My trackir do not work in chaseplane. The trackir application does not shut down, like it jused to do with Ezdok, and P3D etc before. Please help, I have to use the trackir :P

Is it possible to "unpin" the camera from the aircraft while flying outside? I have tried the gimbal control with limited success. It would be nice to roll the aeroplane and not have the camera dragged after it...very disorienting. The old camera package was not up to your excellent standard, but did allow this feature. Thanks.

Hi, Yesterday I used Chaseplane with FSLabs A320x and I found out that after changing the Turbulence settings in Camera section, whenever I press my hotkey to any view, it resets back to default. I thought it was A320x issue only but I tried again with PMDG MD-11 and same thing happen. I can set it, it works, but if I press any hotkey it goes back to default settings. It was fine the last time I used it, probably several days ago. I am using Experimental Version. Thank you, Hoang Le
