ChasePlane Support

New problem since version 0.2. This is version 0.2.12. This problem did not exist before in any of my airplanes/settings. When I cycle through my exterior camera settings the only one giving trouble is my B2 key on my Logitech F310 controller for Right-Rear, Right, Right-Front. When I first press B2 I get the Right-Rear, when pressed again I get the Pilot View in the cockpit - this is happening in all the airplanes I have checked so far. See attached screen shot of my settings.

Hey guys, saying error ( WMI) it's right when I start VFX CENTRAL

Every flight I do with chaseplane while using the hat switch of my Saitek Pro Flight yoke, holding the hat down in any direction results in a fluid, uncontrollable movement of the camera about the aircraft until I tap the hat in the exact position again. This is a new error I imagine considering that I have only seen it in recent updates(v0.1.717 Experimental).I have tried using the standard alpha release and yet no change in results. Anyone else?

Just received the v0.2.7 update and saving a preset or saving any presets was good up till now. green accept arrow not functioning. after update. program worked flawless up until now. Windows 10 FSX-SE

Hi thanks for your work really help full It's not really a big problem but I found strange this behave, ChasePlane always crash after closing P3D latest version 3.4.22.1968. On the overall is working fine.

Any thoughts on programming a Logitech F310 for Chase control assignments. Picked one up but don't have a clue.

If I were to uninstall everything from my PC, say even format it and reinstall Windows, is there any way I can save as back up my camera(s) settings somewhere so I don't do the setup work right from the beginning again ?

Good day, With both the Milviz F-4E and the Aerosoft F-14 Chase plane causes a CTD. Is there a fix for this?

Why is it after a couple of updates, I have to spend about an hour resetting all my views?? An hour I could be flying. When I mean messed up I mean every one of my presets are sitting to the left of the plane outside over the apron. And then I enable my TrackIR and my presets go completely off again! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!! It's been a couple of weeks since I've been able to sit in front of my sim. I just wanted to do flight and not have to constantly mess around with this app. Also the middle mouse button for pan view no longer works in fullscreen mode. Use to work a number of previous versions ago. What's going on??

I have the RMB to look around enabled. Sometimes this will interfere as if I was right clicking in the A/C

Anyone else experiencing issues with Saitek flight yoke has gone crazy since todays update been for ages .pan and tilt is locking on buttons unresponsive . Fine rolling back to none experimental version and my x box controller works fine .

When using an external view, with the camera locked to the aircraft & gimbal enabled...if the aircraft is banked, it drifts up or down in the frame, even if the turn is made without gain or loss of altitude. Beyond the most gentle turns, the aircraft leaves the frame completely. If I unlock, re-position the camera to center the aircraft in the frame again, and then re-lock...the aircraft jumps out of frame again. Another way to describe this is that it seems like the gimbal is overcompensating when changing the elevation of the camera in these situations. Hey guys & Chase Plane developer I really need your help, before latest version v0.1.170 released, I got smooth camera moving around using mouse & keyboard.... but after latest version was released I got stuttering and lagging when moving my camera using mouse. When I move my camera using keyboard, its okay & still smooth........but, when I try to move using mouse by holding scroll wheel, it stuttering & lagging ...really annoying. is it because of my CPU usage memory 3 excessive use? or my settings? need your help.

Hi Folks, Brand new to Chase Plane (CP) and I think I have the basics down from a weekend of use... First off the User Interface is - simply brilliant - aesthetically pleasing - intuitive - easy to use - and extremely well done (25 years as an IT guy)... I've think I've got my basic "Presets" down and I really like that you can enable/disable TrackIR (TIR) on a per Preset basis... It makes spinning dials and knobs so much easier... Cinematic Mode (CM) - hopefully a bit of a work in progress - my thoughts: Requires some control over the views used in CM perhaps through the use of Presets... Hi, The Aerosoft Airbus cameras don't work at all, I try to move around and look around the cockpit and it won't let me. I have FSX:SE and I bought the Airbus of Steam, which makes a folder for the plane which is not in SimObjects but another SimObjects but in DLC ("DLC\500201\SimObjects"). I keep on getting the same message from ChasePlane that "The following aircraft have been modified to work with ChasePlane." http://prntscr.com/f0q4ml Edit: Forgot to add this but I've also tried the quick fix. As title says every time I start p3dv3 Chaseplane crashes with the following message, We are sorry, an unknown error occured. Please contact us at [email protected] with a reference to this message: (ProtocolError) It has only started this afternoon, right after I installed the PMDG 777. Any help to fix this would be appreciated.

Whatever was just downloaded, Chase Plane.exe died. Went to the "OldProps" folder in 'Programsx86' - nothing. You didn't repond to my last so you may not repond to this so, since this trial and error stuff is scewing up more than you probably like, just get to me when you can.

Hi, since the the last 3 flights I do experience OOMs which I never had before. Flying the FSLabs Airbus with ORBX scneries and ASN. The only thing changed in my setup is CP with the latest update 0.1.713. Could that be the problem? Thanks.

Hi Chaseplane has worked fine until the last update (1.7...?), now, whenever I start Prepar3D it crashes on startup or, Prepar3D runs a short time(5mins) then crashes and I get this error message. It's a hit and miss these days whether you can actually start a flight let alone complete one. steve

If there is a problem with CP, you MUST have the option to let FSX run without it! MUST. The download is not working and I can't get into FSX. Thank You.
