Experimental version. Since the latest update every single time I shut down V4 I get the Chase Plane has stopped working box.

After having the v0.2.64 update CP shows distorted image of aircraft in outside and cinematic mode and crashes. In some cases it even crashes the sim. On-Board presets functions OK. Strangely enough MMB movement does work in On-Board presets, except for the first one in the list which is in my case a Cockpit Forward view. Peter

When using the + and - keys to zoom extetnally CP used to have a nice smooth fluid flow, from v 2.70 it now is jerky and seems to zoom in stages. Any chance of retutning to what it was. Steve S

Hi, Sorry if this has been reported already. CP is stuck in a cycle of connecting to P3D v4 and disconnecting; connects and immediately disconnects. The top left icon alternates between green and red. Obviously, not working. It finds the profile (for a given AC) then disconnects. I have only tried with a newly installed AC. So, don't know if this happens with all AC. Thanks

Since moving to P3D V4 I've been having an intermittent problem with chaseplane and trackIR. Sometimes (usually when starting a new flight or switching aircraft) even with trackIR selected in camera options and chaseplane control panel showing the green Chaseplane+TrackIR logo in the corner, I get no camera motion whatsoever. Then completely randomly after a few minutes it will just start to work as normal. Once it starts working it works fine, but just seems to be a problem if I change aircraft or start a new scenario. I notice if I'm in flight and I switch the trackIR button on and off in camera advanced options, there is a very slight change in camera p…

After tonight's update whenever I shut down 3.4 100% of the time it crashes. Haven't tested on V4 yet.

Is there a way to assign a key (like F11) in ChasePlane to cycle through Lock Spot View? I don't see anything in Preferences or Presets.

I just turned on the PC, loaded up the Extra and went to an airport after CP updated. Experimental version. Was in spot plane and was panning and the sim just quit, no warning, no reasons why. Just went back to the desktop. P3Dv4. I wonder if this is a stable update and have no idea how to roll back updates.

Hi! I bought chasePlane yesterday and i'm loving it! I have one question: is it possible to share static preset in the community manger? because there is a static category but i can't press it, maybe it coming in the future? Best Regards Mohamed K

Okay I'm not sure what's going on, but everytime I adjust my Camera > Advanced settings, it never gets saved. I have to re adjust them everytime I load up the sim. I am using P3D v4 and the latest experimental version of ChasePlane. Any ideas on whats going on? There's no save button for this section so I assume it should save it automatically.

My toggle is running smoothly in interior views but not smooth in the exterior cameras. I declined the update on experimental.

Is it possible to create an outside camera that rotates around the aircraft as centerpoint, like the default outside camera does?

With the recent update I've been getting crashes every time I go in to Cinematic mode. It goes in to cinematic mode but I don't see my aircraft, I just see the cockpit. When i then try to exit cinematic mode ChasePlane crashes.

Hi, i really dont know how to describe my issue, but my main issue with p3d/fsx was the mouse move feel coming from XP I got spoiled with the way the mouse right click and move feels, so smooth and follow my hand movement without delay. for some reason i am unable to replicate this with chase plane.. any idea how to achieve the same function and most importantly the FEEL ? Everytime I load v3.4.22 the Chaseplane Icon flashes red and green with a message to "start Flightsim" Can't get it to recognize v3.4. Also, I noticed that it failed to configure all addon aircraft in v3.4.22. Can I run that again?

Can I use my existing ChasePlane for my existing FSX as well as my new FSW?

First, I have to say that despite some problems with it no one would be allowed to pry this software from my hands! I love it. Newbie questions. When I want to import a camera I usually load an ecs and then readjust and assign keys and so on. But I notice that when I click on the import arrow, planes that are similar will populate the left pane. If I click on All nothing happens. If I click on the other button, )I'm not at the PC right now) but if I import a set of cameras from another plane in the left list I get the cameras for the interior of the plane but not the exterior. Is this normal? And what does that green All button do? I have no …

Hi, Experimental version just updated and i lost my presets. Is this normal? It updated yesterday also but i didn't lose the presets. Any way i can get them back? Thanks. Edit: Ignore my post, after configuring the preferences again i got the presets back.

Hello, say, am I the only one who finds Gimbal function to be completely and utterly useless? First, I have a feeling my head is stuck to the horizon, rather than smoothly following it - and I don't think I would be able to bank my head as much as Chaseplane is banking it. There should be limit (see EZDOK, way more realistic). Second, why gimballing the vertical motion? Doesn't make sense. The product is already very awesome, but this is a completely turn-off for me... Hello, its possible in cinematic mode to Slowly switch the visuals with camera movement ? also it would be verry interesting, to insert views from inside the plane in cinematic - like wingview in PMDG. I would like to set any presets for me and cinamatic mode could use this. alos possible to share this cinematic views? thanks..

P3Dv3 Chaseplane : 0.2.61 I noticed that zoom is not applied correctly when I select an external preset. (The saved zoom level, is not applied) My workaround is to enable MMB zoom for that preset and quickly step one notch forward and back. The zoom instantly jumps to the saved setting for that preset. By the way, I can use the Chaseplane zoom controls to alter the zoom with no problems, however it is not applied properly at next load (most notably for my external views).

I have experimental version 0.2.61 Everything works, but suddenly my zoom settings are messed up. I was setting another zoom setting for a certain view, and it keeps zooming in. I had to exit the program and restart Chaseplane. But sinds then the zoomsettings are no longer ajustable ans are fixed at level 1. All other controls working properly.
