Chaseplane v0.2.92 Alpha Exp. Hi, Using Chaseplane in P3D4 and run after sim has fully loaded. Seems to be working OK. However, a Crash Log was generated when I exited the sim. <Hidden link> Regards, Mike

I can do it for one camera but I want to globally change all cameras to the same motion effects. This is a problem for me mainly for the engine motion effect which is set at 1.00 and is overdone in my opinion....I would like something closer to 30 but I can only seem to change one camera view at a time. Anyone know how to do this? thanks!

I described this for the developer at FlightSimCon. The situation persists today. Since auto-connect rarely (if ever) works with Prepar3D v4, I've tried the following with some success... - After P3Dv4 is running and in my aircraft, I start TrackIR THEN manually starting Chaseplane With this arrangement Chaseplane connects to P3D and I can click on the preset views for my aircraft and Chaseplane changes the views. However, TrackIR randomly begins to work (although it doesn't work far more than it works). Hi, CP was working fine this morning until it disconnected mid flight and started to update itself, which makes no sense, since I was on finals when it happened. Now CP crashes and it also crashes the sim when loading up the sim.

Hello, im using Chaseplane 0.2.91 Plane in Sim: every. Problem: Camera control displays zoom 1 P3Dv4 shows Zoom .055 ? When i reset Zoom in P3D to 1, chaseplane revert it back to 0.55 to get in the simulator zoom 1.02 i must set chaseplane camera to 1.863 "wide view" is NOT on in the sim. how to syncronise ? Hi Chaseplane has just updated to 0.2.36 and it I have lost my shortcuts to camera presets where I have used either the Shift or Control keys plus a number (not from numberpad) or Function key. I have also lost the key assignment for the mouse look toggle - Shift+O (letter O not zero). This is not just for one aircraft but appears that it is all of them. I am using Windows 10 and P3D v3.3.5. Regards

Hello, the walking feature is great, love it! I have some wishes for it, please: 1) Could it be that hitting the button does set the "man" on the ground directly, without moving down first? Mean, when you hit the button, the viwepoint is behind the aircraft, up in the air. YOu have to move down first, that we could walk. Would be nice to have it directly set on the tarmac. 2) Could it be made possible to assign a joystick button, so that I do not need to open the CP GUI first and hit the button there? 3) enable a setting, that one could adjust the walking speed as he likes it. Not so much of a support problem - more of a "pat on the back"! Many moons ago, I used EZDOK - then moved to OPUS (Live Camera) ... which kept me happy for a fair while in P3Dv3. Somehow or other, though, I just couldn't quite get it to behave in P3Dv4, so I watched Froogle's video on ChasePlane and was intrigued ... then bought it. Wow! What a revelation. CP is a magnificent piece of work. I have an existing profile (was used for OPUS Live Camera) that transforms all POV hat inputs to keyboard commands. This way, I can use the mode and pinkie over-rides to get the two POV hats to either move, pan or zoom - depending on whether the pinkie switch is held down. This has worked well, allowing me full access to all camera movements with just the two hats. However - I can't get Chaseplane to recognise/accept keyboard commands when sent via the X52, so none of this can work. This is P3Dv4 and Chaseplane 0.25 Alpha. Adam.

I just did a fresh install of my OS and reinstalled P3D with chaseplane etc but whenever I load up P3D in the main menu its showing P3D as connected to chaseplane but as soon as I start the sim and load in an aircraft the connection colour in the top left hand corner flashes between red and green and is unusable in the game. Was fine before i did a fresh install. (I have installed the files in the redist folder) Any ideas?

Hi guys. In this last weeks chaseplane don't work well. In many times (80/90% of time) when p3d finish load chaseplane crash without any errors. When try to relunch cp crash app and in event viewer i don't see any particular info about crash. For info i have last exp version. The problems presents with any aircraft and sometimes, if load correct, cp crash during flight (no problem in p3d, only cp crash). I try to use cp without trackir but i have same problem. And...other question...in the last version exp trackir don't work well with cp, sometimes, when cp load correct, trackir don't work, in trackir control panel see app Chaseplane but don't recognize any moviments…

Not sure whats going on but lately there seems to be problems connecting to chaseplane's servers and I can't seem to save any of my camera views, and global, keyboard settings. I keep seeing that spinning circle as it attempts to connect, but it's not connecting at all. Sigh, what's going on? I'm getting frustrated having to redo all my settings each and every time that I load up my sim.

Keven- Problem sounds similar to others. Zoom not working. When i try to run v3 i get the Registry Error and to fix in VFX, even though both v3 and v4 are correctly enabled in VFX. CP runs fine in v4. Disabled Experimental version and both sims work fine with CP.

There are clickspots on the 777 overhead that are inop using CP. Not all, just some. Examples, Eng 1 demand hydraulic pump, left wing fuel pumps, exterior lights, pos, beacon, logo. Most others work fine. This applies to both the V3 and V4 versions of the 777. If I kill CP and use the default PMDG overhead views all is OK. I'm using the latest experimental version of CP .

Hi, I have been using FSX SE since January. I have now shut it down by renaming everything (fsx.exe etc.) to disable it until I completely remove it. I have installed P3Dv4 and would like to move Chaseplane into it. Can anyone explain how to point Chaseplane from FSX SE to P3Dv4. Files are in ...\Program Files (x86)\Old Prop... Thanks, Rob H.

Now it works... Aarg!!! BTW, still getting the error message for the Q400... ------------------------------------------------------------------ Note: For some reason I cannot Import a Preset from a file for my Majestic Q400, although the option works just fine with my Carenado C152 II. The 'Selected' and 'All' options work correctly with both. Perhaps this has to do with the ' can't access cfg file' message that I'm getting for the Q400. FSX SP2, Windows 7 Pro 64-bit Ernie

I've had Chaseplane a little while and its seemed to work ok up until yesterday. Now it constantly connects and disconnects from P3D4. Chaseplan initially turns green then disconnects. It seems to try to reconnect every 3 seconds or so, briefly flashing green then going back to red again. I turned off experimental updates but then Chaseplane give me the message that P3D4 is not supported... So, for me Chaseplane is totally unuseable right now :( Devs, if you need any more info to help diagnose, just ask... Thanks K
