I've not found how to set up the hat switch on my Saitek Pro Flight yoke to pan like it did prior to installing Chase plane. In P3D v4, I've unselected the hat switch for panning. In CP Control Assignments next to pan left and pan right under axis, when I click on 'blank' in the window that comes up, it doesn't recognise when I move the hat switch on the yoke - it's not making the assignment. It will recognise one of the Saitek throttle quadrant levers and it recognises if I turn the yoke (roll) but it can't recognise the hat switch. I gave up. Tried several times to install the program. Mess up all my joystick setting. I want to remove the program for ever. Please let me know I to do it. I am too stupid to understand. the setting.

Hi. Im new user of Chase Plane, and I have a Little problem. When im flying then after some time it suddenly change cam to outside of my plane. I then just have to touch my mouse, then im back in to the flightdeck Again. How can I solve this Little problem?? B.g. Steen Hoejengaard

Installed CP in P3D4 - I have joysticks disabled in sim and use FSUIPC to map all buttons/axis. I also have TrackIR5 installed. Keyboard is default in P3D First off, whether CP is running or not, the numpad keys do not work and the hatswitch on the CH yoke does not work in the MAIN VC view. Works fine in external or other VC views. I'm assuming it due to the additions to the cameras.cfg file. I'm not ready to completely redo my entire profile setup in fsuipc so I'm wondering if there's a simple way to enable/disable CP at this time. Currently the only thing that works is to uninstall CP and manually edit the simconnect.manifest files. I'm thinking of gettin…

Hi Keven Experim. Mode+FSX Can't save any of the advanced settings. For example. Master for mouse from 1 to 4. Next time starting the sim the setting is back to 1. And i can't save it for any preset or as default. A longtime problem for me. Sometime it works, most not. Max

I notice that my outside views are not working and if I select them the camera just freezes, so I decided to close ChasePlane and restart it, but after closing, when it is restarted, it will not reconnect with my aircraft. What could be causing this? Thank you, Bob

Hi....I am trying to re-install Chase Plane on new computer rebuild. I lost my password word and can not seem to get the pass word reset to send me an email. Tried several times last night and this morning. Website says email sent but do not recieve. Checked junk mail ect. Help!

I have found that Chase Plane with FSUIPC not work. I Can Change Beetween Presets Pilot View, Outside View, and Static. If I delete FSUIPC then Chase Plane will work

Hi! I bought Chaseplane a couple hours ago. Everything seemed to work fine after some time configuring it. So i decided to make a full flight in the Aerosoft A320 to make a final test, and i found out chaseplane disconnects after a couple minutes. It doesn't freezes or closes, it simply disconnects. The only way to fix this is by restarting the program. What do i do to fix it?

Hi, I have a strange problem: I have 2 SSD's with each P3Dv4 installed. I use one SSD for testing programs and the other for actual flying. I have ChasePlane and the PMDG B777-200 installed on both drives. I have setup the cameras in the Test-SSD and I am trying now to use them in the 2nd simulator(SSD). What happens is, if I adjust the view to the same zoom setting as in the Test SSD (0.50 Zoom) I am too close to the aircraft panel and can not move far enough back with the camera. E.G., if I have the zoom 0.50 on the overhead panel, I need to move the camera back from the panel to get the whole overhead panel, however the camera is then located behind the chair…

Hello, yesterday I upgraded my mainboard, cpu and RAM and suddenly the Camera presets are not working anymore. The UI is starting up and working fine but nothing happens when I click on the presets in the UI. Also the keyboard shortcuts are not working. The control assignments (keyboard and mouse) are also not working. I already requested an activation reset but that didn't help. I also reinstalled the program. Is there any log that I could check ? This does work OK when viewing "live", a plane is centred on screen, but when I start using the *Work in Progress* replay function, the camera is locked to the position of the aircraft when the view was created e.g. Camera at road outside RWY2, LSGK. Keven, what happened? It works now but why did it crash mid flight and told me there was a problem then shut down. Then when I re-ran it I got this screen.

Hi When you select to have a Activation reset does this rest it to the computer you have tried to use Chaseplane on? As I've selected the Activation Reset for my FSX computer? Apologises for asking this question, but I wasn't to sure. Thanks Jason

Hi, all of a sudden, my assigned key command bindings for my defined views don't work anymore - but only those that involve one of the numbers on the number pad. That means, they are there, I can see them, but they don't work any more since yesterday. No changes were made, no addons installed. When I set the key commands anew, they work again, but only for a few seconds before they get inop again. This involves the number keys of the num pad. Yes, num lock is activated (though it doesn't make any difference in the sim I think). The "/" key and the "*" key are not involved and work as intended. Hi guys, I’ve been trying to use the replay function within Chaseplane recently to record some landings and takeoffs etc. however it’s not really working as I thought it would. I know the function is still be improved and updated I appreciate that, but when I see others use it on their videos, I can never do the same. It says that markers are shown whenever flaps or gear or anything else is used, however mine does not show those. The flaps are not animated or gear in the replay function. Hello all, I love the effect Chaseplane's Cinematic view gives of my plane. It is awesome for creating videos. Does anyone know if Chaseplane will allow you to "lock on" to another airplane near by and watch it using the same Cinematic view features? I want to be able to watch planes coming in for a landing as I'm parked at the terminal. Thanks in advance

Hello, Guys Can somebody advise if there is a problem to assign pan view via hat switch on saitek X55 pro, because pan view only works when in outside view. in virtual cockpit it don't work. have delete Original binding and make new assigment, but cannot pan in virtiual cockpit. looking forward to solution rgds sydney.

Hi, Unless I mistake or misread, it is not possible to change the order of the presets listed. I tried to click-drag-drop, and also to rename the presets but the order of the items do not change. Is it possible in a future version to allow drag-and-drop and/or sort the presets alphabatically? Of course I understand it is more a nive-have than a must-have.
